I recently stayed at Nesuto and was very happy with my room. Other than not having a balcony view given I was on the first floor, every other aspect of my stay was great. Staff very helpful at the front desk. Room was clean and tidy and plenty of room. A fully functioning kitchen should I want to prepare meals for myself. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. Be mindful that there is a bit of a walk to the CBD however I found the 1.4km walk enjoyable. I recommend staying at Nesuto and will do so myself in the future.

Great location, easy walk to Elizabeth Quay, for, buses, trains and ferries/boats. Walking distance to both the city and Kings Park. All staff, very friendly with a good knowledge of Perth and transport options. Room and foyer spotless. Breakfast, was lovely, with the smorgasbord being continually refreshed. I highly recommend this as great place to stay . 😃

My husband is in a wheelchair. The room covered all of his needs. Breakfast was perfect. Very close, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay where one can catch the ferry to South Perth. Above all was the customer service. Big shout out to Anthony for being so accommodating and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. He is an asset to the place and we thank him muchly! Would definitely stay again. Thankyou. 10/10

Pros:-Central Business District, walkable to many good food places and near free transit zone-Great services and staff-Clean with multiple kitchen appliances (and scissors was available!) Cons:-Difficult to drive in this area-Lack of electrical sockets in each room (Bedside lamps have to run wires across the bed)-No air-conditioning in the individual rooms-Wobbly fanOverall 7/10. It might be a good strategic location if you do not drive but otherwise I would recommend booking another location.

Our second floor balcony room 203 was clean, bright and spacious. Everything worked. Noise from the elevated highway a short distance away, however, diminished enjoyment of our balcony time (minus 1 star). Complimentary secured basement parking was a big plus. Direct access to Freeway 2 made leaving/entering the city a breeze. Complimentary hot brekky was adequate for a great start to any day. Many eateries within a 1.5 km walk. Alert to management: please remove the metal soap dish that’s mounted about eye level when standing in the bath tub. You don’t realise it’s there with soap in your eyes, so it’s an accident waiting to happen.

I had the pleasure of being here when attending an academic conference. Flew from Auckland and the booking and my time here has been smooth and nice without any major issues. Quiet and decent room.

Spent 5 nights here at the beginning of our long awaited Australia trip, and it quite set the tone for a feature of the holiday. Booked over a year ago by our agent, we arrived to find a large, clean, well equipped room with kitchenette and laundry facilities. The apartments appeared to be a mix of owner occupied, Air BnB and serviced lets, which was our case. Unfortunately we had several lads next door in an Air BnB who thought it ok to play loud music at 2am, until I spoke with them direct when things then settled down. The restaurant was open everyday for breakfast which was fantastic, but unfortunately never opened in the evening. Unlike others, we thought the location a bit remote, there are no shops/bars/restaurants anywhere close and everything was a 30 mins walk in 36C heat or a taxi ride. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, something we found to be the case everywhere we went. Sadly, restaurant closures seemed a feature of the trip, happened in numerous other places especially on Sundays.

Great location, just 15 minutes walk from Elizabeth Quay, for ferries and trains, and 10 minute walk from Kings Park which is lovely to walk round. It had tennis courts and two pools but we didn’t use them as we were travelling around with friends. The lay out of the apartment was great, spacious and comfortable too. We particularly liked the dressing area which had great storage and full length mirrors on both wardrobes. However the apartment was tired and needed new carpets and the walls repainting.

Yelp
We stayed a night in a 2 bedroom apartment. The location is convenient but watch out for those stupid speed bumps! If you have a 4x4 you may be ok - but my low profile sedan (which isn't impractically low) was scraping over each one - like nails down the blackboard I cringed with each scrape..... The rooms have Air-conditioning.... But no AC in the bedrooms - so if you need the comfort of AC and are sharing with people be sure you're comfortable with them because you'll be sleeping with the bedroom doors wide open and the AC in the living room on high.

Yelp
I stayed here with my family of 5 persons as part of my relocation package for 7 days. As we are a larger family we had luxury accomodation in the top floor apartment with its own roofterrace. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facility is of high standard but disappointing was the very limited cutlery. A few plates only and in one size and just enough spoons and forks and knifes. So regular dishwashings as also the dishwasher was faulty. The first 2 nights were very hot as there was a heatwave in Perth and the airco in bedroom took 2 days to fix. The view from the apartment however was breathtaking and the cleaning was good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The roofgarden was phenomenal but for children outright dangerous as the barrier to prevent falling off the roof is very low. To my surprise it complied with AU regulations! A big point of criticism was that for a nightly price of $700, ( employer paid this), there is no Internet included. Internet can be bought over Tomizone for 8$ per hour. I find this outrageous in 2013 especially given the high roomrate. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the CBD, major highways and public transport All in all a good experience for us, but I understand from other reviews here that it may be different in apartments on other floors.

Yelp
How is this a four star hotel? Trip adviser kinda failed me on this one. I stayed for seven nights at this hotel along with about 80 of my colleagues during a port visit. Having traveled this year all around the world and having stayed in four star hotels in Dubai and other areas, I was utterly disappointed with this hotel. I read so many reviews before booking and I am shocked that I never heard the truth about this hotel from ay of them. I am going to lay it all out there for you so you ( the consumer) can make a sound decision on whether you really want to stay here based on the amenities. Let's start with my biggest pet peeve, the wireless. The wireless was HORRIBLE. Absolutely disappointed about the connectivity. It is essential that they fix this problem. I ended up having to pay around 100 dollars in wireless fees to update my phone and computer. Completely unsat. We live in a modern age, everyone needs wireless, especially travelers. They need to figure out how to accommodate this to serve the consumer. Next, I will go into the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are cheap in appearance. Everything is cheap plastic and generic. The disparity between the rooms is great as well. My friends in one building with the same room had no AC that worked, cracks all over the appliances and ceilings, dirty bathrooms and broken lamps and lights. The soap dispensers couldn't have been cheaper. The carpet had a stain that looked like blood and was large. (WTH?!) Our room in another building was far better, the counter tops were nice, we had crown molding and cleaner carpets. The Tv's are travel-size, and the furnishings are bottom shelf to say the least. The keys are hard to get and obviously they have not updated their key service and wanted to charge me 25 dollars to get a fourth key to a three bedroom suite. This doesn't make sense, and it made getting in and out of the room very inconvenient. That all being said, the property was clean and the rooms themselves were not filthy. The best part was the service. Everyone that worked there was very hospitable and nice, willing to help as much as they could. I think the problem is with the owner who needs to consider updating the units and getting wireless for the paying customers. Next time I go to Perth, I will not be staying here and I recommend that you don't either. Some of my smarter friends stayed at the Hyatt, which was remarkably better, with spotless, classy amenities and only cost around 20 USD a night more that this place.

Yelp
Spent last weekend here with my wife . Nice part of town near Kings Park and overlooking the river , did some great walks. Really good food in the courtside restaurant, good value. We didn't use the 'kitchen' that was part of our suite. but used the internal laundry in our 1 bedroom apartment

Yelp
By far the perfect place to stay if you are heading to Perth- a few minutes walk gets you to the city centre and the waterfront area of Perth Add to that a lovely, very spacious and quiet apartment with a firm bed and powerful shower and a delicious breakfast - hard to fault really. Free security on site car parking and good internet service..For a longer stay having laundry facilities in the bathroom is great though no bath might deter others.nice breakfast & dinner service- very good value!
