Nesuto Mounts Bay Perth Apartment Hotel

Once we worked out how to get to our carpark we were fine. Good complex of a number of units that look like have permanent renters and owners as well as the short term letting. There is a bottle shop next store but everything else is in the city. It was raining but was only a $10 Uber ride into town. Great for a short stay

Great apartments, everything we needed, great communication prior to arrival from uk to answer questions as travelling with daughter in wheelchair. Reception really helpful, especially Dilansh who checked us in and helped on checkout when taxi didn’t arrive (thank you). Quiet area, easy access - 15 min walk to train/bus station. Very clean apartment serviced weekly. Fully equipped with everything we needed. One note, no close shops do organisation is key!

I was kind of happy during my stay to certain level until they decided to deduct unreasonable extra fee claiming that the room was not clean after we checked out. Their management deducted the money from the credit card in unprofessional way without getting back to me first. Big NO to them

- Bedsheets have a faint smell of urine - Toilet has smell leaking somehow from the pipes and it smells pretty bad, you need to open the windows to let the air out. - Loud sound from the bathroom 24/7, I think it's from the pipes inside the walls right behind the toilet, this wall is shared with the bedroom so it's loud - Water pressure is low. - AC continuously turns itself off completely every couple of hours.

Stay in a two rooms apartment & it was perfect for 3A2C. Even though furniture was dated but all the appliances works well- fridge/ dryer/ washing machine/ microwave /aircon/ kettle. Fans were provided for each room. Bathtub was a hit with my young kids. Tv has lots of channels. Location was right next to cbd so we have tons of options for food. Carpark is right downstairs. Only thing to note is there is no housekeeping over the weekends, and no toothbrush/ paste so do bring your own!

Handy sited apartment with a short 15 minute walk into Perth City/Elizabeth Quay.|Breakfast was excellent with a choice of eggs freshly cooked for you along with the norm, bacon tomatoes beans, toast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc|Staff were overall really helpful, shout out to the really friendly Angelica at the breakfast station.|Thank goodness for the air conditioning as it reached 35-40 degrees most of the time we were here.|Wi-Fi dropped in and out, although was free but a little frustrating.|Heat and eat meals are a great idea if you don’t fancy going out or cooking….. big portions and an excellent price.|Having a washer and dryer was fabulous as we have come back to the UK with no dirty washing, which is fab|Bed and pillows were really comfortable, pool was great, along with the tennis court, however the whole building looks a little tired and unloved so perhaps it maybe time for a bit of a refurb and freshen up ( in the room we had anyway)

The location was perfect and we were able to walk all around the city. When we did use the car the parking lot was hard to get in and out of but we could get anywhere pretty quickly. So location was perfect! Staff were friendly enough, nothing too special though when it came to service. The apartments are spacious with nice balconies. The apartment itself was very outdated. Needed new carpet and appliances. The first day we walked in I was overpowered by the smell. It was like someone dumped a can of that smelly vacuum powder in there. Not pleasant. I had to air it out good to be able to sleep. Everything just felt old and worn. Decent for the money but nothing overly special.

Great place to stay that has all the necessary home appliances. Downside a bit further for any convenience store and restaurants.
