The hotel could be a nice one and the location is strategic (walking distance from the pedestrian center of Gangtok) but it will be necessary to implement both the décor of the rooms and common spaces and the quality of the services. Our room was too cold, wi-fi worked badly, the kettle did not have the right plug and the correct length of electric wire, furniture was scattered in the room without a proper lay out although the idea of “Tibetan”touch could be lovely. Breakfast extremely deceiving. The owner was extremely kind with us so I hope he will understand that my comments aim to enhance the experience for potential western travellers.

We spent 5 days at Netuk House during Christmas and had an absolutely lovely time there. Its a boutique, Sikkimese property with very warm and welcoming staff. The owners personally get involved and help you with all that you need. Manager Prosenjit was very helpful. Rooms are lovely and ours faced the terrace with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Definitely recommend the property. Location is fantastic. Its a small walkable distance from MG Marg - which makes it nice and quiet. At the same time easy access to the street.

I did not like the location. Actually this Property is in the midst of the market place and I do NOT like to stay in such location when on holidays and that too in such a picturesque Hill Station. So this has to do with My Personal Taste. It is NOT a Criticism. Otherwise everything else is good about this Property.

Great location with marvellous views I can heartily recommend staying here. The staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. Our room is large and comfortable with lovely views from the windows. Our evening meal had adelicious variety of dishes with seconds offered!

The hotel is at the quiet end of the touristy region, perfectly situated. The view from the terrace is stunning - a great way to wake up. ||The hotel is clean, the breakfast is luxurious and the staff is super friendly and helpful. ||Can heartily recommend this hotel.

Either by miracles or blessings, finding Netuk House for our stay in Gangtok MG Marg couldn't have been better. Not only was the location and accessibility a big pointer, the stay itself was filled with warmth. From day 1 to day 3, rooms and services were amazing. And so was the view from the balcony room. To top it off, Prasenjit Laha, the manager, was a god-send, helping us out in everything. Restaurants, remote scenic views, and of course, the majestic Kanchendzonga! Thank you so much Netuk House for your warmth, hospitality and love. ♥️🍀

Very good service. Felt like a home away from home with all facilities of a good hotel. The personal touch of the staff made the stay all the more special.

Extremely poor service, bad hospitality, no facilities, no staff, absolutely zero professionality. All the reviews available on Google are fake, completely disappointed. Rooms are good, but the service ruin all the charms. Never plan for a family trip.
