Netuk House

The Property made us feel like staying in Home. They helped us arrange the sikkim tour for my family which became memorable. The property serves both local and non local food. The food are also less spicy and tasty. The staff are very friendly. Definitely when I return to sikkim my first preference will be netuk house. Also the property is close to mg marg and have a balcony where one can view kanchanjunga in clear weather. Overall the stay was awesome.

From the moment we arrived, the manager Prasenjit Saha made our stay exceptional with his personal touch, checking on us regularly and quietly ensuring we were always comfortable. He helped us plan our sightseeing in and around Gangtok, guided us on what to see and when, and even arranged cabs seamlessly so that we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all. His local recommendations for places to eat and the best dishes to try were spot on and added so much to our overall experience. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless and cozy, and there was a constant sense of warm, homely hospitality throughout the property. Every staff member was receptive, courteous and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel truly looked after rather than just “checked in”. Netuk House has a lovely, heritage charm and with such attentive management and staff, it becomes a place you look forward to returning to after a day out in Gangtok. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed and hospitable stay in Gangtok.

We booked normal rooms but they upgraded us to mountain view which was very nice of them so +100 points for the host, thanks for having us. You can see the kanchenjunga range The room also had a side closed balcony facing the mountains, perfect for setting up a light fun environment Location wise its really close to the Mall road so thats that. You can rent bikes as they were nearby too Room for improvement: toiletries were not provided

We had a wonderful stay at Netuk house. This quaint boutique hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are clean , comfortable and luxurious. The interiors are beautiful and spotless. But the main highlights were 1. the gorgeous views from the terrace sit out. 2. The serene and peaceful vibe to the place. 3. Excellent staff and service. They were all so hospitable and warm. The manager Mr Prasanjit was extremely prompt in reaching out to us when we contacted the hotel for an inquiry. He accommodated and helped us all through our stay and we even booked an additional night with them, that we had initially not planned for. 4. Close proximity to MG road and at the same time, away from the noise and hustle and bustle. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. Would highly recommend this hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at Netuk House. The rooms are elegant, and the service is over the top! We had great food and drinks, great recommendations, hands-on concierge style service, and everyone was super friendly. Great views, a quiet location but near to everything we wanted to see. Loved it!

I had a wonderful stay at Netuk house. When I get there I was welcomed by the manager who offered me a Tibetan khata red scarf. Then I was looking for a room with traditional Sikkim style and furniture, which unfortunately was not available at this time. Then next morning one of those rooms was free and the manager and his team moved all my gears in such beautiful room, next to a terrasse with the view on Kangchenjunga! Staff was also very friendly. We are senior citizens from Kerala .Stayed for four nights end October 2025. Wanted to stay in a Sikkimese heritage hotel. The view of Kanchanjunga from the room balcony was splendid. The room though small had all conveniences. Very neat and clean. We had very tasty food in the restaurant. Centrally located without hustle and bustle. The staff very courteous and helpful. Few of them are Dawa, Duptsherang, Mingma (chef)and Maria. Special mention to be made of Mr Laha who takes good care of the guests. He also organised entire trip for us. The hotel arranged our taxi which was quite helpful. The driver Mr Sarfarosh was exceptionally good and helpful. We will recommend this place to anyone visiting Gangtok.
