The soundproofing is amazing, the front desk staff are super friendly. You can even see the church next door from the bay window—the view is fantastic!

Good locations, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean. All staffs in hotel can speak good English. Even the hotel’s lobby is on 2nd floor and need to walk a long stairs at entrance, can also go to hotel by Elevator from entrance of car park right beside hotel entrance for disabled. Breakfast is simple but nice, their waiter, George is super nice and helpful. |Supermarket, department store and a big shopping mall are within walking distance. It’s an enjoyable experience to stay in this hotel.

Decent hotel in a fantastic location!||Hotel - Basic 4 star hotel with outstanding service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.||Room - Nice clean and spacious.||Breakfast - Not extravagant like those in a fancy 5 star hotel, but almost as good. The spread is more than adequate||Location - 10 minutes walk for main train station from Moscow. We were a group of 9 adults with lots of luggages. Was not a problem pulling our luggages to the hotel. No steps along the way (except the step in the train station).||Metro - Mayakovskaya station is just 3 minutes from hotel||||Stairs - The hotel is on the second floor. However, you do not need carry your luggage up. Just use the buzzer that is just inside the main door (on the ground floor), and someone would come help you. For those who prefer not the take the stairs up to the lobby, they have an elevator towards the back of the hotel.||||Water - Apart of 2 bottles of water provided in the rooms, there is a water dispenser (hot and cold) at the lift landing on every floor.||||I would highly recommend Nevsky Forum Hotel to anyone visiting St Petersburg.

It's not about the rooms. It's about hospitality and the quality of service. It's impeccable, fast, courteous and just well above standards one expects. They even serve you fantastic tea and coffee in the lobby with super Russian chocolates and cookies courtesy the hotel whenever you want.... Very warm hospitality. Strongly recommended. The location is to die for

I travel often for work. In 2017, I stayed in over forty different hotels in America, Canada and Europe. Whenever I choose an unknown hotel in Europe, my concerns are always the same. Will the temperature of the room be comfortable? Will the shower water be hot enough? Good bed? Quiet? If I get only those four things, I am happy! To my pleasant surprise, Nevsky Forum had that and more! The restaurant food was very good. All the staff I met were courteous, helpful and professional. The WiFi was always good. The floor in my bathroom was heated! There is even a Japanese tea room!! It is on a very busy main street that is right in the middle of everything yet I could hardly hear the noise. I must give a shout out to Dmitry at the desk and George in the restaurant. These guys are 5 star examples and they both helped my stay to be positive and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Our family stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights on our brief visit to St Petersburg and I don't think we could find a better place to stay. Excellent location was complimented by really great service. Our family room had everything we needed and, probably, even more.||I'd mention the hotel's staff in particular. The Russian service sector is not known for its customer focus and friendliness so it was really nice to experience great customer service from the friendly hotel’s staff.

Service is excellent - never see such a good service in Russia. Lady in a receiption was polite and helpful. The guy took us to the room and makes sure our key worked, so we don't need to go back and forth in case it doesn't (sometimes it happened with electronic keys). Highly recommend! Rooms are big, clean. Has a big TV. No noise from the street. Located just right on Nevsky, next to major metro station and miskovskiy train station
