New Aegli Resort Hotel

Lovely hotel with wonderful views. Food and drinks are excellent at very reasonable prices. Rooms are so good and comfortable with breathtaking sea views. Breakfast coffee, pastries, fruit and eggs etc + views so good. Stayed here many times and will continue in the future. Peter from UK

This is an amazing resort where you can come to detach from the world and enjoy on the beach. Amazing view of the ocean and great food at their restaurant coupled with ice cold beers make an experience! They also have a swimming pool which is great and gym. I found a deal too good to be true so that made the experience even better! Be sure to check out the massage chairs!

Amazing views from the rooms. Private beach and sunbeds belonging to the hotel. The only negative thing is that the rooms are old but have perfect price/value.

I can't say enough about this place 😊 I was here at the beginning of May, and time we spend here was way better then we expected 🙂 Starting with amazing people working here. We felt like home, Everyone was so helpfull and nice, ladys at the reception, allways helpfull with smile, asking how we are doing. Many great chats with gentlemans at the Restaurant. Hotel Staff really wants you to have an amazing holiday. We even recived a gift at the end 😊 Rooms, view at the sea, great food (Hands down and respect for the chef, every dish was prepared for us, Restaurant level 😉) Amazing, simply amazing. Best holiday i had. If you plan on coming to Poros, that's the place to be 🙂 Greetings for everyone working here. The hotel charged us for the first night when booking what appeared their official website clearly stating "free cancellation up until (date)". When we had to cancel they just disappeared, so did our money. No response to emails, no refund for the first night, no booking.||Raising a dispute with the bank, we have all the evidence.||I doubt we will ever stay in there with such shady practices. Don't recommend their "official" website for booking. Not only it is shady, it also uses plain text to pass personally identifiable information (email and booking number) as a part of URI.||Planning to report this to the authorities as well.

As a 4-star hotel, it maybe doesn't make the grade. No tea/coffee making facilities and a bit shabby (maybe tired because end of season, so no big deal). On the positive side, the location is great, and views from the rooftop bar are spectacular. It's very clean and the staff are helpful and courteous. We did not have breakfast included, but for €10 per person, it was very reasonable. We had breakfast at Once Upon a Time, just along the road, give it a try. it's very good. In summary, give it a try. It's a very typical Greek hotel, in a marvellous location. Thanks to the owner for responding below, confirming that refurbishment is planned, as I suspected. As I said originally, don't overlook this hotel. It's location is great and great value for money.

Be aware that this is an animal friendly hotel which means you may have a dog in the room next door barking all night long which is inconvenient if you are travelling with a baby. I told the night staff on reception and they said there was nothing they could do which was unacceptable. The room/bathroom smelled of sewers also. On the plus side, the location is great and the blue flag beach is just a 1 minute walk away and the hotel rooms are reasonably priced

Beautiful experience, the rooms were large and clean, staff was very accommodating and nice, there are a lot of places for children and grown ups to enjoy. They checked us in early due to availability which was great. We used the pool a lot as it wasn’t crowded and could serve all items from the main menu, the pool attendant Rita was lovely and very helpful with everything! The location is a 10’ taxi from the port, right next to the beach with restaurants, supermarket and bakery in the area a 10’ min walk max away.
