Really good! The old side is extremely cool. Definitely recommend tours

This is one of the best Universities in Sofia with very good academic staff. The subject feels hard as It needs a strong mindset but with the advice of the academic staff everything feels better, to take our master!!!!

Visual arts dep is just ridiculous. A bunch of people who think they’re someone but are definite no ones. So sad that people are attracted by the campus and the facilities, cause it’s simply not giving a clear picture of what’s actually happening on the inside. It’s a joke of a program and is getting worse by the day. I personally hope they fire the entire VA department and start hiring from scratch. It’s much needed.

Really good campus. BUT The marketing masters degree is a total disappointment. One of the lecturers is not coming and appoints a replacement. The replacement doesn't teach any of the material, just plays some videos and waits till the shift is over. Waste of money

the worst university ever...they teach tou nothing, they waste your time and money. the amount of times i missed from my work to go in there and they cannot do a simple document work

Total waste of time for someone who wants to study. Most of the people working there act like being on drugs. They rely on collecting large fees and providing good material base, but in general they are completely incompetent. Most of them don't know how to use mobile phone and email, some people even don't know which day of the week it is :D :D :D I do not recommend studying there, unless you want to experience communism in real life.

The worst "client" service ever! Bad organization, bad communication, they don't recognise their mistakes, unawareness about the programs they offer, apathy, negligence. It's a pitty. The university could be way better if it had a good organization system and if it was more "student friendly". Bad experience overall. I am sorry to say that I don't recommend it.
