We booked a room on booking.com advertising as “double room with a Mountain View”. When we checked in, we realised we were given a room with no window, but only doors. And the doors connect to the open corridor and outside space. This means we cannot open the door/window at all. We argued with the hotel, but the hotel said they couldn’t do anything, but suggested it’s booking.com mis-advertising the room. When I called booking, booking.com said it’s a personal offer from the hotel and they couldn’t do anything. Since I have castrophobia, I had to upgrade our room to the only room with window and paid €85 for it. Next morning, we confronted the hotel manager and showed her that the room type matches the room time advisertised on their website and the manager agreed we actually booked the room upstairs with windows. However, the hotel manager couldn’t help us and refund the cost and said it’s a central reservation’s error. The whole experience was horrible and bizzare for a 4 star hotel. The location is somewhere nowhere. I will never stay here again. Also don’t trust booking.com.

A lovely Boutique hotel set in the foothill of the Tramuntana in the tiny Hamlet of Binibona, which is a few kilometres from Inca. We just stayed for a couple of nights half board. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy with good air-conditioning. A useable fridge stocked with reasonably charged drinks. There is a lovely small pool area with loungers to have a relaxing time. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, self service although cooked egg dishes could be requested. Evening meal was a fixed menu, changed each evening and was a nice selection of mainly local style dishes. Service seemed to be run to a tight budget and the yound servers were a little stretched, particularly in manning reception, but they were extremely pleasant nonetheless. A car is a must due to the relative remoteness, but it's worth a visit.

On arrival we were shown to our room 106 for our 4 night stay with private terrace as requested. The room is spacious with twin beds put together as a double. Not a comfortable bed but adequate. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor due to poor drainage. The room and bathroom also smelt musty. There were no working outdoor lights to the patio or towards the main hotel with small steps. We reported the lights to the hotel and were offered candles. The outdoor lights were not fixed for our entire stay. Each evening we chose the tasting menu which was full of flavour well cooked and beautifully presented. Hats off to the chef some of the nicest food we have eaten. The outdoor dining is very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is buffet style which can be taken in the indoor restaurant or outside. Although if you choose to have breakfast outside you have to select your tray and carry this to your table, not ideal as there are a number of steps from the indoor dining area to the outside. Our main issue at the hotel was the lack of sun loungers available at the outside pool. You had to place your towel on a lounger early morning to guarantee a sun lounger. We raised our disappointment with the hotel and they said they hadn’t had any problems previously. Not sure this was entirely true. It was our understanding although the hotel wasn’t an adults only hotel it was quiet. Unfortunately for us the pool area wasn’t quiet. The pool is not suitable for children and it is certainly not suitable for ball games and children jumping in and out of the pool. The hotel confirmed they have requested further sun loungers from their head office. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably return at some point. Minor disappointments which could so easily be fixed. The staff work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel. We would urge head office to look at details to ensure guests do not have cause to complain.

We had such a wonderful stay at New Can Furios - the location is stunning (tranquil, pretty, relaxing...take your pick) and the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. A special shout out to Paula who was just gorgeous and so kind to us! We were staying with our 1 year daughter and because many other holidaymakers were hiking/cycling, we often had the pool to ourselves which was great! The breakfast and 5 course tasting menu each evening were real highlights. It was so lovely to enjoy a deliciousdinner whilst our little one safely slept in her room. A note for other families, our monitor stretched from the family room to the outside terrace. If our little girl cried, we could hear her through both the monitor and even from our room, which was extra reassuring. If I had to be really picky with feedback then my only builds would be that the family room does have stairs to the en-suite which was quite the challenge keeping our daughter away from (she's at the toddler stage). Thank you again New Can Furios for a wonderful first holiday as a family of 3!

We stayed here for 4 nights for our mini-moon. The loacation is in a lovley peaceful setting, the hotel itself has been reonvated since the previous owners and is stunning, it's the prefect getaway from the typical tourist traps! Sunbathing around the pool is the most relaxing expereince with the lovley terraced gardens, stunning flowers, amazing scent and wondeful wildlife- the little humming moths are mesmorising to watch. You can also hear the bells of the local sheep grazing the orchards.||We stayed half-board and would fully reccomend this, it's great value for money, you don't have to worry about going out in an evening and finding anywhere. It includes a 5 course tasting menu and the food was amaxing, we definitely didnt find anything better elsewhere whilst eating out during the day. There is pool service during the day you just need to knock on the kitchen door and the staff will deliver you an ice cold drink. ||I can't not mention the staff- they honestly make this hotel, they are so attentive, work really hard and go that extra mile to make you feel so welcome and part of the family. We left with the most amazing memories and after 4 days felt like we had been away much longer it was that relaxing. 100% we will be back and have already recomment this to our friends! We stayed in room 107 and the private cabana added to the expereince!

A fantastic hotel with very friendly and warm people. Everything was just perfect. Very friendly people, fantastic food and great location. We were able to choose half board for dinner every day. This gave us the flexibility to visit other places. However, breakfast and dinner on the hotel terrace were always the best time of the day.

We live in Mallorca and a friend recommended this beautiful hotel. It was idyllic and the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. Such a tranquil oasis. Every detail is perfect and the best customer service I have found in Mallorca. A big big thank you to Andrea and Sagario who made us feel so welcome. We will definately go again.

Everything they say is true ….. we had 7 nights in this charming small rural hotel. The lovely flower filled gardens on dlfferent levels that tumble down to the small pool. It is so peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the goat bells, cicadas and birds to help you completely relax. Our room 107 was perfect and every day the room was serviced with bed linen and towels changed. The staff were so friendly especially Sagraio who made our stay so perfect and memorable and always with a lovely smile. The hotel is quite isolated so we decided to go half board and were not disappointed with our decision, the 5 course Mallorcan menu was very good. We first booked Can Furios before the pandemic and it had to be rolled over twice …. it was well worth the wait and thanks to Consoli who handled all our emails.
