Amazingly diverse collection of artwork, animals and rock samples

Educational for kids. Personel issues, need to be educated in respectful interaction and beeing not in your face while watching over exibiton. Not good for forigners as there is no English transelation in 70% of exibits.

The first part about this museum is it has a lot of rocks. If you are a gemologist its heaven for you. I feel like there wasnt enough other storys, tales and artifacts for anything else. I feel there could really be much more. I do think the museum needs a bit of creativity not only plane seeds and couple rooms of animals. The price is quite big as well.

i wasn't really convinced of the a t they had there exhibitions but that is personal taste i guess. otherwise wonderfully done and well presented. i loved some pieces a lot. and the Mal teller. spent hours there with the kids. even got a coffee and the staff was very helpful!

We met a very helpful staff that willing to help us change our ticket after realised that we didn’t purchase the tix package for museums Very nice and well-preserved exhibition Library is cozy Really hope to visit here again !

This museum is ridiculous: 1) I wanted to get two tickets for my wife and me to enter the art museum, and they printed me one entrance ticket with 2 adults' access. We got inside and visited different rooms as we have different interests and pace. The entrance ticket was kept all along in my pocket. When the guard asked my wife to show her ticket, she explained to him that the ticket is with her husband. The guard dismissed that and asked her to leave. She felt very upset about this though she was able to stay since I had just passed by the door without noticing what was happening. I was later told about the whole story, though. 2) Most of the displayed information (permanent collection) is in German with no English translation. To us, the experience in this museum was very unpleasant. Our advice is don't waste your money and time in this museum.
