Great location sound proff rooms no harassment for having company friends just turned in id at front desk. Breakfast was delicious and good service. Definitely adults place pool clean and security guys super cool.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The armed guards made us feel safe. We loved the atmosphere. I will definitely be staying here again.

I've stayed at the New Garden Hotel a few times and I can say entire staff from the front desk, to housekeeping, to security, to maintenence and restaurant staff have been nothing but friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the pools are always clean and the hotel is centrally located making for short walks to all the restaurants, supermarkets etc.. not all the glizt and glamor but well worth stay and hospitality..

Newly renovated rooms. Good location just 200 meters from the beach. On the downside: noise insulation between the rooms is very poor. For some reason they don’t have any shampoo/conditioner in the shower, but there’s 3 blocks of soap bar. Despite the negatives, overall good experience.

I was here 4 a week had a ball hotel located on the strip you see everything, free breakfast was slapping and the dinner was on point an 2 top it off you can swim late night 🌙

The hotel staff was nice and breakfast was inclusive every morning. My only issue was they didn't have the deluxe suite available which I supposedly reserved online.

New garden is a popular Hotel for Sousa. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. Restaurant and swimming pool available here. I recommend this hotel for single men, couples who are open minded. This is definitely not a family structured hotel. If you have kids stay elsewhere.

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of august. Great hotel in the centre of sosua. The rooms are very clean. Water pressure in the shower is very good. Air con is strong and works very well. The queen size bed is very big and comfy. There is a nice swimming pool in the reception area. Breakfast is included with the room and the food was very nice. Location of this hotel is perfect. You are 2 minutes walk to the main bar/restaurant area and about 7 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I wasnt happy with the first room i was given as the safe and a few other things didnt work. They then switched me to room 33 and i was very happy. I had an issue with the toilet not flushing, but the maintenance guy quickly came and resolved the problem
