Myself, my mom, and my sister in law got our hair done for my wedding on Saturday morning at 8am. We were quickly taken care of by expert hands who were able to achieve EXACTLY what our visions were. All three of our hairstyles lasted through the entire day that included a rooftop, set up and take down of decor, and rigorous dancing. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have been going to the same salon since my first haircut at 3 years old, 22 years later I decided to make a change and I am SO glad I did. Melissa gave me the perfect balayage, trim and blow out I could not be happier with the turn out! Extremely friendly staff, super clean, fair prices and amazing hairstyle! You won’t be disappointed

On the day of my son's wedding I had an appt at another salon for hair and make up. They stood me up. No one showed. I drove down Ditmars and saw New Imagine was open. I ran in and explained what happened and could they help. Even tho they were pretty busy they managed to get me in and did an amazing make up job and the cutest French braid. They charged me a fraction of what the other place did and they did it in about an hour putting me ahead of schedule! Everyone at the wedding raved about how amazing I looked. Bless their hearts I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!

I'm never - ever one to write reviews, but in this case I absolutely have to in order to inform anyone thinking of going to get color done in this salon. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I went in to get a balayage and ended up with something completely, mind you my hair hasn't been dyed in 7+ years and I had chestnut brown hair and had so much to work with (blank canvas), thinking this would be the best opportunity for balayage. At first, I was so hesitant about it and they said, we can tone it down come back next week if you feel its too light. I had an event and I rushed out of there but after a few weeks of washing it I noticed how awful my hair looked. These people don't know what they're doing. If you want a simple haircut, blowout or basic style, sure you can go there. But if you want to dye your hair then avoid this place. It doesn't matter who the hair stylist is, it's the fact that these people SAY they can do something when they CAN'T. They offered to fix my hair but honestly, if you can't do it right the first time, what makes me think you can do it right the second time? I had two different consultations and both places confirmed that the technique they used was WRONG and they couldn't believe a professional did it. Lastly, people have told me that it looks like my roots have grown out and that I need to do them. It's absolutely laughable but it's fine at the end of the day it's just hair and there are worst things in the world. Wrong color, wrong tone, wrong technique. Very professional people and very warm environment. The people who work at this place they are very friendly and they treat you special at all times. I been having my haircut there for over 10years and the service seems always better. Not to mention that people that working today are the same as 10 years ago. That alone says a lot about it 👍👍👍

Wonderful experience at this salon! I was looking for a low key single color and hair cut and this salon delivered! It’s also reasonable and everyone is friendly and warm. I finally found my forever neighborhood salon spot!
