I'm never - ever one to write reviews, but in this case I absolutely have to in order to inform anyone thinking of going to get color done in this salon. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I went in to get a balayage and ended up with something completely, mind you my hair hasn't been dyed in 7+ years and I had chestnut brown hair and had so much to work with (blank canvas), thinking this would be the best opportunity for balayage. At first, I was so hesitant about it and they said, we can tone it down come back next week if you feel its too light. I had an event and I rushed out of there but after a few weeks of washing it I noticed how awful my hair looked. These people don't know what they're doing. If you want a simple haircut, blowout or basic style, sure you can go there. But if you want to dye your hair then avoid this place. It doesn't matter who the hair stylist is, it's the fact that these people SAY they can do something when they CAN'T. They offered to fix my hair but honestly, if you can't do it right the first time, what makes me think you can do it right the second time? I had two different consultations and both places confirmed that the technique they used was WRONG and they couldn't believe a professional did it. Lastly, people have told me that it looks like my roots have grown out and that I need to do them. It's absolutely laughable but it's fine at the end of the day it's just hair and there are worst things in the world. Wrong color, wrong tone, wrong technique. I'm attaching pictures of my inspiration and my actual.
