New Jacquline Heritage

This is my second time in Kashmir and i decided to stay in the same hotel that i’ve been before in 2022. “New Jacquline Heritage Houseboat” I quit nervous because of the winter time here and i’ve never stayed in the cold place with snow especially in houseboat. But the heartwarming experience makes me not worry anymore. The owner, the manager and all staffs here are so nice and good manner. They are taking good care of me because i’m here alone as a woman but i feel so safe. I booked for a room on rooftops for 4 nights 22-26 Dec 2025. It such amazing room and the view so wow. The facility is also perfect, the bed so soft, the blankets so warm. The room is so so much clean that i really like. If you want to stay in the peaceful place, no crowded, chill with the weather and mountain view with lake. I highly recommend it!!!

I visited Kashmir with my father mid Nov where we stayed at this exceptional houseboat for 3 nights. The Jaqueline Heritage Houseboats team arranged our entire trip from airport collection with private car and driver and Shikari boat ride direct to the accommodation. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff members where I settled in my luxury suite with panoramic views of the lake and open skyline of Srinagar. Great location with easy access to the gorgeous local sites and connections to dreamy destinations of Sonmarg and Gulmarg all chauffeur driven door to door service. At the end of our fun filled day every night we were greeted with a private buffet of a great selection of delicious local and pan Indian dishes. Breakfast equally as plentiful and tasty was served promptly each morning fueling us for the activities ahead. Every detail was taken of and the staff made themselves available at our disposal leaving us satisfied and content for the duration of our stay. Sami was the most pleasant and hospitable host one could ask for making us feel like his royal guests. Honestly, an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for a lifetime. I will visit again and look forward to seeing all the team once again soon

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Our stay at New Jacquline Heritage Houseboat on the beautiful Nigeen Lake was simply amazing. The owner kindly upgraded us to the charming heritage room, which added so much character to our experience. The boat host was exceptional – always on standby and ready to help, making us feel completely at home. Behind the boat, there’s a small shop offering a wide variety of garments, both handmade and machine-made, at very reasonable prices – a great place to pick up authentic souvenirs. There’s also a lovely little garden at the back on land where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and Kashmiri charm. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the stay . Asif was extremely kind and his hospitality is great. Kamiri s are very very kind and this houseboat was beyond my expectations. We had a great time . I want to come back to this heaven . I highly recommend this stay . The owner gave a call before we stepped out and made sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you so so much . Pls stay at this place . I recommend no stay at dal lake rather nigeen late ( at this boat house )
