The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and came with all the modern amenities you could ask for, making it feel like a floating five-star hotel. The crew was incredibly hospitable, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. We loved the fresh, delicious meals served on board, showcasing local flavors that added a special touch to the experience. Whether we were relaxing on the sundeck or enjoying activities like kayaking and fishing, every moment was magical. New_Jacquline_Heritage_Houseboats experience is Awesome.|Each room Ambience in the boat is excellent, especially rooftop and common balcony view is very scenic. Rooms are maintaining very neat. Food will be served as per our need and served on time. Staff is very kind and helpful and very responsive.

Was an amazing experience and stay on this Houseboat and a very warm and friendly welcome and staff made us feel at home! Would recommend everyone to try this houseboat!! Mr. Samiullah , the owner of the Houseboat was also very friendly and accommodating! Mr. Muneer also took very good care of us and was very warm and friendly, made us feel at home! A lovely and magical experience!

Lovely place to stay at, amazing hospitality, wonderful team out here, Specially Munir Bhai & Kaleem Bhai❤️❤️ Food was even amazing, more like homemade meals, and the staff members will even let you feel homely on the houseboat as if you’re staying at your own home. Fabulous experience 😍

Nice house boat, awesome interiors felt like home Good homemade tasty food I had in kashmir.. Only thing I didn't like was heater ac was nt working properly.. bt caretaker was very helpful.. Rest I loved the stay, looking ahead to visit once more😊

Our stay was awesome. Everything is just beyond our expectations specially their hospitality. Mr. Muneer and Mr. Kaleem both served us and it was very nice staying here.|Food is also very nice, homely and they provided us freshly served everytime.
