The hotel’s bed springs were sticking out even though we booked the most expensive room, and the bathroom was extremely dirty without even a pair of slippers. They didn’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, and the front door lock was broken. We changed rooms three times, but they were all the same. I think the standard rooms must be even worse. Do not choose this hotel under any circumstances. I wanted to cancel, but they didn’t even refund my money and said, “We won’t give you any money back.”I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could.

We stayed here with our family as we were stuck in the country due to flight cancellations. The hotel is fairly priced with decent services. It wouldn't have been our first choice, however, Hasmik - one of the managers made our stay pleasant. With her hospitality and kindness, we were comfortable during out stay. She went out of her way to help us and provided any support possible.

Warning: Fraudulent Hotel – Avoid at All Costs Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. I had a fully prepaid reservation through an agency, but upon arrival, the staff claimed it was “cancelled” and demanded an additional $250 to check in. This scam was happening to every single guest that day — conveniently during a major event (JLo’s concert), likely so they could double-charge tourists. We waited two hours with my young daughter, missed our plans, and were treated with complete disrespect. Staff mocked our passports, lied about reservation numbers, and were openly rude. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was organized fraud. Other travelers confirmed similar experiences across the city, but this hotel was by far the worst. As a well-traveled US citizen, I’ve never encountered this level of dishonesty or customer abuse. This place should be blacklisted. Do not book here. Ever.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The reservation was made in advance and fully confirmed, but literally on the day of our arrival they suddenly canceled it! No clear explanation or alternative accommodation was offered. This put us in a very difficult situation since all our plans were already arranged. Such treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable. I would advise everyone to be very cautious when choosing this hotel to avoid a similar experience.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the reception staff. They were rude and seemed indifferent to my presence, which made me feel unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, their behavior felt discriminatory, as it seemed they treated us differently based on our skin color. I found this completely unacceptable and offensive. Upon check-in, they handed us the key without offering any explanation about the room, amenities, or even basic hotel procedures. I found this lack of hospitality shocking for a place that claims to offer a welcoming experience. Furthermore, the hotel advertises a breakfast service, yet there was none available when we asked. It was a false claim, adding to the frustration. To top it off, there was no hot water in the shower, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a proper shower. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with poor quality bedding that made it impossible to sleep well. The noise from the surrounding area was unbearable, as the hotel is located near a busy highway, and the rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear every car passing by. Overall, my stay was a complete nightmare. I would never return to this hotel, and I would highly recommend others to avoid it as well. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish, with terrible service, false advertising, and unacceptable conditions.

Worst hotel ever 1. Awful rooms without any good options to upgrade. Uncomfortable bed, conditioner is not working 2. Room service is super bad as they are not cleaning rooms at all, even when you tell them 3. Breakfast is non-tasty and nothing you can find there. Even good coffee is not included and you need to pay for it 4. Noisy at night if you open a window. And you need to open a window if you want to sleep, as conditioner is not working at all NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Very far from the city center, rude and unethical staff, extremely cold rooms with no heating at night, extremely poor service, terrible breakfast Not a good hotel at all. I do not recommend Not worth the money you pay at all.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Good option if you’re looking for a simple and tidy place to rest.
