NEW NEW YORK CLUB BAGEL & SANDWICH SHOP

I was excited to try this place because it’s hard enough to find bagels in Tokyo, let alone a bagel with vegan toppings. I’m from Philadelphia but I live in Tokyo now, so I’ve had plenty of amazing bagels in the US. The shop is very tiny and there is only a takeout counter. I ordered the vegan special bagel (vegan chicken salad). I thought the quality and taste of the bagel was amazing and it reminded me of back home. The toppings on the bagel didn’t have a ton of flavor, but it was good and I ate the whole thing. I also got a small piece of vegan cake. In total it was a little on the pricey end, but I’d definitely go back for their incredible bagels.

English-Speaking friendly, just so you all know! I am from southern New York tri-state area, where bagels reign supreme. The inside reminds me of a bodega, which was nostalgic for me; no frills and fuss, which is appreciated. This is one of the few places that has come very close to getting a bagel done right. . Chewy on the outside, soft on the inside. It's only missing the subtle twist of the dough. Hole isn't too big, either! While the prices are a little higher than you'd expect, it's not like the bagel sandwiches are stingy by any means. A good bagel sandwich indeed; the BEC, Lox, and Roast Beef are all tasty options. Unfortunately there's only a bench to sit at outside, but the bagels still tasted great 30 minutes after getting them (I ate them elsewhere). I heard from one of the employees that they'll be opening a new location soon. Keep your ears open!

Excellent bagel place. To preface, I'm from north jersey in the US (we love our bagels there) and typically have a bagel for breakfast every single morning. I'd been in Japan for a month and really needed a taste of home. I wasn't expecting too much, but this place absolutely delivered. I'd be very happy eating this bagel back home, and I've tried several bagels across NJ and NYC. For this being in Tokyo, it was perfect. It made me very happy. I get a plain bagel w/ cream cheese, and I've always felt it's important for a bagel place to master that. This place nails it. Thank you! As a side note, I saw some reviews complaining about the store closing earlier than posted. It's annoying, but any typical deli in the US operates the same - when they're out of bagels past noon or 1pm, they're out for the day!

Quality bagel stuffed with ingredients. Got the classic smoked salmon on everything bagel. So hard to find everything bagels outside of north america! Cute deli vibes. Only takeaway.

My smoked salmon cream cheese bagel was absolutely delicious. You could choose your bagel flavour from various different options, I had the onion bagel and it was divine. Perfect texture. My server (or the owner, I’m not sure) was very friendly. Great place to grab a bite to eat if you’re in the area.

Proper delicious slightly sweet slightly chewy bagels with some classic New York flavours (salmon, cream cheese, red onion) and some frankly bizarre combinations (Oreo and blueberry cream cheese, anyone? No, me neither). Take away only.

I have been craving a bagel sandwich for a long time, so I decided to finally visit this shop. The young woman working was extremely friendly and kind. The store is quite small, but it made me feel like I was in America. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was delicious and filling. I highly recommend!

Fantastic bagels! The bacon, egg and cheese bagel is one of the best BEC sandwiches I've ever had. There's plenty of fillings and the bagel itself is soft with a good chew. A couple things of note - it's cashless, it's 100% take-out since there isn't any seating inside the little shop, and the wait for your food can be a little lengthy. Definitely still recommend, though!
