New Orient Hotel Danang

I stayed at The Orient Hotel Da Nang for a week and my overall experience was excellent. The room was clean, the facilities were great, and the location was convenient but what truly made the difference was the hospitality. A special thank you to Lucie, who made my stay unforgettable from the very beginning until the end. As a solo traveler, it meant a lot to feel supported and welcomed. She helped me with everything I needed, always with a warm smile and professionalism. If I ever come back, it will be because of the exceptional service and kindness she provided. Thank you, Lucie

One of the best places I've ever stayed at. The view from the room is crazy. Even though the rooms are a bit small, they are extremely clean and well-maintained. The sheets are spotless while I loved their concept of bathrooms (shower separated from the toilet) **I still wonder, what was the person who planned these rooms, was even thinking** 🤣🤣🤣 Well, if you wanna know you gotta stay here and unlock the secret yourself. Besides, I loved the view from the dining as well and the breakfast spread was excellent. Great staff and excellent hospitality. I'd always wanna go back to Viet just for this stay and Da Nang ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was absolutely perfect , the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was so welcoming.What stood out the most, however, was the incredible service from the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.I would especially like to mention Lucie, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Hoang, the restaurant supervisor, was a true gem—so friendly and welcoming. ||We also received excellent service from Anh and Lua at Elys. ||And for anything we needed in our room, Vu from room service was always quick and efficient. ||Finally, a special mention to Lucas the bellman for always greeting us with a smile. ||We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already planning our next trip back. Our room (305) had a faint damp smell but the room itself was very clean apart from in the toilet where I noticed a small mark which looked like blood on the wall which was there throughout our stay. The room had plenty of storage, a full length mirror which is nice when getting ready to go out, the wife was happy about the light in the bathroom which helps when applying her makeup on. Our room was right next to the pool and the children’s area which was a problem in the morning if you like a lie in as the pool opens early ,the windows seem to be very thin in Vietnam and have no noise cancelling, the hotel did leave earplugs in our room so I’m sure they are aware of this. The pool on the 3rd floor is very pretty and has plenty of chairs to relax on, mostly soft relaxing music is played but we did have a few times around 5pm when the choice of music was changed to techno, a very odd choice for a relaxing pool! We both enjoyed our stay at the hotel regardless of the noise and were very impressed with the breakfast and staff in general who are amazing.

Very nice hotel with good facilities, cleanliness, views and location. Moreover the staff was really helpful, specially Mr. Lucas, to support us in our itinerary. They went an extra mile to make us feel special. I recommend booking it always.

The hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I visited from America and didn't know what to expect since this is our first time in Asia. This hotel was the perfect way to get familiar with the city. Coming back to a clean, luxury hotel after long hot days in the city was always so nice and relaxing. We were greeted with the friendliest and most attentive staff everyday for 15 days. Beware, the staff will make you not want to leave!! Location: 10/10 breathtaking city and river views. Near lots of local restaurants and Han Market. Small drive from the beach. Sanitation: 10/10 never saw bugs, room was cleaned everyday. The entire hotel smells amazing 24/7 Food: 10/10 outstanding breakfast buffet. Great room service options. Highly rated hotel restaurant inside. Pool menu is also GREAT! Pricing: 10/10 worth every penny Spa: 10/10 friendly staff and VERY relaxing Staff: 10/10 outstanding service from every staff I interacted with. Never rude. Always available. Never any wait times.
