New Orient Hotel Danang

Our family recently stayed at the New Orient Hotel in Da Nang, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.||From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth — they brought us welcome drinks while we waited. The receptionists (Mya, Wendy, Hannah, and Lucie) were amazing the entire time we were there. Every request we had was taken care of right away. Mya and Hannah even recommended some local restaurants that ended up being some of our favorite meals on the trip.||Our suite was perfect for our family of four — clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Housekeeping came every day and kept it spotless. You could tell they really paid attention to the details, and we appreciated that.||We also had a great time talking to the bellmen — Johnny, Lucas, and Felix. Not only were they helpful with luggage and getting us taxis, but they also took the time to chat with us and play a little with our kids. That meant a lot. Our kids genuinely connected with them and still talk about how kind and funny they were. You could tell they loved what they did and cared about the guests.||Breakfast at Bistecca was something we looked forward to every morning. The buffet had a ton of variety — everything from local dishes to Western options — and everything was fresh and delicious. We also ate there twice for lunch and tried the pizzas... wow!! It was so good. If you’re staying there, definitely give them a try.||The swimming pool was a big hit with our whole family. It’s large, very clean, and had a nice, relaxed vibe. Tuấn Anh, who was working poolside, was constantly keeping things tidy — drying the walkways, wiping down the chairs, and making sure everything looked great. The poolside bartender, Minh Trọng, was hilarious and super friendly. He and Trong were both helpful, respectful, and just great to be around. I had fun chatting with them every day.||The gym wasn’t huge, but it had everything I needed — free weights, a treadmill, clean towels, and cold water. And just like the rest of the hotel, it was spotless.||There’s also a lovely scent in the lobby — light, clean, and calming. It’s the kind of thing you don’t expect to notice, but once you do, it adds something special to the whole atmosphere.||What really stood out during our stay was the people. Every single staff member we interacted with was genuinely warm and respectful. It never felt like they were just “doing their job” — it felt like they really cared that we were comfortable and having a good time.||We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Da Nang. Huge thanks to the New Orient team for making our trip so special and memorable!!

It’s my birthday trip and I stayed here for an incredible 4D3N, truly one of my most memorable trips ever! Huge thanks to hotel manager Lucie for the thoughtful arrangements, and honestly, they have the sweetest and kindest staff. From the bellboy to the receptionist, spa team, poolside crew, and even the staff at the rooftop bar Gypsy, everyone made me feel so welcome. The hotel is super clean, and my stay was super comfortable. The location is also very convenient, plenty of food options nearby. And please, don’t skip their breakfast, it was so good, I totally forgot to take photos or videos because I was too busy enjoying it! 🤣 Definitely a stay to remember!

Hotel was very comfortable and Rose with her hospitality and the team was very helpful in planning our itinerary. She also helped with all other external services and questions that we have!||They had helped arrange a 29-seat bus for pickup and drop off to the airport and a 16 seat van for Coconut Forest, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An and city tour. The guide and driver was very attentive to our schedule and was very fast in getting us around!||The hotel was very well located and we had the best view in the apartment rooms which was very spacious and very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Da Nang and will be back to New Orient hotel in the future.

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly by the Concierge Staff & shown to reception, we enjoyed a cool drink while our check-in was completed. We were then shown to our room on the 9th Floor with lovely views of Danang Bay & Han River. Our first night was my Birthday & we enjoyed dinner at Bistecca Restaurant, where we were fortunate enough to watch Fireworks from Danang International Fireworks Festival. Upon returning to our room, we were greeted with a Birthday Cake & Card from hotel management.||It was a most enjoyable stay of 5 nights which we would highly recommend. A special mention to Rose, Lucie, Felix & Johnny who in our opinion went above & beyond what was expected of them.

This hotel is one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. We extended our stay because we love it so much. From the clean rooms, the amazing breakfast buffet and the high level of service from the staff who were so kind and accommodating throughout our trip. A big thanks to Johnny, Felix and Lucie who always put a smile on our faces and never hesitated to help us with anything. We will definitely be back! :)

Clean and great service. Staff is very polite and helpful. Ms. Rose from Guest Services has been very informative and helpful during our stay, she made sure that everything was addressed from Cab booking to Late check out. Breakfast could be improved, to add more vegan/ vegetarian options with diversified guests.Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The 6 days I spent here were very happy. I needed a car to get around, but Grab was convenient, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was bigger than I thought, and the pool on the 2nd floor was very clean, but there were too many dead bugs on the bottom of the rooftop pool. I was grateful that they responded immediately when necessary. I will go again next time.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We highly recommend the hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Mia and Ms. Lucie for their warm hospitality and assistance to our 7-day stay. Hopefully, we can come back again.
