⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently stayed at this hotel and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect , the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was so welcoming.What stood out the most, however, was the incredible service from the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.I would especially like to mention Lucie, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference to my stay.Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. I will definitely return!

Great hotel, and even better staff. Everyone was so kind and profesional. From concierge, pool guys and reception. Specially Lucie who was very charming. |The hotel has a great quality-price ratio, stunning facilities and well maintained. There was no noise from the nightclub, which was a major concert for us.|Things to improve:|1. Breakfast, it was plain everyday the same|2. Beds mattresses were good but they could be improved|3. Sadly you have a great TV in the room but it is not smartTV, so you’ll find yourself watching your TV shows in your phone/tablet.||Still a great experience that I would defenitely recommend.

Hoang, the restaurant supervisor, was a true gem—so friendly and welcoming. ||We also received excellent service from Anh and Lua at Elys. ||And for anything we needed in our room, Vu from room service was always quick and efficient. ||Finally, a special mention to Lucas the bellman for always greeting us with a smile. ||We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already planning our next trip back. Our room (305) had a faint damp smell but the room itself was very clean apart from in the toilet where I noticed a small mark which looked like blood on the wall which was there throughout our stay. The room had plenty of storage, a full length mirror which is nice when getting ready to go out, the wife was happy about the light in the bathroom which helps when applying her makeup on. Our room was right next to the pool and the children’s area which was a problem in the morning if you like a lie in as the pool opens early ,the windows seem to be very thin in Vietnam and have no noise cancelling, the hotel did leave earplugs in our room so I’m sure they are aware of this. The pool on the 3rd floor is very pretty and has plenty of chairs to relax on, mostly soft relaxing music is played but we did have a few times around 5pm when the choice of music was changed to techno, a very odd choice for a relaxing pool! We both enjoyed our stay at the hotel regardless of the noise and were very impressed with the breakfast and staff in general who are amazing.

It’s my birthday trip and I stayed here for an incredible 4D3N, truly one of my most memorable trips ever! Huge thanks to hotel manager Lucie for the thoughtful arrangements, and honestly, they have the sweetest and kindest staff. From the bellboy to the receptionist, spa team, poolside crew, and even the staff at the rooftop bar Gypsy, everyone made me feel so welcome. The hotel is super clean, and my stay was super comfortable. The location is also very convenient, plenty of food options nearby. And please, don’t skip their breakfast, it was so good, I totally forgot to take photos or videos because I was too busy enjoying it! 🤣 Definitely a stay to remember!

The hotel is very thoughtful and attentive, with a dedicated staff who are always ready to assist guests in any situation. Especially, even without prior notice, the hotel prepared a birthday cake for my husband , creating a meaningful surprise that made the stay even more memorable. I am very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I visited from America and didn't know what to expect since this is our first time in Asia. This hotel was the perfect way to get familiar with the city. Coming back to a clean, luxury hotel after long hot days in the city was always so nice and relaxing. We were greeted with the friendliest and most attentive staff everyday for 15 days. Beware, the staff will make you not want to leave!! Location: 10/10 breathtaking city and river views. Near lots of local restaurants and Han Market. Small drive from the beach. Sanitation: 10/10 never saw bugs, room was cleaned everyday. The entire hotel smells amazing 24/7 Food: 10/10 outstanding breakfast buffet. Great room service options. Highly rated hotel restaurant inside. Pool menu is also GREAT! Pricing: 10/10 worth every penny Spa: 10/10 friendly staff and VERY relaxing Staff: 10/10 outstanding service from every staff I interacted with. Never rude. Always available. Never any wait times. Special thanks to Johnny, Felix, Lucas, Rose, Julie, and Fiona for making us feel so at home.

Our first time here in mid-Aug brought my family and I a good impression about the hotel. Albeit the disadvantage in term of location, the hotel gave us a feeling of warm welcome and good customer services. Facilities and decoration within the hotel are nice and modern. Not so much choices for breakfast (which is served at the 7th floor and is a steakhouse at evening) and car parking is a bit challenging by the way.
