New Orient Hotel Danang

Great experience at New Orient Hotel. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Hotel front desk receptionist Lucie is amazing. She assisted in purchasing tickets to Ba Na Hills and went the extra mile to book other activities upon request. The stay at the hotel was great too! Bed was comfortable, room was really clean and we had no problem with the stay. Breakfast was great - there was a spread of food. Not near the dragon bridge but still able to take a taxi there. There’s a club right below the hotel and the people there are amazing as well! Could go straight up to the room after drinking 🤣 It has been enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

I had a good stay here, staff are really friendly and helpful. Booked the Apartment (with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms). It’s an interesting layout, kind of like 2 hotel rooms connected by a living area, each with its own door and door card. Perfect for families. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Helped to arrange airport transfer upon our checkout, and also offered to help make booking at the nearby Michelin guide restaurant. I also received complimentary 30mins massage and cake for my room type. Thanks a lot! Location of the hotel is not too bad, towards the end of Danang main city area but it’s so easy to get a grab anywhere. Breakfast choices not the greatest but are okay. Enjoy the yoghurt and fruits! Would return and recommend this to others! Thanks!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the New Orient hotel for a week and loved it. The room, facilities, spa, and service were all amazing! The location of the hotel was excellent as we were close to the riverfront, lots of cafes and restaurants, a short walk to Han market. There is also convenience stores right next to the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. It had everything we needed. We had a lovely view of the city. We had breakfast every day on the 7th floor. The breakfast (which was included) was impressive as it had a wide variety of options and also had a gorgeous view. The facilities of the hotel were excellent. There are two pools - one on the rooftop (10th floor) and one on the 2nd floor. There was lots of areas to sit and relax. During our stay, we went to the spa on the 7th floor for the winter harmony combo treatment (herbal foot bath and 60 min massage). This was very refreshing after a long day of exploring. I definitely recommend! The customer service was exceptional and made the experience for us. From the moment we were picked up at the airport and arrived at the hotel, we received excellent service. We were greeted by staff at the door, received a welcome drink/tea and information on opening times of facilities at check in. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly at all times. Rose provided excellent customer service as she communicated with us before our arrival, gave us recommendations, and asked us how our day went. Rose also arranged day trips for us to Marble Mountain, Hoi An, and Ba na hills. She arranged the driver and even made sure water and umbrellas were ready in the car for us. I recommend booking day trips through the hotel as the process was easy. I recommend staying here when in Da Nang and I hope to come back in the future :)

This hotel is undeniably beautiful. The views are great and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but I experienced the worst service from the staff ever. It took over an hour for my to check in and get a room on a weekday evening and Thomas and Kathy at the front desk were not very friendly to English speakers like myself and instead of helping me find a solution to a room I accidentally booked the staff continued to repeat themselves as if being correct was more important than being helpful or offering a solution. I will unfortunately never stay here again or recommend it.

Our friends and I stayed here for three days, and our overall experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers outstanding service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We are especially grateful for the exceptional service provided by Lucie, who was so friendly and welcoming to all of us and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Da Nang.

One of the best places I've ever stayed at. The view from the room is crazy. Even though the rooms are a bit small, they are extremely clean and well-maintained. The sheets are spotless while I loved their concept of bathrooms (shower separated from the toilet) **I still wonder, what was the person who planned these rooms, was even thinking** 🤣🤣🤣 Well, if you wanna know you gotta stay here and unlock the secret yourself. Besides, I loved the view from the dining as well and the breakfast spread was excellent. Great staff and excellent hospitality. I'd always wanna go back to Viet just for this stay and Da Nang ❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at The Orient Hotel Da Nang for a week and my overall experience was excellent. The room was clean, the facilities were great, and the location was convenient but what truly made the difference was the hospitality. A special thank you to Lucie, who made my stay unforgettable from the very beginning until the end. As a solo traveler, it meant a lot to feel supported and welcomed. She helped me with everything I needed, always with a warm smile and professionalism. If I ever come back, it will be because of the exceptional service and kindness she provided. Thank you, Lucie
