Due to the low quality of the extension lead in my room, my phone charger was burnt and there was no electricity for two days. The hotel did not take responsibility for this loss and did not pay any compensation for the charger. Additionally, the hotel has problems with homeless people in the entry, who sometimes sleep there and piss on the floor. For a longer period of time, the hotel is not a good choice. It's located next to the very loud street, so if someone wants to get some sleep, it is very hard. I was also in a very unpleasant situation, where in the middle of the night a man checked into our room, which was intended only for women. This situation was the only thing the hotel decided to give me compensation of 55 zlotys. Also the contact with the owner of the hotel is very hard. There is only a phone number and each conversation is difficult, because she is very emotional and interrupts every time you want to say something and even if you have proof for your case, this actually doesn't matter at all, because the owner is so persistent that your rights as a guest won't matter. Anyway, I don't recommend this hotel, I wanted to save some money, yet it would be better to pay a little more for better accommodation than here, since I ended up buying a new phone charger. I hope this opinion will help.
On th either hand I recommend strongly the booking customer support, which tried all their best to help out and due to whole situation gave me an award for my next trip.
