Price and Facility are not fair. Normal condition with Room & Facility but expensive.

Hotel is decent overall. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, but I am a firm believer of getting what you pay for (30$ a night). Location is great and close to everything. However, due to the great location and the use of car horns in Myanmar, the noise was definitely an issue. I would stay again.

I loved this place. Rooms are very comfortable and great views! The girl in front reception is always smiling and ready to help you. Wi-Fi is Fast for Myanmar standards. Only thumb down for the breakfast area. The hot meals are cold and the area for breakfast is very hot... I highly recommend to stay at this place.

We stayed here last week for one day and we really enjoyed ourselves.||A nice comfortable Hotel in a central location and close to the Airport.||The carpets are the most luxurious I have ever walked on and the room was clean and well equipped.||The best experience by far though was the meal we had in the Chinese restaurant on the 12th floor. It was a great finish to our Holiday. This was authentic Chinese food and was delicious. We were the only non Asian customers and we really enjoyed the fun and atmosphere of the dining experience.||We would stay here again------definitely.

Never recommend and go again! The receptionist gave me very low standard room although I took superior double room 28000 Kyats for one night. The room is so small. Curtain is very dirty and bed sheet also. Shower room, toilet have so many dust & not clean. Water have brown color. Room is look like very creepy and made me uncomfortable. No drinking water & cups are dirty. I booked for one night but I can stay only not more than 4 hours and immediately decided to left and move to others. Hotel standard is very very low. Trust me.

One should not expect too much for the price (13€) but even though we had a great window the room was unbearably damp and mouldy and the dripping Aircon on our heads when lying in bed was certainly not fun. The bathroom was all rusty and broken. If you want to travel cheap it's a good place, central, rooms with windows, friendly staff.

I suppose it depends on what one is used to with regard to ratings.||We were only impressed with the bed, and sheets, but not the pillows. ||The bathroom was utterly filthy. The door to the shower didn't slide, the window couldn't be closed allowing mosquitos to enter, the toilet didn't flush properly and then overflowed ( yuk),it was quite noisy, the rooms are small but the tv and a/ c worked well. Breakfast was pathetic. The reception were nice folks but the manager ( owner?) could not be described as helpful ......Mayanmar is a delightful country with overwhelmingly mostly wonderful people but we suspect this hotel reflects big city pressure and attitudes. We will definitely return but will not linger long in Yangon nor stay in this hotel again.Pay an extra $10 and get a nice room with decent amenities, in a better area.||The Thai restaurant around the corner ,Rays Thai is amongst the better Thai food we have had on this and other trips in the area. Do not miss the stunning temple which is covered in 60 tons of gold...go between 5-7 pm and watch the sky for the birds feasting on the insects attracted by the lights. Buying good cheap clothing in Yangon proved difficult but ultimately the street sellers turned out to be the most cooperative pricewise and surprisingly of often better quality. Mandalay market however had the best quality and prices. Bagan was stunning and Inle idyllic.....hiring a car and driver with a Guide to meet us Mandalay rather than flying, taking taxis, finding our own hotels, restaurants, off the beaten path sites was worth every penny...I will happily make a referral to any request for nformation on this subject.

Great hotel in general. Great wifi for the area, good food and very comfortable beds. It's right downtown so you're never too far from the action. The restaurant on the roof has some amazing views while you relax with a tasty meal.
