New York On King

Arrived and was greeted by Gray who was very welcoming and even offered to help with our luggage. We booked the King Spa Suite which was just perfect after travelling most of the day. On reaching our room we were very pleased to see a spacious room and told that everything that is in the fridge is complimentary (milk, breakfast cereal, juice even lollies and chocolate) including welcome drinks and not many hotels offer that. The location was perfect, close to all means of transport, shopping and dinning. After spending two nights on Rottnest Island we were requiring a room for the night before heading home and Anne accommodated us at short notice. If you are looking for great accommodation do yourself a favour and stay at the New York on King you will not be disappointed.

Host Anne was very welcoming and helpful. |I was able to park my vehicle undercover in a secure area. I was met with a welcome drink which was very appreciated as the day was hot. |The room was awesome - cosy with a gorgeous little terrace to enjoy a book and a drink. Room was clean and well equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The nightstand even had torches just in case. |The property was a short 10min walk to the RAC Arena. |Really happy with my stay and will definitely stay again.

Free Parkin wifi and “everything” you need and more. Home away from home. Perfect location too. Perth rail, museum, city shops and sports venues. Anne and Garry are absolutely amazing people. Bent over backwards to make me feel at home. From chocky’s on the bed to free Landry and bathroom accessories. Booked for three stayed 6 nights. Quiet and peaceful too. 👍👍👍

More like an apartment, I did find the wood floors very noisy when other guests arrived, could hear people talking. The walls don't stop much noise. Also it wasn't very dark inside the rooms to sleep. Quite nice place and great location.

We were warmly welcomed by Gary on arrival. He provious with cold orange juices and the apartment was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed…. We wanted for nothing. The room was stunning and location was fantastic. It was the perfect stay for our first time to Perth… we were made to feel very special like it was our honeymoon. Thankyou so much Gary and Anne

"FABULOUS LOCATION"||I stayed at the fantastic New York On King for a week. The hosts Gary and Anne could not do enough for us. I had a few days of work and a few days of holiday. Very well run property in central Perth. I stayed in The King suit which has everything anyone could want. Full lounge room, mini kitchen, bedroom and luxury bathroom with spa. Check in was smooth and we had free parking. Lovely toiletries, breakfast and chocolates on the bed in the evening. Super cleaning done every day. Anne and Gary are on had to help you with information and suggestions for your stay. They will organise anything for you. We had an early morning flight and Gary even offered to take us to the airport.||I highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was perfect. What a find- a true gem. Located in the heart of Perth this stunning apartment is out of this world. It’s quiet and has its own interior balcony/ patio and it’s fantastic. |The host who run it have thought of everything- a basic but yummy breakfast of fruit, yogurt and various cereals is waiting with milk, coffee and sweeties and biscuits. Forgot your toothbrush- no worries…. They have gone above and beyond to make this a real home from home with even a washing machine and drier in a room down the hall!!|The building itself is a work of history and art an architectural dream- loved every part of it and can’t wait to come back for more.

Beautiful, Romantic & Royal experience! Kitchen would have made it look like diamond on gold.
