I had such a positive experience at the New York Passport Agency. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. The entire process felt seamless and incredibly efficient. I was honestly surprised at how organized and speedy everything was. The staff made what can sometimes feel like a stressful task feel calm and straightforward. I truly appreciated the professionalism and courtesy shown throughout my appointment. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a smooth experience. It did not go unnoticed.

Fast, easy, professional, LEGIT. Do not use FedEx / Staples / any other third party service. They will charge an arm and a leg for the same service that costs less than $200. There are 20+ other agencies across the US, thank goodness there is one in NYC. My flight is tomorrow. I made an appointment for 8AM yesterday and got a text at 9:30AM today saying my passport is ready for pick up. Everyone I interacted with during the whole process was super friendly and informative and really put my mind at ease. Make sure you make an appointment. The best way to do so is via phone. You have to do the application in person, but can send someone to pick it up in your place. Thank you, New York Passport Agency!

Efficient passport service in NYC! Staff was knowledgeable and helped expedite my urgent passport application. Process was faster than expected with clear instructions at each step. Office was organized despite being busy. They handled my documents professionally and kept me updated. Fees were standard for expedited service. Appointment scheduling was straightforward online. Only minor issue was limited appointment availability during peak season. Overall, saved me a lot of stress with their quick turnaround. Perfect for last-minute travel needs. Would definitely use again for passport services. Highly recommend for urgent situations!

In and out in less than an hour Props to the employees of this passport office- they are efficient, clear communicators and professional. Nolisha in particular was a pleasure to work with- I had lost my passport (and am traveling next week)- she really helped to soothe my nerves and get all of my paperwork in order properly. It was a fantastic experience from the time that I arrived at the building to the time that I left the building with my renewed passport. I had a travel coming up in 20 days and needed the passport renewed urgently. I scheduled the appointment (it was available 2 days from the time I looked for an appointment) and it was seamless. I arrived at the building at the appointment time and the lady agents at the checkin and the processing counters were extremely courteous and friendly. The one at the processing counter went above and beyond and took new pictures since the pictures that I took with me did not meet the standards. The guards were extremely courteous as well. It was a pleasant surprise that a government office provided such a high quality of service in a courteous, respectful manner. Hope all government offices can emulate the Manhattan Passport Agency employees and provide swift and high quality service like this location. Only thing that they can improve on is to provide electric outlets to charge phone/laptop.

I rarely leave reviews but have to say especially for a government agency, this was the most pleasant experience in terms of logistics and customer service. I quickly got through security and initial checks within a couple min to get my number and waited 15 min to be called. I was in and out within 30 min for a passport renewal. On top of that, there is clearly an effort made towards positive customer service, from security to staff everyone was very friendly and helpful, a rarity in these types of appointments.

I have to say, everyone that works there was amazing. Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful. I needed an expedited passport as I am a crew member for an airline. I had an 11 AM appointment. I was out of there by 11:25. Now I just wait today for my passport and they’ll send me a text. It can’t be made any easier. Now, for all the applicants, come with some sense, lol. Have your forms ready Andcompletely filled out. All the IDs that are required ready. Show up on time. The passport agency is doing their job… So we need to do ours.
