New York Pilates Bridgehampton

The instructor was truly great. Their guidance was clear, motivating, and challenging in the best way. I felt every exercise was tailored to help me improve, and the energy of the class was fantastic. I left feeling refreshed and stronger. Beyond the classes, the studio itself is a lovely place, and I recommend it highly.

I like the classes. I find the lights and music a little intense but generally I get a good workout. I committed to the year unlimited and even if it's been more expensive per class- it's gotten me to actually show up and it has truly made a difference in my body! A foundation level of knowledge about Pilates is helpful before attending

Erica just led me through my first Pilates class ever! She was very informative and taught me everything I needed to know without overwhelming me. The class was challenging yet manageable. Regressions were made available if I was not feeling confident with a certain maneuver and of course she encouraged making it more difficult if she noticed good form and a willingness for a challenge. Overall, definitely will be coming back as my body is already thanking me. I am excited to see how this compliments my other passions/ hobbies such as surfing. Thanks Erica!

I absolutely LOVE going to classes at the Bridgehampton location of NYP. The atmosphere is so welcoming and from my very first class I felt right incredibly comfortable. The space is crazy clean, the room is warm, and the staff/fellow students are so friendly!! I try to never miss a class with Maryann! Her exercises are just the right amount of a challenge and she is so good at queuing alignments, offering modifications/advancements, and keeping a smile on everyone’s faces! I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I take classes on a regular basis in Bridgehampton. I look for the Pilates teacher Maryann Aiello. I LOVE her instruction. I blink my eye and the class is over. She is so funny and smart. She makes sure my alignment is correct and gives many cues for adjustments for personal performance. I drive from East Hampton to take her class. Also the studio has great energy. I can’t wait for my next class.

Absolutely love this class in Bridgehampton! Maryann is an amazing instructor who takes the time to explain everything and offers options for every level, making it easy to jump in no matter your experience. I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated.

Great studio! I especially love Maryann's class, she has a fun sense of humor and is super motivating. She is thoughtful and provides alternatives in workouts for anyone who may need/want them.
