If you go into the restaurant and order a pizza, you will be pleased overall. If you order one from DoorDash, the disappointment level goes way off the chart. We ordered one large Margarita pizza with extra cheese, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and the cost was $49 and change. We paid for DoorDash charges and for express delivery so the pizza would come from the restaurants door directly to my house which is approximately 1 mile away. That charge also included the DoorDash tip of four dollars. The actual pizza was $35. What we received was a burnt, cold, hard as a rock, overcooked and just plain terrible pizza. It was totally uneditable, such a disappointment because generally, we love this restaurant. I called the restaurant and spoke with a young man named Nick, who did nothing but placate me. When I spoke with the Door Dash driver she said that she knew the pizza was cold dried out, and she couldn’t imagine why anybody would order from there! She said it happens all the time. I did receive a refund from DoorDash, but that refund didn’t feed the four people who had waited a very long time for one really bad pizza!
