NewLife Houseboat

A nice cozy houseboat. It has 4-5 rooms with a decent amount of spacing. The food here is too good. Tareek the caretaker here is very kind and helpful. P. S - please carry wet tissues if you want to take a dump because there's no jet spray in the washroom.

The houseboat is in new condition, love the rooms. The food served was also very delicious as it was home cooked, much better experience than a regular hotel. Worth every penny, must visit once. Caretaker is also very nice and prompt person, always available to help.

Food is good, helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to Tariq, for all the arrangements and welcoming nature.

The service was on top I came with my 5 friends and we enjoyed the stay in New Life Houseboat.

I recently stayed at New Life houseboat in Srinagar, located on the serene Dal Lake and it was a wonderful experience. We were worried about food as in hotels there was not good food but once we had dinner in Houseboat it was really amazing the best part was that the food they gave was home cooked. Mr Sakib the owner was very helpful and gave us the best suggestions for everything. Even we got the best rate for taxi for 6 days as well. We hope to visit again very soon.
