I had a meeting with N. Howard at 5am pacific time for SBA loan, no one returned it, I reach out to her, and she never got back to me, an hour and a half later she reached out to me through phone and told me that she was having computer problem, but she never gave me a call, I did say that to her and then she said do you want me to keep going? How Attitude was unbelievable, so when I saw the type of reviews that they have, I decided not to keep going with them, there are so many better options and I definitely will not work it with people that do not respect people at all. Do your research first before calling them, you will be surprised .

Terrible service. My specialist, Neville, took days and weeks to reply to simple question. They were very unresponsive. Not only that, but they were unwilling to work on the case and file. Look elsewhere, any respectable business should avoid working with this company.

Applied for business loan through this company. Already have an established business. Numbers are great, credit 800+. Got denied for a terrible generic reason (excuse). After dealing with terrible communication. Then have the nerve to call me and offer me insurance and payroll solutions. This company is a joke! Don’t risk any chances with these guys.

Worse policies, untrained customer service representatives and they dont know their policies correctly, it takes them more than a week to link an external account, even though an external account is verified with micro deposits and is under the same person's name, The wire transfer can only be sent to a linked account but they made this process so difficult and time consuming I am taking all of my funds out

I applied for a small business loan and was pre-qualified and told it should close within 3 to 5 weeks. I produced all requests. After waiting 8 weeks and past the launch of my business the loan officer Griffin Bloche finally called saying no loan. He returns about one out of 10 messages. Now I've got major hits on my credit and no funding for a business I opened. Worst experience ever! They lie.

The lack of communication along with what seems to be a really bad organizational problem within the company makes me regret doing business with this company. Bad, bad, bad experience; I do not recommend it.

Stay the hell away from this company. This company helps you a lot to get your credit score decreased. After accessing your bank account and taking all your documents they reject you. They are notoriously great at that. I would have given them 0 star if there was any option. I hope they go bankrupt.
