New Tree Ranch is wine country’s hidden gem. Between the fine appointments throughout the underlying elegant country farm house (and guest house) Edward and his staff had the gardens, stables, and all property amenities manicured perfectly for our enjoyment. Our hands on concierge suggested and arranged numerous (on and off campus) activities, services and handled all the reservations. Their emphasis on offering fresh farm to table/home produce, beverages, and produces was an added treat. The staff were friendly and polite and ready to assist if needed. I look forward to returning with family for another wonderful and relaxing stay at New Tree Ranch!

We recently stayed at New Tree Ranch for my sister’s micro wedding, and it was magical. The property is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth by everyone there (including the adorable golden pups, Duke and Ariana). The experience felt like a dream. We loved spending time with the sweet animals like the mini horses, goats, chickens, and even Highland cows! The organic biodynamic garden was a highlight for all of us, and getting to enjoy fresh vegetables every day was such a special treat. Every detail felt thoughtful, from our relaxing sound bath experience to the morning walks through the trails and gardens. Waking up to a delivery of fresh morning buns from Quail and Condor bakery was the cherry on top! The team’s recommendations for food and activities were spot on, and we fell in love with the surrounding town of Healdsburg - so friendly, cozy, and full of charm. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Thank you, Ed and the entire New Tree Ranch team, for an unforgettable stay!

Five stars isn’t enough! Our stay at New Tree Ranch in Healdsburg was truly one of the most lovely experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care by Edward, Mo, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to make everything seamless and special. The property itself is absolutely stunning—peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The main house was gorgeous, and every detail was perfect, down to the fresh flowers in every room. We also had the chance to stay in the barn, which was such a unique and memorable part of the experience. Every element exceeded our expectations—private yoga followed by a sound bath was a highlight and the chef’s dinner at the barn was incredible! We had everything we could possibly need and more. It was truly a magical escape. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire team at New Tree Ranch. We can’t wait to return!

There are not enough stars available to truly describe our experience. What impressed me the most was not just the attention to detail, but the intention behind every detail at New Tree Ranch. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of a homemade fresh apple pie and a pot of fragrant herbal tea from the garden welcomed us like old friends. Every corner of this 120-acre paradise exudes purpose and care. Our kids loved gathering fresh eggs in the morning and then spending the day exploring the ranch, boating in the lake and letting their imagination run wild. Personally, my favorite routine was sipping coffee in the living room while soaking up the spectacular views. The outdoor bathtubs, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, are an unforgettable touch of luxury. We were treated to a perfectly prepared Chateaubriand, accompanied by crisp, garden-fresh vegetables, but what made it truly special was hearing Edward’s own stories about the ranch and learning how much love goes into growing each ingredient. This was not just a meal—it was an intimate farm-to-table journey that left us feeling like part of the New Tree Ranch family (complete with the ranch's golden retrievers resting at our feet). You could sense the passion behind every dish, and that made the evening both refined and heartfelt. I still dream about our stay every day. New Tree Ranch is more than a destination. It is an immersive experience shaped by thoughtful intention, and it stays with you long after you’ve said goodbye.

A fantastic stay for a family. Ed and his team make this luxury eco experience one of a kind. Its hard to balance a values driven enterprise with a high end experience and NewTree does just that. You can feel the intention and care that goes into every decision from the dinner menu to the sheets and down to what the goats eat. Its all connected with a lot of care. This was a magical stay and ticked all the boxes for me.

New Tree Ranch A Place That Stays in your heart. At NewTree Ranch, I was surrounded by a kind of abundance that only nature can offer—wild, generous, and unforced. The scent of herbs, the trees swaying in the breeze, the gardens overflowing with life… I felt immersed in something deeply whole. When I arrived, I was received at the Barn with an exquisite flower bouquet, a handwritten letter, homemade mint tea, a chilled towel, and a tray of fresh strawberries and plums. That first welcome said everything—care, beauty, and true hospitality. Ed and his incredible crew have created something rare. Every corner of the house is curated with exquisite taste, yet nothing feels showy. It’s elegant, earthy, and deeply thoughtful. The fridge was full of vegetables just harvested from the garden below. I picked my own fruit and eggs each morning, and the kitchen had every tool and gadget imaginable. Frete bedding, Japanese toilets, and the peaceful presence of three beautiful golden retrievers made it feel like home. They even make their own tea blends, body cream, and soap, all chemical-free and made with love. The water comes straight from the lake, so nothing here touches your body that isn’t pure. It’s a full detox without effort. I found a quiet spot to meditate each day and rode the ATV through golden fields. Ginger, one of the two gentle horses, became a favorite! I left a piece of my heart there. It’s a place that stays with you and I can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here last year with our toddler and are so glad we found Newtree. We stayed in the Barn, and it was exactly the relaxation we needed. Our little one’s absolute favorite part was the daily walk to the lake with the two sweet dogs and the owner — pure joy. She also loved visiting the animals, harvesting carrots, and having so much room to explore. We loved the comfortable accommodations, the fresh produce and sourdough, and the thoughtfully stocked pantry. And the relaxing massage and private outdoor hot tub… what more could we ask for? It felt like a true nature getaway while still being only 10 minutes from all the great restaurants in Healdsburg. We’re already dreaming about coming back soon.

New Tree Ranch is truly a special place to relax in luxury within a stunning natural environment. Our group had so much admiration for Edward’s attention to detail, stewardship of the land and environmental responsibility. From the fresh flowers in every room, the welcoming tea and refreshing wash cloth to the fresh produce and eggs supplied - we were gloriously overwhelmed. Don’t think that this is a cold, formal retreat. Edward gives you a welcoming tour of the property accompanied by his gorgeous golden retrievers. You can tickle a baby chicks tummy, pet a goat or harvest your own vegetables. Should you wish to take an outdoor bath, there are three tubs. I could go on. Every single one of our group would happily come back and can hardly wait to do so.
