Nexy Hostel

Had the best experience at this hostel, we ended up staying twice for a total of two weeks. The 14 bed dorms are so spacious and don’t feel like there are that many people at all. Toilets being separate is way more convenient. The hostel itself has so much communal space to chill in, it’s lovely. Highly recommend if you need a stay in the old town!

super comfy beds with curtains - got a good sleep! female dorm a bit crampeds huge lockers under the bed were excellent Really appreciated how clean the bathrooms were (and that they were numerous, never had to wait) loads of places to hang out/chill however not good if you're working on a computer. I wasn't able to get a good quality on video calls. Internet in general was lagging. Would stay again but work elsewhere!

My stay at Nexy was fine - it’s in a great location with a good, local coffee shop out the front and a great dessert place just down the road. I loved the rooftop to chill out and the common areas were nice. I stayed in a female dorm and it was my understanding the A/C was on automatically in a certain time period. That was not the case and it only came on once reception was prompted - even then, it didn’t make a difference. I would struggle in the room if it was summer. Lockers under the bed were great. I think that Nexy portrays itself as a very lively and social hostel on social media, but I didn’t find that to be the case. However, I wasn’t there for very long either so could have missed that. Staff were friendly enough. An average, safe hostel experience.

I've stayed at Nexy twice on short, one-to-two-night trips. The private room was perfect for my needs, and two features made my stay exceptional. Firstly, the service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly diligent and generous, responding quickly to messages and offering post-checkout luggage storage—a huge help for any traveler. Secondly, the location is ideal, being very central to the Old Quarter. Additional perks include a comfortable bed, an excellent shower, stable Wi-Fi, and a spacious common area on the second floor. I highly recommend Nexy for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Amazing everything. Rooms, chillout area, location. rooms are spacious, beds comfortable (only thing I would add is to install a small shelf in the beds). Rooms well ventilated (can be annoying sometimes cigarette smoke comes in but it's not that bad). Really like that you have a common area that's quiet, it's a great escape from hanoi, and it could easily be transformed into extra rooms to make more money but it's used as a third space for guests, which many hostels in hanoi don't have. I would say it's not a social hostel (unless maybe you go to the bar at happy hour). But great for a recharge. Thank you!

Amazing hostel! Perfect location, close to the train and bus station and right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice and comfortable with huge lockers (my 40L backpack easily fit there and there was plenty of room for more stuff). Bathrooms are clean. And they even let me keep my luggage there for free for a day when I was in Hanoi 1.5 months after I stayed at the hostel. Thank you ❤️

Had a private room with 3 total people! Great AC! Free water! Great housekeeping! Quite but we may have been during less busy season! Amazing service! Can help book your transportation to other places around Vietnam, and can help with excursions!! Would stay here again!

Did a solo backpack trip and booked this hostel through an agency. The hostel is clean and overall very comfy. You get a towel, clean sheets and a locker for your bags. Great location, close to everything. Excellent service by everyone in the staff! When I’m back in Hanoi I’ll most likely book this hostel again!
