Nexy Hostel

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a very central and handy location at the edge of the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The dorm rooms were comfortable and private, with a towel provided. I appreciated the under-bed storage as well. They could put in a bit more conscious effort for creating social connection between the guests, but overall I had a great time and would strongly recommend to anyone coming to Hà Nội.

Amazing hostel! Perfect location, close to the train and bus station and right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly, rooms are nice and comfortable with huge lockers (my 40L backpack easily fit there and there was plenty of room for more stuff). Bathrooms are clean. And they even let me keep my luggage there for free for a day when I was in Hanoi 1.5 months after I stayed at the hostel. Thank you ❤️

Staying at Nexy was easy, fun, and comfortable. The beds and towels were clean! Staff were helpful and friendly. My two friends and I felt so comfortable and we all agreed that we would stay again with how simple everything was to do there! Also, the location was great, we were able to walk to anywhere we wanted within 10 minutes! Thank you Next <3

Loved this hostel! We only stayed one night, but I wish we had more time here. We got in very late, but the 24 hour reception allowed us to check in quickly and get to our rooms at 2am. There's lots of very cute signage which makes it feel very personal and homey. I also really enjoyed the tv/book lounge, it's a very nice common space. The beds are also enclosed on 3/4 sides and have lots of hooks and storage space.

This was my second hostel in Hanoi, and the best I stayed in Vietnam on my 16 day holidays. Rooms are clean, very comfortable and spacious, secured. Bathroom are clean too, it have a bar, roof terrace, pool, laundry, tourist info, etc, very good and quite location. Highly recommended.

Really good location, staff were lovely. Not a social hostel at all. Great if you just want to sleep / relax. Only downfall is the steps to get up to top bunk was tricky and the air con is at 23 degrees at night time which was too hot and turns off during the day.

Wonderful, friendly staff, and 24 hour reception super helpful (especially for those doing the loop). Has a nice roof top area with seating, and a couple floors with a pool table and bar etc making for a social hostel without pub crawls and reps pushing you to go out. The dorms were comfortable and clean.

A Top Pick in the Old Quarter! Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super easy to explore everything. The hostel is incredibly clean with comfortable beds and great facilities – loved the rooftop! What really makes it shine is the amazing staff; so friendly, helpful, and organized. It's also a fantastic place to meet other travelers with a lively yet relaxed vibe. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!
