From pickup at Kasane to the lodge is about 45 minutes and Phil our driver pointed out various animals on the way. We were in room 3 which was excellent (see photo taken from bed) . Our personal guide was MK who took us on all our game drives and boat trip. We saw so many animals including lions, but no leopard unfortunately. MK is an amazing guide we learnt so much about every animal we saw, his knowledge of the animals and the park is incredible as each drive we took a different route to see different environments.|The lodge is very comfortable and the service we received was excellent. Mascom, who looked after us, remembered which drinks we preferred and was always attentive. The food was excellent carefully prepared by Sansom and his team and on Saturday night we had a Bomma outside around an open fire and were entertained by the staff and had some amazing local dishes. It was a fabulous experience to lie in bed listening to the sounds of the jungle outside at night. Waking up in the morning to see what animals were drinking at the waterhole was really special. Thank you to all of you for a wonderful time.

My wife and I visited Ngoma at the suggestion of our travel agent. We had little idea what we were in for, and we were blown away when we arrived, and throughout our visit. First, the view from the lodge and rooms is absolutely amazing. They should setup a webcam so that I can stream that every day! You have 180 degree views of the savannah, river, drinking pool, and flood plains, where you get animals coming in all day to drink and travel through. We saw baboons, kudu, zebras, impala, elephants, hippos, and more.||The service and food were amazing. Our guide Nelson was informative and knowledgeable. We had great tours of Chobe. Samson and Ismhal provided for our every need. Christine was amazing. ||We had a great time!!

I just returned from an Africa trip which included 2 nights in Botswana at Ngoma Safari Lodge. The only complaint is I should have had 3 nights planned for this gem!. The view, rooms, food, service and activities are top notch. Tebby, our guide, is a delight with a true passion for the animals. Cynthia the chef was personable and a phenomenal cook. Mascom, our waiter, was always a step ahead! If you are on the fence on visiting Botswana and staying at a lodge, DO IT.

Everything was perfect, the view from the rooms is amazing and you can see wild animals from here. The best part is the service, everyone is so kind and they all remember your name, they also arranged a surprise in our room with a bath with rose petals. The chef is amazing and the waitress is the kindest on earth. There is also a bar with all inclusive, and you can also get a massage. The activities are amazing and the rangers are super nice and talented. Really suggest this place is totally worth the visit.

Ngoma Safari Lodge, Chobe Forest Reserve, Botswana||My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Ngoma Safari Lodge for 3 nights in late January 2025 in Chobe Forest Reserve, Botswana, right outside Chobe National Park. We had a wonderful time. The lodge was simply amazing. Everywhere you looked the lodge décor was beautiful. The view from the lodge, the main building and our unit, was a million dollar view over the grassy plains below. Animals could be seen grazing and roaming below. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had 2 safari drives a day, given by our expert safari guide Jo. The food was topnotch. We were taken such good care of the entire time. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would recommend Ngoma to anyone visiting the Chobe National Park in Botswana, it was definitely 5 star all the way.

We spent 5 nights at Ngoma Safari Lodge as part of our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The team ensured that it was special from start to finish, with immaculate attention to detail and even including some unexpected gifts and special experiences as part of the stay.||||Meshack, Nelson, Samson, Ishmael, Mascom, Neo and MK (the guide) were all very caring and personable. Exchanging both animal encounter and life stories with them was very interesting!||||The food and drink were also worth of the 5 star label. Samson and his team are highly skilled chefs, delivering delicious meals throughout.||||Overall we highly recommend this stay, especially for honeymoon couples.||||Thanks Ngoma team, we will be back!

Wonderful, authentic, all-inclusive Botswana lodge experience, with a deep sense of hospitality. We loved the team, especially our expert safari guide MK, manager Nelson and chef Samson. The nearby Chobe National Park gave us opportunities - from aboard brand new Toyota Landcruisers - to view lions, giraffe, elephants, zebras, hippopotamuses, vultures, warthogs and more. Rooms were very comfortable, and the lodge itself well-located with a view over a flood plain. Would recommend as a stop for anyone interested in a genuine safari lodge experience.

First stop on a 3 country safari holiday with my partner in May /June 2024.|Efficient pickup at Kasane airport, and approx 50 min transfer to Ngoma. |Friendly greeting by several staff, given low down on the camp and escorted to our lovely accomodation for the next 3 days. ||Spacious room, with a sitting area, king sized extremely comfortable bed, and mezzanine bathroom with seperate toilet, shower, bath and double basins. Outdoor shower and plunge pool on deck with a view. ||Upon leaving our room for the first game drive we were greeted by 3 giraffe's grazing 50 meters away. Tebbe was our lovely guide for our safari's and went out of his way to accomodate our group which consisted of 4 more people from Philadelphia. Having a great group is always and added plus.||Our game viewing was exemplary, consisting of morning, evening and night drives as well as a boat cruise on the Chobe with a delicious picnic lunch. Elephants, hippos, cape buffalo, crocodiles, baboons, giraffe, zebras, lions, vast birdlife, jackal, warthogs and even an elusive leopard.||Finally the service, so friendly and always happy, accomodating and efficient! Samson the chef was amazing, as was his support staff. Beautiful food, even managed to get a couple of his recipes! The best G&T's by the bar staff and lovely wine every evening. ||We loved our stay at Ngoma and highly recommend this camp. After completing our 10 day safari holiday this would go down as the best overall camp we visited.
