My 3 adult children and I stayed in a stand-alone cottage for 3 nights that consisted of 2 rooms (Chui and Mambo, I love that the rooms are names of animals in Swahili). Beautiful decor, most comfortable beds with mosquito nets, and the best thing was the fireplace. It was chilly for the nights we were there in early-June, so we requested they light the fireplace after dinner. Such a special treat to enjoy the fire and warm up the room. Another treat is the turn-down service and on cool nights they put a hot water bottle in your bed! So heavenly!||The property is absolutely beautiful and you can take a tour of the coffee farm and walk around the property. You can choose to eat on the large outdoor balcony (with fire pits for cool evenings) or inside. For breakfast there are buffet items and also a made-to-order station for crepes and eggs. For lunch they packed to-go bags (you choose the items) on safari days, and one day we returned early and had lunch outside on the expansive grass area and they set up a table for us with a tablecloth and brought everything to us. For dinner there are buffet items and a made-to-order noodle/rice stir-fry station. I have lots of food allergies and they were always prepared with a clean wok and spatula in case I wanted something made-to-order. The fruit and dessert tables were expansive and a wonderful selection. We had the best mangos and papayas here.||The staff are wonderful and so accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
