Nhi Phi Hotel

Arrived here late at night, in fact close to mid-night. The staff were very helpful, obliging, and if they didn't understand what we wanted, they got the manager for us who helped us out immediately. Only 1 block away from the beautiful beach. Rooms were serviced quickly and quietly. Travel agent in the establishment made it easy for us to book a flight for the next leg of our journey. Abundance of cafes and restaurants around the Hotel. Large, clean room with a large bathroom. Amazing choices for breakfast from both Asian food and Western foods.

I have been there for 5 days. The decoration of the building is beautiful and the room is okay. |The bathroom was a little bit dirty but I’ve seen worst. |They offer bottles of water in each room which is nice and the pool is good too. There’s a parking where you can put your motorcycle. I ate breakfast there and it was not bad. ||The employees were helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights this week and it was below average at best. The room was large and had a comfortable bed, but there were no cups and saucers or tea/coffee/suger/creamer, strangely there was a hot water jug. The bathroom had no face flannels and the room was not cleaned at anytime we were there. The pool was nice but the loungers had no padded coverings so it was hard to lye on them for more than about 20 minutes. The staff were polite but not over friendly. The free breakfast had run out of toast and the juice containers were all empty. There did seem to be a large selection of things to eat but none of it seemed appealing and the staff looked uninterested and unfriendly. A few things could make this hotel really shine. Firstly get some padded cushions for your pool loungers; make sure you put all the cups and saucers and coffee etc in the rooms; get some face flannels for the rooms. Actually clean the room each day and have some staff around in the breakfast area that are smiling and asking guests if they need anything. Train staff to be friendly with the guests and then maybe your hotel could be a great place to stay.

When I learned this was a 3-Star hotel, I didn’t expect much, but boy were my expectations blown away! The room was extremely clean, the pool well maintained and the staff went above and beyond. To be only a 3-Star hotel is very modest of them! The restaurant host was always smiling and genuinely wants to get to know you. Even when I asked the front desk the simplest of questions, they did not get frustrated and answered wth a smile. Location was also great, a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, bars and shops.

Three years ago the staff were polite, respectful and helpful. This visit, no bell boy, rude & disinterested check in staff, 2 lights broken in room, taken away never to be seen again, then on checkout they presented us with a purple-stained bath towel (nothing to do with us) and tried to make us pay for the damage!! The shower, which fluctuated from scalding to freezing was built for small people under 5'5" tall. What was good? 8' bed and efficient air-con. Give it a miss

We were there for 3 nights. Our room was not clean the first day and we were gone the whole afternoon. breakfast is not good and the staff is not nice to tourists except for the guy cooking eggs in the morning, he was the only one smiling. The guy at reception Nguyen Hoai Nguyen doesn't seem to like tourists. We asked him questions but he did not bother helping us.||||2 goods things for that hotel is location, large rooms.

I am sure it has seen better times. The room appears to be clean, the architectural design is a little strange, even for Vietnam. The bathroom vent and Air Condition doesn't work. The room smelled of mold and my wife had a headache all night from it. The wifi wouldn't connect for a few hours and is slow when it did.. Half the lamps bulbs are burned out. Hotel lost power 3 times within a few hours last night, thus shutting down the bairly working Air Conditioner. First days breakfast was good,. The second day left little options and most of it was dried out. The coffee and tea was watered down the second day. Willing to give them a second chance but I am sure there are better options and Hotels with their business together.

Good hotel, excellent food and excellent service. Only the bad thing is noise coming from outside road as doors are not soundproof. We got 3 time meal. Buffet in the morning. Afternoon and evening they will serve you. I like quality and quantity of food. Good location too just 5 min walk to beach.
