A super cozy cafe and restaurant in Trondheim, highly recommended. Quality and delicious food, friendly staff and comfortable restaurant. Clean toalett as well. Try their rosty, super delicous. They do have child menu, so just ask for it in case your kids need one. Kids pizza is delicious.

Updating this review after dinner here this week. It is not really a dinner place to begin with, I guess, since there are not many options and portions are not big. Soup+bread+salad might be the best deal, but we didn't go for that. Bread (&toppings) is by the way included for dinner plates. I ordered the only veggie warm dinner plate on the menu; vegetarian lasagna. Although it looked good (see photo), it was incredibly disappointing. It was 2 layers of pasta with a tomato sauce with bell peppers in between, and some bechamel/cheese on top. There were no noticeable other vegetables in the lasagna. I really didn't expect I would basically get a lasagna without meat, without substitutes. No clue why they didn't add other veggies (squash, mushrooms, broccoli, lentils, spinach, anything!). Won't order again. (2/5 stars) Making the total 3 stars to average between the experiences.. Old review: Just went for quick lunch, had their goat's cheese salad (chèvre salat) which was great, except for the olives that were put in (which I believe were not listed on the menu) and that didn't fit with the rest at all, flavor-wise. Apart from that I really liked the salad. Bread buffet is included with salad, which was a nice surprise (good as well, cause the food isn't cheap here). It can get quite busy and noisy here during the weekend, might help if they put up some curtains or something for the acoustics. (4/5 stars)

It’s so loudly that it’s really annoying. And when you get annoyed so it’s difficult to enjoy the food so I am not sure if the food was as bad as I remember because I was annoyed or because it was not as I excepted. The cake buffet on Sunday’s it’s OK but not good enough that I want to come back.

Relaxed atmosphere with a reasonably good selection of tea. Tasty small sweets.

A café with a long history in Trondheim. I've been visiting with irregular intervals as long as I've lived here, about 20 years. It's a cosy place with your standard norwegian coffee shop selection of drinks and cakes. They are known for their brasilian cheese buns (Pão de queijo). These are still good, but used to be a lot better. I miss the loads of cheese from before. The americano is allright but a little thin. It's worth a visit and a great place while you're waiting for your movie to start at Prinsen Kino, or for an after work meetup.

Always busy, yet somehow very tranquil. Good food, but it's kind of hard to order, since you have to go to the counter to see what they have, but there is always a long line at the counter. Probably much easier when you've been there enough times to know the menu by heart.

Very cosy and warm atmoshere, amazing tea and bakery, BUT the toilet is always dirty and smells horrible. It's also hard to find a clean table without dirty dishes on it.

Very satisfied with "Ni muser".. A big variety of tea and deserts. It is a very cozy and big place, the staff is friendly. There is an amazing looking bread-buffet, will definitely try next time! Recommended 😍

Yelp
My very favorite cafe in Norway! There is a fantastic selection of cold sandwiches and delicious pastries! It is a little pricey (Norway is known to be expensive), but the food is fresh and high quality. It is not fancy, but it's comfy and you can sit inside or outside in a little courtyard. It's a nice quiet place to chat and have coffee or lunch with a friend.

Yelp
The service was good! The place is central and cozy! Worth to try it. They have good sandwiches and hot drinks. Try to sit in the yard and enjoy the meal there.
