Don't waste your money. Total sham. What they don't advertise is, it's not a shuttle direct to Niagara, it goes via every suburb on route dropping people off at their front doors before making it to the hotel area. Shuttle took us 4.5 hours to get there. Would have been quicker to go via Toronto but booked the shuttle as we thought it would be quicker. How wrong could we be!!! Three of there staff admitted we should have been transferred onto another bus which the company are now denying. I understand mistakes happen so I have held off writing this review to see how they dealt with the complaint. I think everyone deserves the chance to put things right. Customer service is awful, we have been offered a 10% refund which is yet to arrive after as month of waiting and several emails. (I will update this if the refund ever arrives). Please don't book it, look for an alternate option and save yourself the stress!!!! Gave 2 stars not 1 only because they got us there in the end

I had an excellent experience with Niagara Airbus. They called me to make sure I was at the airport and told me where to go. The driver was courteous and professional. He made my drive home safe when the weather conditions were challenging for him. He transferred me to a smaller suv for the last leg of the journey to my home and this driver was also professional. Their equipment was spotless clean even in the middle of a blizzard. They have orchestrated a fine symphony of service that certainly is a good choice for anyone in need of a ride to or from the airport. Well done.

No truer words than “you get what you pay for”. Though the rates were reasonable, I will never use this service again. 1) they lead you to believe that you are the only ones traveling when in fact they pickup until the bus is full. A 1 1/2 hour drive turned into 3+ hours going and coming. 2) the vehicles used were atrocious. Bus 1 , NO AC. It was 70 degrees outside, 90degrees inside. 3 hrs of sweating. AWFUL. And then a 7 hr flight in those clothes. YUCK! Bus 2. No shock absorbers or springs in the bus. Every bump( and there were a lot of) was felt. By the time we got to our destination (3 hrs), my back and legs and teeth were killing me. That vehicle is beyond repair and should be put in the scrap heap!!! They should be ashamed to have vehicles like those two buses in service. 3) they should be clearer about the time it takes to pick up at airport. Our flight from Rome landed at 3:45 pm and we weren’t picked up til 6 pm. I understand the business of wanting to fill the bus, but maybe use 2 buses to pickup at terminals 1&2. On the plus side, the drivers were nice, and tried to be efficient. But way too many stops for each bus. This was a very disappointing experience, to say the least.

Google
I want to say the driver, Ivan, was great and very helpful and apologetic, so this in no way reflects on him. Firstly they called the day before to change the transfer time from 2.30pm to 1.40pm, not a massive issue but a bit more notice would have been great, we had to cancel a reservation for lunch at a cost to us. The bus itself was in a terrible condition, uncomfortable and the Aircon didn't work at all. Being a saturday afternoon flight, the traffic on the way to the airport was bad (to be expected) so it took nearly 3 hours to get to the airport in a bus that was like sitting in a greenhouse. It actually made myself and a couple of other passengers feel unwell. Also after getting on the bus, we spent a good hour driving round picking up people. This is to be expected being a transfer, but going to suburbs and peoples houses to collect people is a bit ridiculous, surely it should just be hotels. Not fun sat on a bus that was boiling going up and down suburban streets collecting people. The driver was very apologetic about the Aircon, as he was sweating buckets to so I feel sorry for him, he had to drive back in that firebox!

Google
Niagara Air Bus provides a well organized, and reliable shuttle service - not a personal chauffeur, but an efficient shared ride option. I use their service often and always find the drivers to be professional and safe. With factors like flight schedules, inclement weather, unpredictable traffic and multiple pick ups, some flexibility may be needed, but that’s expected with any shared service. Overall, it’s a great way to get to and from the airport.

Google
Enjoyable experience with Niagara Airbus! With all our bags, it was the most convenient and cost-effective way to get to and from Pearson Toronto Airport from the Niagara region. Alicia, our bus driver, was professional and friendly, making our journey very pleasant. Recommend Niagara Airbus for airport transportation!

Google
The staff and service is impeccable. I can't remember the gentleman's name on the way back but the young lady who picked me up in Buffalo was amazing. Her name was Carrie. There was a mix-up with my pickup I emailed them a couple times but they didn't get the final one with all the details. I panicked because it was only a couple of hours till I was supposed to be picked up and I was still in Philly. Considering the mix-up, I was ecstatic when I saw Carrie at the airport. I had visions of sleeping at the airport but she was my savior.

Google
Best Air transit service company. So many professional drivers. They run 24 hours a day. Never worry if your plane runs late, they always have a driver for you.

Yelp
Our trip going up to Pearson, November 15th, the van had no suspension making for a very rough ride. Being picked up on the 26th at 2:10 in the morning, that was good, the guy was on time but driving to St. Catharines, the heat in the van was intolerable and the guy didn't seem to know how to stop the heat. He eventually pulled over in Beamsville and together with the help of my husband, they eventually turned off the fans which made it o.k. thereafter.

Ronald R.

Yelp
Used many times in the past and it seems to get worse and worse. Once, there was no heat in the middle of winter from Pearson to Niagara South, once the van was old and rickety, once they swapped us out with another couple into a small taxi where there was no space,(the suitcase, one of many ended up in the front passenger seat) we were crammed in like sardines! Never again. Niagara airbus is rude, and their pick up times for morning flights are ridiculous.

Russell Q.

Yelp
Terrible, puts instructions in fine print, overcharges, scam, unfriendly people, better off getting a taxi to Niagara. Also, the "Vice President" kept reassuring us that he is the VP and that he knows everything because he's been doing it for 30 years. And then kept our money. Do not book If 0 stars was an option Niagara Airbus would be the perfect qualifier.

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about this awesome company! My grandson needed to go from St. Catharines to Toronto airport on December 14th, 2022 and returned from Toronto Airport to St. Catherines on January 4th, 2023. He has high anxiety issues and this was his first time flying alone. He came for Christmas to Saskatchewan. This service was top notch! They were very puctual and friendly. They took very good care of him. The pricing was good especially considering the price of gas nowadays and we will not hesitate to use them again! I emailed them a couple of times because he had a change of his phone number and they were very quick to reply. I was told about Niagara airbus from my daughter who used to live there for many years and has used their service herself. Thank you Niagara airbus for helping this stressed gramma! You are the best and we will use you again in a heartbeat!!!

Debbie R.

Yelp
I was courteous and decided to update niagara Airbus about my 40 minute delay from London to Toronto. My original pickup time from them was 9-9:20. They sent an email after I told them of the delay stating that my pickup would now be 10:45. I go to pick up the shuttle and am told that pickup is now 11:30. Despite me showing the email stating the earlier pickup time, I am SOL. My advice to you all. Do NOT advise them of any delays in your flights. They will then have to wait for you.

Sharon M.

Yelp
If you like wondering when your transportation will arrive and driving on a bus for 2 hours that has little to no suspension this is your ride. you get what u pay for I learned and since they are the only game in town they won't be made to change until the rental car companies do one way rentals to Niagara and Pearson. would not recommend.

Cory G.

Yelp
Terrible experience. No compassion or care for service. Stranded at airport for 2 hours with a young child and pregnant wife. Used this service in the past however last two times left me stranded for 2+ hours due to a flight delay. Do not recommend

Yelp
Worst experience we've ever had. After our flight was delayed by one hour, we called Niagra Airbus right away so they could reschedule our reservation (which was hours ahead). We arrived in Buffalo at 10:45pm and our scheduled bus was supposed to picked us at 11:30pm. At about 11:20pm we called to confirm that the driver was close and the answer we got was very unexpected. Apparently they decided that our pickup was going to be moved to the 12:30am. I asked, where you planning to notify us that we were going to have to wait another hour at the airport at this ungodly hour? They said no they were not planning to tell us. This is unacceptable!!!! When we got this airport, we had no choice but to quickly find another form of transportation because if we waited till 12:30am, we wouldn't have arrived at our destination till at least 2:30am since the ride was supposed to be 2 hours. After dealing with a situation where the Airbus inconvenienced us to this extent...they couldn't even reimburse us in full (they chose to keep 15%). The customer service rep said that in his 30 years he'd never seen anyone get a full refund.

Yelp
Our driver was fantastic! He picked us up today and on the ride to Canada gave us tips for our vacation and showed us tourist stuff! Made our ride very pleasant.

Norma H.

Yelp
Landed in Toronto airport. Had booked 72 hrs before by phone. Paid for 4. Each can take a luggage and 2 carry on or else extra charge for more. I was fine, the agent forewarned me at time of reservation. Follow the link on email on how to find the agent/desk after arriving. Easy check in. Did feel like forever by the time the driver arrived, made one more pick up at airport then 1 stop before us arriving to our hotel in Niagara fall in Canada 4 points sheraton. Overall good experience, driver very nice. They even had another car meet up with us at stop 1 and took other travelers to expedite arrival.

Yelp
We used Niagara Airbus Monday 7/9/2018 to travel from the airport to Embassy Suites in the Niagara Falls area. Pick up was on time, no issues. There was only one other passenger. The return trip on 7/12/2018 was not so pleasant. Our pick up time was 4pm, changed from original of time of "between 4:20 & 4:40pm". We were the first to be picked up. We were ready, on time. There was to be a total of 17 passengers, in other words a packed van. At each stop we ended up waiting for people who were not ready. On 2 occasions we sat and waited over 10 minutes for the passengers. I do not know if this was because of the passengers or because of a miscommunication with Niagara Airbus. At one stop, Tim Hortons, we waited over 30 minutes for 4 passengers!!! It was hot out and even though the driver left the air on, we were parked in the parking lot without shade, with sun shining on my side. I was very uncomfortable. The driver then said we could go in and get a drink or coffee while we waited for these people. Just seems ridiculous for the rest of us to have to sit and wait for them. Why not send another bus? We spent over 2 hours getting to the airport! I would probably check other options next time!

Yelp
Booked a wine tour through Travelocity and was very happy with our driver Mike. He was on time, knowledgeable and really nice. My friend and I really enjoyed spending the day with him! We had fun!!

Yelp
This experience with this company was awful. Our bus driver was one hour late and was a turd. His name was Jim, and told us to get off of his bus after we threatened to file fraud charges after we were scammed into buying the wrong tour. Do not use Niagara Airbus, use King Tours. Avoid Niagara Airbus at all costs.

Yelp
I used this on the way back from Toronto after a mexico trip....which is why I'm giving one star. I'd rather not give them any though because after booking my shuttle for 1am for a very early flight I received a notification hours before leaving that they changed the time to the next day. After I was scheduled to leave. I called and apparently their text was wrong but it was still scheduled for 5 hours earlier and they didn't tell me this until the same day. I did not even have time to call them let alone be ready to leave and this also meant I would have to spend the night in the airport. They also refuse to refund your money. I am honestly suprised this is legal. Not okay.

Yelp
Total rip off tourist trap. Take uber. These folks don't pick up when they say and expect you to wait around while they line up other riders. Customer service is non existent and after all that they try to say it's no refunds. I will be charging this back on my credit card and I hope everyone reads this review and uses someone else.

Yelp
I requested a 10:30 AM pickup Monday morning for my husband and I to go from near Niagara-on-the-lake to Toronto airport. They e-mail me on Sunday to tell me they have changed my pickup time to 11:30 AM. This wasn't a huge problem, as I gave us a huge amount of time to get there (I would much prefer being bored inside an airport, than stressing outside). 11:30 goes by. 11:45 At 11:50 I call them, and they tell us the bus will be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I phone again, they say it will be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes after THAT, my husband calls. After arguing with dispatch he gets through to a manager. The manager explains that the bus forgot to pick us up, so we will be picked up by the next one at 12:30. That is TWO HOURS after the pickup time I requested when paying for this service. We barely got an apology. In summary: Don't trust them to get you to where you need to be on time. But who needs to be on time when going to the airport?

Yelp
I used NAB for a trip from Niagara on the Lake to Toronto airport. The pickup time was 2:35-2:55pm, they arrived at 3:05pm, there was one other couple and we had another person to pickup in St. Catharines. The driver was very intent on his gps, we were on and off the highway, and the other couple said it was a very round about, indirect way to pickup the third passenger. We then stopped at a park & ride to change to another bus, it was 80+ degrees, the bus was completely full with 20 ppl and the a/c was spitting water and no cool air. It was a hot and unpleasant ride to the Toronto airport, thank goodness we did not get stuck in traffic. Just be aware to take the earlies pickup time unless they guarantee you that you are the only passenger, or the last passenger for pickup.

R S.

Yelp
They are not particularly reliable, efficient, or polite for that matter. I live in Niagara and travel a lot and you are looking at a 50/50 chance, from my experience, of there being a headache. I have looked around for alternatives and they are pretty much the only game in town that doesn't cost an arm and a leg which is probably why they are still in business. Even their drivers complain about how dispatch messes up. Sometimes they can be good, but too often they can be late, send the wrong car, have ignorant people at the airport reception and once almost caused me to miss an international flight since the connector flight was located in Canada and they figured it should be considered a domestic flight (I barely got there in time after the driver made other arrangements mid-drive). The drivers are good with NAB at least. They have gotten better this year, but that isn't saying much - they use to be awful a few years back.

Yelp
I used this company after being referred by a hotel employee in niagara falls, canada -- and after having a bad experience with niagara airport taxi when i originally arrived at buffalo airport looking for a ride to my hotel in niagara, canada. Niagara airbus picked me up on time at my hotel, the driver was very professional, and even though we were detained at customs for about 20 minutes, they still got me to buffalo airport with plenty of time for my flight. The bus was clean and air conditioned well (it was 90-95 degrees that day). i paid $89, but it was worth every penny. Thank you for a great experience!

Carole T.

Yelp
I've used Niagara Airbus for several years to go back and forth between the Buffalo Airport and Niagara on the Lake. It has improved tremendously in reliability and organization. However since it's the most reasonable way to get to and from the airport, one is hostage to their scheduling. They usually allow far too much time to get to tBuffalo from NOTL even considering the problem of wait time to cross the border. The saving grace for tolerating the ridiculous time allowance is the very nice drivers. On my last trip the driver, Chris, who took me from Buffalo to NOTL was not only kind and helpful, but gave a delightful tour along the way. He was most gracious, interesting and friendly. On the trip back to Buffalo (the scheduling of which was an 8:35 am to 8:55 am pickup for a 2 pm flight) was made pleasant by a friendly, upbeat driver, Sandy who was personable and helpful

Mike C.

Yelp
I recently used their airport shuttle service for the first time. I requested a 2 hour airport arrival prior to my flight. A time was booked then they called to reschedule for a later pickup than arranged. After 2 phone calls to locate the late shuttle bus, it finally arrived a half hour later. Arrival at YYZ was 40 past my requested arrival time and created a high level of stress before I was able to board my flight after last call. This company treats its' clients like cattle to be shuffled around in order to fill their busses at their convenience and the dispatcher obviously paid no regard to my need to be at the airport by the time I indicated

M J.

Yelp
Niagara Airbus is the most disorganized shuttle/limo service I have ever used in 15 years of business travel. Their system defaulted to an AM pickup time and, despite having the flight number and airline, they never double checked the arrival time. Despite the fact that there are no flights on American that arrive after 11:50, they claim to have sent a driver to the airport at 1:25am. When I actually arrived at 1:00 PM, they informed me that because I had missed my pickup that I would not be picked up for another hour and a half. While they claimed my experience was an isolated one, the driver, who was onsite at 1:25 but waiting for additional passengers, had been given an incorrect flight number for another passenger, whom we then spent 20 minutes looking for. The receptionist was brusque and unapologetic and generally unpleasant to deal with. When I told her I didn't not want to make the return trip with them, she proceeded to charge me the one way rate, which is, just FYI, roughly double what it costs a taxi. Overall the experience was inefficient and inconvenient. Take a cab or book another company. The driver was nice and the only reason to give this company 2 stars.

Ann M.

Yelp
I was a little hesitant from the reviews to use Niagara Air Bus and actually tried to reserve a cab through another company first. When the cab company was unresponsive, I decided to book Niagara Air Bus a few days before my husband and I's trip to Niagara Falls Ontario. We booked a round trip online to receive the discount. The booking process was very simple and we received confirmation via email instantly. When booking, you select your times in military time, but it does convert it before you check out so you can double check you chose the right times. We flew into BUF airport the Friday morning of Labor Day weekend. Upon arrival we followed the signs to baggage claim. The Niagara Air Bus stand is at the bottom of the escalator near baggage claim (even though the email print out says it's at the top of the escalator). They share a stand with the Buffalo Airport Taxi service. Our driver was at the stand when we arrived. He checked that we were on his list and directed us to where we could sit and wait until it was time to leave. There was one other couple we were waiting on. We waited about 15 minutes. When the driver confirmed their plane had been delayed and they would require a later shuttle we left. The driver was very friendly. He loaded our bags to the back of the shuttle, confirmed we had our passports, and informed us on the process when we would get to the border. The border crossing was very fast due to it being just us on the shuttle, very little traffic, and that the shuttle uses the bus lane at the border. There was little to no traffic the entire way there and we made it to the Marriot Fallsview hotel in about 45min. The ride was smooth and the driver even told us about a few points of interest as we passed. He dropped us off in front of our hotel and unloaded our bags. We left on Labor Day in the late afternoon. The shuttle was right on time out front of our hotel. Again, he loaded in our bags, checked we were on his list, confirmed we had our passports, and informed us of the border crossing procedure. There was one other family of 3 on the shuttle with us for the ride back. We took the Rainbow bridge this time to get back to BUF airport. There was a little traffic at the border this time, but not much. We got to the airport in about an hour and were dropped off right in front of our airline. It was a great experience and we are so happy that we booked Niagara Air Bus instead of a taxi or renting a car. The shuttles are not fancy, but the air conditioning worked fine and they were clean and comfortable. The drivers were friendly and professional, and you could hear on their radios that they were in constant communication to avoid traffic and update routes if needed. The minus 1 star is for the price. With the discount and round trip it is very close to what a taxi with tip would be, however it is a shared ride and I had expected it to be a little cheaper. Despite the cost, we will for sure use again if we ever travel back to Niagara because of our good experience.
