Cool hiking trails - the first leg is a super tall staircase which is kind of scary cuz you feel like you're gonna fall between the steps lol. But once you get over that, there's a lot of super pretty views of the Niagara Gorge (you can watch people in boats in the rapids). It's pretty moderate, nothing too crazy, unless you want to climb the rocks on the edge to get closer to the water. There's also picnic area in the front where you can chill after you do the hike.

Easy to drive there with lots of paid parking. Big washrooms at the entrance. Scenic view along the trail is amazing. It is suitable for families, friends and even elders. Difficulty of the main loop is below moderate, it may take 1 - 1.5 hours casually.

I am overwhelmed after my hiking trip today! A must visit place for those who love hiking and being surrounded by nature. I took the river trail, which has some areas a bit tricky. A good pair of hiking shoes can take care of it. About the view, I have no words to describe how amazing it is! the turquoise water, sound of forceful Niagara river at places as well as the calm and quiet nature of the river at certain areas- everything is just wholesome! There are multiple points along the trail where you can see the different nature of the same river! Also at times, the energy of the whirlpool jet riders make it more enjoyable! We saw quite a lot of those boats during our hike. Anybody who is reading the review, I hope you enjoy the same or even more than I enjoyed there!

Such a great little hike in Niagara. $8/hour to park, but it’s worth it. Well maintained trails with lots of hikers of all skill levels, plus rock climbers everywhere. It’s nicely shaded also, so it’s a great activity for a hot day. Lots of big boulders and small caves. I like to do the full loop, but the Cliffside trail has some nice big boulders to check out.

We recently hiked the main loop trail at the Niagara Glen Trails and had a great experience. The trails are well maintained, clearly marked, and incredibly scenic. The staff at the Nature Center were very friendly and helpful. The center itself is well-designed and maintained. I did notice a few plastic bottles littered along the path. It's a request to all the visitors to be respectful of the forest and help preserve it for everyone. We only explored the main loop trail this time, but we’re looking forward to coming back and checking out the other trails.

This place has officially become my new favorite hiking spot. The trails are beautifully maintained and offer just the right mix of adventure and serenity. I even stumbled upon a hidden lookout point facing the water, it genuinely felt like it was waiting for me to discover it. The view was so breathtaking, it actually made me emotional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a bit of soul searching.

Niagara Glen - Hiking Should have posted last year but never too late. Niagara Glen is an amazing spot for hiking with some of the best views of the Niagara River and whirlpool. The trails take you right down into the gorge, surrounded by beautiful rock formations, lush forest, and super clear water. It feels like a hidden world away from the tourist crowds. Trails are a bit rugged in spots, so wear good shoes, but it’s totally worth it. Great place for nature lovers, hikers, and photographers. One of the most underrated gems near Niagara Falls! FYI- Please take a big water bottle, its a bit tiring hike. I did see some people rock climbing as well.

We hiked the main loop trail at Niagara Glen. The 2-kilometer path was mostly easy with a few moderate sections, and it offered breathtaking views of the Niagara River. The roaring rapids provided a dramatic backdrop, and we loved the extra thrill of watching the whirlpool jet boats zip by. The well-maintained and clearly marked trails made for a relaxing and enjoyable walk.
