The stay was amazing! The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with all facilities in perfect working order. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff, Xiaoxue, was friendly and responsive. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s great value for money — highly recommended to friends!

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to everything. But once you step inside, it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet. It’s located in the IFS building, right next to Taikoo Li mall, so everything is super convenient. The room was very clean. This was our first trip to China, and we were really impressed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Way better than the Ritz Carlton I originally booked and cancelled the remaining nights for. Truly felt like a luxury hotel with friendly attentive staff, bright lighting, and a great location. Amazing view of the Temple, Taikoo Li. Received welcome fruits and snacks. New toiletries were nice. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu.

Best location, Centre of the most fashion and trendy and must visit iconic spots. The first luxury lifestyle hotel brand of The Wharf Hotel Management, a renowned assets management company based in Hong Kong with many landmarks in key cities in China. Decent guests room space, boutique bath amenities from Florence Italy designed for the brand, well selected breakfast items with combination of authentic Chengdu flavor and western bite, hot items to be placing order by request to ensure best taste. Pastry from this hotel is too good to describe. See the birthday cake from its lobby lounge and the taste is terrific! See the pictures and it tells everything!

This is one of the nicest hotels I could find in Chengdu for a short trip. The overall experience was good. Breakfast was included so that is nice and convenient. The only thing was the woody smell in my room that was present during my stay, but the staff put an air purifier in my room to solve the issue. |Anya was also helpful when I was checking out. She helped me with my bags and offered me some tea which was nice of her to do:)

Location was absolutely a 10/10, extremely convenient especially if planning on spending time around Chunxi Road and Tai Koo Li area in Chengdu. ||||Rooms and Service from Staff was a solid 9.5/10 as well.||I ordered some packages from TaoBao, and the concierge staff even assisted me in contacting the courier company to expedite my deliveries.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel. We chose it due to it’s convenient location, which you really can’t beat given it’s sitting on top of the best mall in Chengdu, plus only 5 minutes walking distance from several late night street eateries (which was life saving since we arrived past midnight). Room was sizeable, with all the modern amenities, and breakfast was sumptuous. Overall service was great. What more can you ask for?
