Excellent stay at Niccolo Chengdu! The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and dining. Adjacent to IFS and only a few steps away from Tai Koo Li. The service was truly outstanding—professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I was especially impressed that they kindly kept all of my Taobao packages safely before I arrived, which made my trip so much smoother. Even up to the bell boy are always ready to welcome and help with the baggage or even your shopping bags. A perfect combination of convenience and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

I stayed here on a business trip in November and I was very impressed. ||All meals were superb. The highlight was a banquet where we had 7 courses, including the best Sea Bass ive eaten. Breakfast was an impressive offering of local and Western options also. ||Service was really warm and attentive. Lots of people keen to welcome and go above and beyond. ||Bedrooms were kitted out to perfection with a lovely bathroom, great view and super clean. ||I didn't use the pool because I was working but wish I'd checked it out. ||I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return if I was visiting Chengdu again.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience.Positives:The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area.Transportation was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities.The cleaning lady was outstanding. She went above and beyond by folding all our clothes, providing thoughtful touches like warm eye masks one night and a pillow spray on another. She also ensured we had plenty of bottled water and always greeted us with a smile. Her attentiveness truly made our stay more comfortable.The pillow options were great. I particularly appreciated the latex pillow, which offered excellent support and comfort.The coffee at breakfast was really good and a nice way to start the day.Areas for Improvement:The bed was quite squeaky and shaky, making noise with even the slightest movement. This affected the quality of our sleep. It would be great if the bed frames could be checked or upgraded.The breakfast was average. The bread was cold, and it would be helpful to have a small oven or toaster available for guests. Additionally, expanding the food options would make the breakfast more enjoyable.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I appreciated the thoughtful service. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better. Thank you!

We had a marvellous n most enjoyable stay at Niccolo hotel Chengdu from 26/12 to 30/12/25. There were 7 of us n the Hotel GM, Front Office Manager n the staff were most courteous n helpful with their service n attention. The hotel location, rooms , amenities, F&B outlets etc are perfect. Strongly recommended.

The stay was amazing! The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with all facilities in perfect working order. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff, Xiaoxue, was friendly and responsive. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s great value for money — highly recommended to friends!

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to everything. But once you step inside, it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet. It’s located in the IFS building, right next to Taikoo Li mall, so everything is super convenient. The room was very clean. This was our first trip to China, and we were really impressed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Way better than the Ritz Carlton I originally booked and cancelled the remaining nights for. Truly felt like a luxury hotel with friendly attentive staff, bright lighting, and a great location. Amazing view of the Temple, Taikoo Li. Received welcome fruits and snacks. New toiletries were nice. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chengdu.
