We absolutely love this hotel, just as brilliant this year as it was last. A very warm welcome every time you step inside, the hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are fresh with super comfortable mattresses and good aircon. The icing on the cake is the lovely team who all ensure that guests are happy and feel completely at home, thank you especially to Anthony, Yan, Steeve and the lady on reception. There is a lovely little bar, with a happy hour, such a good place to relax after a day out and the team have some brilliant tips and recommendations to share, which we very much appreciated. Great location near to the train station for day trips and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We didn't want to leave and will be back soon we hope!

So one always look for a nice smelling room, a nice comfortable mattress for great sleep, an inviting bathroom with shower and overall cleanliness. As great as the expected aboves where, none was more important than the managers. I would go back just to see Samantha, Julien, StEEve and of course Yann! They were all helpful, forthcoming, live and truly care about your stay. We did spend more time with Samantha and Yann and these two really made us feel at home. They care about what one thinks of their place and go out of their way to add extra olive oil to our vacation.|We would have stayed the whole trip but the words got out and only 4 days were available.|We would recommend and will stay there anytime we go to Nice. By the way, very close to eveything, espeically the train station.

Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect.|To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem.||The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade des Anglais.||Although the hotel restaurant is small, it offers everything you need for a satisfying breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.||Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay when visiting Nice.

Perfect stay!! Considering it’s a tourist hotel in Nice, I was not expecting much (thinking it’s a typical European beach hotel) but they far exceeded my expectations! It’s a 4 star hotel but with 5 star boutique hotel vibes for sure! I arrived at 10 am and I was surprised they checked me in. The hotel seems newly renovated, the bathroom is marble and the windows are very nice. The room is clean and actually smells nice. I have zero complaints. The staff is very nice and friendly. I hope they maintain this level of hospitality. 5 star quality indeed.

I stayed one night and was greeted by Yann who went above and beyond to help me sort out a couple of travel issues I had. The room was stylish and clean with a stunning bathroom. There were some usb ports in my room and a kettle with a selection of drinks. You can easily walk to the centre of Nice and also trams and the train station are close by. Highly recommended!

This is our second trip to Hotel Nice Cote d'Azur and it won't be the last. Our rooms have been good sized, pleasantly decorated and always perfectly clean. It was high season and hotels in Nice jack up prices but we found that here they remain reasonable. It is a 3 minute walk to your train. ||Being near the station, it is not the most beautiful area in Nice but it does offer some very good, authentic Nicoise restaurants and it is only a 15 minute walk to the beach.||The best thing about the hotel however is the staff with whom we now feel like friends. They are welcoming and extremely kind.

We had read the positive reviews and were happy to find the reviewers right. The hotel is small and simple but our room was cute, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to wake up. The staff was also very friendly and kind. While the location is not the best, it is a short walk to the beach and the posher parts of Nice. Also, being close to the train station is a bonus. We will be returning to Nice soon and have already booked again here for the stay.

A great place to stay in Nice. Close to the train, short walk to the tram, reasonable walk to the beach. Near many restaurants. It is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and welcoming. The staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was cool during a heat wave and they had everything you needed (beach towels to lend, recommendations upon request, express or full breakfast offered).
