Cool store set up lots of variety. Lost 1 star due to the larger sizes not available.

Google
i finally found the pink and black jordans i wanted here! was busy riding my scooter around downtown LA when i stumbled upon the clean view of the store. The girl and guy Will in front seemed really attentive to my needs they got me the right shoe size within minutes even on a busy Saturday afternoon. I picked up the shoes for only $75!!! it was a size 6.5 which fit my women's size 8 perfectly! highly recommend.

Google
Nice shop friendly people. To bad my size was not available. My daughter bought a pair of Jordans.

Amanda Lee

Google
Nice two-story place to browse for shoes and clothing at retail prices. Enjoyed the layout of the store. Friendly sales staff that wasn’t pushy at all when I was debating on whether I should pick up a pair of AJ1 Hyper Blues. Will be back if I’m in the area!

Google
I did all this research to find out how I could get a pair of Yeezys for my sick brother. I went to a bunch of stores asking who would have them and found that Nice Kicks was selling them first come first serve- I thought perfect! I’ll wait as long as I need to. When I first got in line they said I would be able to get a pair. So I stood in line for 4 hours only to watch the same people running in and out with shoe after shoe as I stood in line not moving. They had “security” outside which I would have hoped was to make sure things like that didn’t happen but clearly they were all being paid under the table. That couldn’t have been more obvious. Unfortunately this place is not about the community at all nor do they care about their customers. That type of greed is disgusting to me, I will never shop here.

Google
Only called them due to Fraudulent Activity on my debit card. Thanks for;not allowing the 2. Transactions. Otherwise, I.never heard of this place. Please remove. Stop

Google
I Went for the 550 drop, the owner or manager said there was 100 pairs. Only ending up selling 14 pairs had us waiting in line for no reason. Pretty sure they backdoored all their pairs. Awful store and don’t recommend

Google
worst experience there , I went to get some raffle tickets and shop around . 4 employees just on there phones. Asked for help… took them about 30 min to help me smh. Later asked them if I could join the raffle for the dunks & kobes and gave me a “bruh why” type of attitude, and a very cocky attitude as well. They practically threw me the ticket I was supposed to fill out. Later I walk out the store and see a female walk in . Goes to the back door then see her come out with a box of dunk and yeezys . Back door.

Yelp
It's the @Light_skin_dragon swaying through the air from a blast from the past review from June of 2018, had a great night out here then coming to this place in the morning just window shopping. Which I haven't done for many years since this. The service was byfar good that's why I started this review but never finished the value of the shoes was in the 100's because of the rare selection that they have. I really wonder if they are still there especially after covid. Next time I'm out there visiting my agent I'll make sure to see! I'll be back and give a more honest review if they are still up and running! BTW I had pictures but my old phone was stolen so I didn't get to post any! But I will when I return

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by interaction here- we were expecting the typical surly/aloof staff experience you get at most street wear stores, but the people working here were very friendly and helpful. There are two floors, though I only looked at the first floor. Everything is displayed very nicely and store is clean. Parking is DTLA- paid street parking or paid lot

Qingjian M.

Yelp
This store is the best in LA. Store is huge, always stocked, clean, and well staffed with great people. Nothing but love every time I walk in and the stuff are always super helpful!

Sanny C.

Yelp
The staffs here looked so mad lol the gal that helped us was nice and she smiled here and there. The guy at the cashier was lame. My nephew couldn't fit the shoes so he asked for a bigger size. The gal went to get another one. He just got it...about to open the box and the guy was like SO YOU GUYs going to get it?? Uh hello...he needed to try it on first!! Customer service needs to be better and more professional. If it was me, I probably wouldn't buy the shoes and leave.

Mathew S.

Yelp
Service was horrendous took 45 minutes for the guy to look for the shoe only to tell me he didn't have it then proceeded to waste my time by having me wait on shoes he didn't even have in stock

Allen C.

Yelp
So far 3 raffles and nothin. Ive been in once or twice to check out what they have and pretty much nothing in my size so it makes it impossible to actually buy anything. I cant win a raffle so that stops that purchase. Ummm I don't know what else to say.

Mehrnaz H.

Yelp
I really don't care for this shop, they only carry very high-end items, very focused on pushing product, setup more like a boutique rather than a small selective sporting clothing/shoe store in downtown LA. We stop here per my teen's request when we are in LA, and each time the experience has been the same. Today my son was looking for a Nike shoe size 8.5 and they were happy to sell him size 9.5 and agreeing that it is a good size (which 17 year old would disagree with the saleswoman saying it is the right side rather than mom saying it is too big!! The store is very clean with minimalist look, but not my type of place to shop. I prefer to order the items online rather than shop there.

Yelp
Awesome sneaker spot 3 miles away from the fashion district. I was looking for this exclusive drop that only hit a few LA stores and they had it, when I walked in they had all the usual heat that was hard to find. The staff was super knowledgeable and they don't overcharge, retail price. Make sure you go check them out!

Justin Cannon H.

Yelp
I tired to return my shoes the next day , after i bought them just try'd them on only . I brought them back and 3 employee 's try'd to tell me that this shoes were used damaged and couldn't resale Because the dust at the bottom of the shoe.. to be honest the didn't wanna give me my refund or whatever i have 14 days to return for cash is was rejected with no real reason They yelled at me all at once tryna to explain they could not take this shoes back They knew i couldn't stay cause i was leaving for Costa Rica in 2 hours but I'm tryna to get this handled with upper management still cause i was not happy about this and don't think about would've been

Jose B.

Yelp
They have great selection, of shoes and appeal always great finds here. It's located right in heart of DTLA

Liza E.

Yelp
A key sneaker and streetwear retail boutique in Downtown Los Angeles offering a great collection from top brands. The Adidas section is very big and has a lot of different product options.

Jose G.

Yelp
Died and went to sneaker heaven! If Tupac and Biggie were still alive they would definitely be shopping here. The real east coast west coast beef started about which coast had the best sneaker shops, but what do I know, I like country. I'm just kidding, I don't like country. Rap and hip-hop forever! Ive been shopping here since they opened and have seen a lot of change similar to when Barry O. was president. Highly recommend going here.

Yelp
I purchased a pair of shoes online. They charged me right away but after 2 weeks, never received them. I contacted them several times by email and phone - no one bothered to write or call back. When I called the LA store - the employee said that they have nothing to do with the orders online. After a month, still no shoes or customer service. I contacted my credit card to get a refund. That is when I received an email from this company stating that my funds were refunded. HOWEVER, today a new charge was rebilled to my card even though I never received the shoes. Will contact my credit card company again for fraud. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEIR ONLINE STORE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Jefferson W.

Yelp
I had a lot of money to spend and the dude at the counter just gave horrible customer service as soon as I came in and asked a question so I just left. Not recommended

Aldo A.

Yelp
Was recommended by a co worker to this place. Honestly surprised how chill and straight forward they are. Thank you for doing a trade.

Brianna L.

Yelp
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Customer service was above and beyond when I brought my parents in to buy shoes. This place isn't for 60 year olds lol but my parents love unique sneakers and stuff you can't find at your local mall. They're slow shoppers, have to try on a lot of pairs, and ask a ton of questions. Every person that helped them was ridiculously helpful and kind. We were in there well over an hour. I feel like the customer associates let you do your thing, and then when you ask for help, they're on top of it. They're not overly salesy, either. The sales in here are pretty great. We found shoes for $50 that were selling for $150+ on StockX. Their sale shoes have red zip tie tags on them and are usually upstairs. The apparel is also solid. Mostly men's, but a few racks of women's too. Good adidas selection, nothing generic. Really unique stuff that would sell out at the Venice Adidas within hours. Worth checking this place out if you're in the area. Selection and stock is always rotating in and out, so you'll see different stuff every week.

Yelp
I had the upmost pleasure in meeting Troy yesterday. Troy helped me get some matching shoes for myself and the misses and he was spot on.. his information about shoes and the culture was amazingly informative and accurate. Have us a tour of the shop and even let us know about upcoming events and how things work there. Nice kicks is definitely a place to go if you're looking for some good sneakers! Thanks again Troy and thank you Nice Kicks. Can't wait to see yall soon!

Yelp
I live down the street from this spot, and I absolutely love it. The decor is minimalist but luxe, and they even have a little doggie bowl and treats in the front. Good selection of sneakers and some accessories. Love their marketing/branding strategies (including their ice cream truck!) Last time I came in was probably 3 weeks ago, there was a young lady working there that was really kind to me and my dog as we looked around. Honestly, most sneaker/upscale clothing stores in LA don't have the most friendly salespeople so I was happily surprised by the sweet lady that helped me out. Yay nice kicks!!! One last thing--for those people complaining about parking, there is an app for both iPhone and android called "ParkMe"; it's a lifesaver esp. living in LA.

Jenn Y.

Yelp
Nice selections of kicks but because of the popularity of this store the popular sizes seem to become unavailable fast. The customer service is ok. Not many floor staffs. The displays and interior design of the store is pretty nice and that enough draws me in. Inconvenient downtown location as most places in DTLA. Parking along the street so you have to get lucky and find a meter somewhere or park in a local lot and walk down the block. I'm glad this store has an online store for convenience but of course it's always nice to try on the shoes before u buy.

Casey A.

Yelp
Nice merchandising of store and every now and then they throw some cool events but this place is nothing special. Everything they carry can be found in most shoe stores but the biggest turn off is that their staff lacks knowledge. I'm somewhat of a sneaker head and if you go into a shoe store you expect the people that work there to at least know something about shoes. There were two separate incidents where I came in looking for a shoe, the first time they didn't know what I was talking about... the second time I kept getting passed on to someone else until finally the manager was able to help me out. Maybe hire people who are educated in that specific trade or genre? Idk maybe I'm crazy.

Emily P.

Yelp
First off: new management. I always had a shitty experience coming into this store until just recently when they got a new manager, Eddie. He is always friendly. A new sales associate named Ricky is also very welcoming and attentive to every customer. The rest of the employees don't seem to care. Second: this is a RETAIL store, not a consignment nor resell store. If you claim to be a sneaker head you should know that you won't find yeezys or any "rare" shoes for retail price at any RETAIL store. Third: Only con I have is the terrible parking in downtown LA. Your best bet is to go on a Sunday and pay $5 at a parking lot a couple blocks away. I usually park there and visit Urban Outfitters, Umami, Nice Kicks and the Ace Hotel rooftop bar. All super close at walking distance.

Cristian G.

Yelp
Parking is expensive and atrocious, $35 for valet for a filthy location near skid row and if you dont pay you can get a $400 parking ticket. Customer service bad, they take forever, they only have 2 registers and the manager is slow as mud. Lastly they don't return any shoes so if you buy something make sure it fits because they don't take anything back even the next day!

Austin C.

Yelp
The selection was ok and the staff upstairs was pretty helpful. When speaking with them, they were very light on inventory and sizes of hotter items though, which wasn't what I was expecting from the DTLA location.

Danielle F.

Yelp
Had a really nice experience. This was a first time visit and Justin, one of the staff members was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and helpful!

Roger E.

Yelp
Don't know about the bad reviews, but we all different experiences. Mine have always been pleasant, dope help, good selection, staff is cool and helpful. Parking blows tho, it's $10 or $20 depending on date and time at a parking lot next door, or street parking also available about a block or two away. I've gotten lucky once with their raffles too. Overall fix the parking sitch and I'll up my review to 5 stars

Evelynn M.

Yelp
Overall satisfied with my experience. I'm a shoe fanatic so I had to check this place out! First off, anywhere in LA, you have to deal with parking so therefore that didn't phase me. Second off, the customer service was great!! The manager Jose and all the sales associates were so attentive, I've been to so many stores who don't even welcome you when you come in. I used to work in customer service I know how a customer should get treated and they did exactly that! It was a bit busy but they seemed to attend to every customer and everyone just seemed really laid back. The store is really nice and clean as well! I ended up purchasing some nikes, but best believe I'll be back to purchase some more :) Thank you to all the nice kick staff! We shall meet again!

Duyen V.

Yelp
The shoe selection here was pretty dismal. Like someone else mentioned, there weren't any rare shoes or anything really special about the store all together. We're better off going to Blends or Rif. The customer service also left much to be desired. No one offered to grab a size for my boyfriend as he was looking at some KDs. It wasn't until he approached someone at the register and was told that they didn't have his size. We found street parking relatively easily on a Sunday afternoon. This goes for DTLA as a whole but especially while walking towards this store, be extra careful where you walk...like literally eyes to the ground bc there's shit and piss everywhere. We saw a man bent over in the middle of the sidewalk playing with a pile of shit. I kid you not.

Meg M.

Yelp
Worst service at this store. I stood there for 15 minutes with a shoe in my hand needing a size but everyone that was working was too busy trying on shoes for themselves! Also the shoes I bought has a sticker on the box that said $89.99 but the stores sticker was $99.99 - hmmmmm . 1 star because there was one kid there that was nice and seemed like he cared.

Mile A.

Yelp
Fuck these niggas. They really tried to sell me a dirty shoe that they allowed everyone to try on. Foh, footlocker doesn't do that. They let people walk in the store and try on shoes that people dont even buy. The people just take pics with the shoe on, walk a whole circle creashing the shoe and making it dirty and the worst part is they force their foot inside the shoe and the employees allow it.

Karina P.

Yelp
Literally the worst customer service from the manager here. I had purchased something and ended up not liking it once I got home. I went back to return it, the manager Jose seen me walk right in and straight to the register. I said I wanted to return something and he asked why, before I could even answer him, he said you don't want anything else, you can buy something else instead. I didn't even look at anything, how could I want anything else, if I didn't even browse around. He repeated this twice to me and that really made me not even want to look around to see if I wanted anything else instead. A girl at the registered proceeded to help me with the return. As she is helping me, he's still pressing me about the return, when I had already said I didn't want anything else. Don't think I will ever go back here again, especially since the manager is the one providing this type of customer service. Nice Kicks, you may want to reconsider the type of people you make managers. P.S. The way they do raffles is horrible, for a dedicated sneaker shop I would expect some type of experience on conducting raffles. I travel a lot and have witnessed raffles in many different cities. These guys' raffles are by far the worst. P.P.S. Parking for this location sucks!! They should really look into a validation system with a parking lot around there.

Bee B.

Yelp
Great customer service .. ps guys it's a retail store not a consignment store of course it won't have Yeezy in stock but they do have them in release date so make sure to follow @shopnicekicks to know about raffles

Chris F.

Yelp
Nice store. Traffic getting there is awful. So is parking. The have a lot next door but you have to pay to park.

Ilma D.

Yelp
Visiting fashion district in Los Angeles, the store has cool sneakers and streetwear clothing. Some were on sale. I bought a pair of shoes and the nice guy who has been helping me with sizes also gave me a good discount.

David P.

Yelp
First of all , the management is horrible, I worked here and they threaten to fire you and are insecure about customers going into the elevator because the elevator also goes to the basement which is where the stock room is located. My manger (keoni) told me to tell an African American guy to take the stairs instead of the elevator although I told him that the guy wanted to take the elevator because he was tired. Keoni then told me to tell the African American guy whom is a customer , " I don't give a shit, take the stairs". The management is very unprofessional and till this day, I haven't received my last paycheck. Please don't go to this place to buy shoes, there's many better places lik FOOTLOCKER who is not unprofessional.

Allyssa R.

Yelp
Drove all the way from Phoenix, AZ to bring my son here for his birthday. He's been dying to come to this store. The customer service was great. My son tried on a few different pairs because he couldn't decide. The guys were so patient with us and very knowledgeable. Thank you Nice Kicks. We will be back.

Viktor K.

Yelp
DO NOT BUY! SCAM WEBSITE. Purchased a pair of $150 shoes and was sent USED SHOES. Site does not inform buyer that shows being sold are used in description. Neglected and delayed responses by customer service to make a return. Had to contact The Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to resolve issue. Site has a long history with WWW.RIPOFFREPORT.COM

RV T.

Yelp
Staff attitude is classic for an LA sneaker store -- they certainly won't throw you out, but you're not really welcome either...sort of like a Yeezified version of that old SNL skit "Jeffrey's". Plenty of bullshittin' behind the register but little attention paid to me or the 4 other people who were in the store until I pulled something off the wall and walked right up. Stock in store is just a tiny fraction of what's on their website. I gave them the second star because when I asked about some shoes on their website, the staff member's eyes went wide -- he all but begged me never to order anything from their site, explaining the service was a nightmare, I might not get what I ordered, and it probably wouldn't be returnable. Thanks for the heads up, dude! What's it say about a place when their own employees give customers that kinda heads up? Yikes. Oh, and I checked BBB and some other review sites....he was right! LOL!

Bobby B.

Yelp
this shoe store is horrible on selection on shoes. no rare unique shoes, biggest upset was no yeezys on deck 4 sale. mag park all day!(;
