I only gave nicks two stars because he had done acceptable work in the last. However, I will never go back. He yelled at my husband to repair the shoe himself. We have returned four times to get a shoe repaired.and it never was completed. Arrogance such as this was unacceptable. There are too many other good shoe repair places to go to. Sorry Nick, you should be courteous to your customers.

This was my first time going to Nick's Shoe Repair. He is knowledgeable, nice and courteous. Excellent craftsmanship. Fast and friendly service. All of these things describe their services. My toddler destroyed his brand new dress shoes within 3 wears. Nick's Shoe Repair restored my toddlers dress shoes to like new condition. Definitely recommend Nick's for your repair needs.

My wife took a pair of my son's Johnston and Murphy loafers in to get repaired. She had a connversation with Nic and he asked her if our son was on the east coast because the shoes had mud on them. My wife replied "No, he was just at a local party". She lost her ticket, and now Nic and staff can't find his shoes. I went in, after my wife went in 3 times, and the service was shocking. Almost obstinate. The lesson is if you have a very busy life, and lose your ticket.... good luck!

Need shoe, luggage, any leather goods repair? Go to Nicks Shoe Repair. Enthusiastic recommendation. Nicks been in business for over 4 decades. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Great quality work, very fair pricing and good people. Re-soled/heals shoes come out better than new. Nick just repaired my high quality leather weekend bag..and now it’s better than new. Highly recommended! You won’t go elsewhere, once you try Nicks.

This place called called Nick’s boot and shoe repair in San Ramon is an awesome and amazing family owned business. They are very professional and very compassionate. I brought some belts that needed some opening. They opened them without charging me . Again today I brought my daughters sandals for repair, I asked for an express service to pick it up the same day, the owner granted it without extra charge. Thank you Nicks and family for all you do to serve our community. You are showing the light of God in you . I appreciate you. Thank you again. I will be supporting your business because you deserve it . God’s blessings always.

Rude and unprofessional. Make sure you get the price range for the service in advance and before they see your designer brand shoe, otherwise they charge whatever they please.

This guy charged me $150 to make my custom boots “like new”. What I got back would no longer fit and the leathernoy replaced where promised. When i complsined he snottily told me to “just grow tulips in them”.

Nick can repair any shoe or boot. Great work and friendly staff. Nick was raised as a cobbler. His father "Rocky" owned A-1 Shoe Repair on Main St., Walnut Creek. When his Dad retired and retired the store on Main St. Walnut Creek, Nick went into business on his own and opened a shop in San Ramon named Boot Hill. Nick then moved his store into another location in Crow Canyon Commons where he still works hard. Thanks for the service my family has received in the past and present. Your the best Nick!
