Nick's Restaurant Bar & Pizzeria

How do they even dare to charge people for this? It was cold and seemed to come straight out of a can 😂 the chef was annoyed and gave us 3 options: reheat, remake or take away. An absolute joke

Despite having several large groups and being understaffed, they found a lovely spot for our group of 7. The atmosphere leaves you thinking you're in a quaint chalet up in the snow. We were impressed with how quickly our pizzas arrived, and were not disappointed in the flavour. The vegetarian pizza was our favourite!! The food was reasonably priced and there was a great variety to choose from. While waiting, they even had some games for the kids to play.

We’ve visited Nicks twice now during our stay in Yungaburra and we have really enjoyed it here. Lovely staff, and very cheesy pizza! I had the Yungaburra pizza which was very tasty. On the second visit I tried the macadamia pesto linguine which I also recommend. Nicks has a family friendly, rustic atmosphere, definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area :)

Fantastic place to go! The owner was inviting and chatty. The beer was great and a good selection of local as well as european. All the girls behind the bar where super friendly. Very happy place. Awesome pizza.

Our experience there was terrible. We ordered the sirloin steak. Mine was suppose to be rare . Medium at the best . It was placed in front of me and to say I was shocked is mild Steak, 3 corn cobs(no butter)and several chunks of carrot. That was it! Never in all my years have I been stunned by what I was served. Poor servers were so embarrassed when we requested some other form of vegetables. They did bring a salad out , that was lovely. Won't be back in a hurry. Met Nick later and he was lovely , but didn't mention it to him . Poor man

The best meatballs of my life, an atmosphere worthy of a Swiss inn, a excellent moment to enjoy with the whole family. I recommend it 1000%. Thanks to Nick and his team 😊

What a great stay, great restaurant, great hospitality, especially the little van, surrounded by nature, the best walk by the creek seeing the platypus and other wildlife. The local 2 curlews are amazing. Thanks Nick for everything. The food was great, staff were great, the accommodation was awesome. Better than sleeping in my car🙏I will be back, and here to tell everyone they must visit. Wish I had a longer visit. Thanks again❤🌹

Love their pizza and the ambience. The service is always great. Seating outside under the stars is lovely in summer. Cost inside at winter.

This restaurant is joined to Nick's Italian Swiss Restaurant. In fact it is under the same roof. Many patrons walking into the pizzeria are invited to walk through to the restaurant. If you sit in the pizzeria you also get the restaurant menu. The food appears to be very kid friendly but expensive. There are only two waitresses dealing with two menus and two restaurant areas. The obvious result is patrons are sat in the pizzeria and sometimes forgotten so they just wander into the restaurant to get served. Our meals were OK The pizzas were cold despite being straight out of the oven. They were put on cold plates and the calzone had cold tomato purée put on top. Nothing had chilli but we did ask for chilli oil but it never appeared.
