Nico Urban Hotel

We loved staying at Nico Urban Hotel and eating at the on-site restaurant Il Buongustaio. As soon as you enter the hotel there's a feeling of relaxation and comfort. The hotel offers modern amenities but keeping its vintage flare. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our every need was met during our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we could ask for. We especially loved the little private garden. The food at Il Buongustaio was absolutely delicious - we couldn't get enough of their authentic Italian dishes. The best part is that the hotel is so central to everything meaning you can walk or take an uber to wherever you are going, we loved staying in San Benito it's the safest and best neighborhood in El Salvador. Overall, our experience at Nico Urban was top-notch and we can't wait to come back again!

My check in was OK, the receptionist was a lady not welcoming, no smile didn’t even ask how we are doing. Me & my|Friend booked this place over the phone randomly calling hotels for availability and Fernando picked up our call and with his hospitality and knowledge we booked our 3 night stay right away. I felt a warm welcome|Through the phone.|So when I checked in I wish it was by him but turned out it was the manager. As a director for a Hilton property here I am always on the look out to see who brings the real hospitality and Fernando did, we later met him in the evening for his shift and I knew right away It was him. He was so kind, ATTENTIVE, welcoming.| I wish I could bring him back to the states. Everyone please request Fernando to take care of you,|Your needs and concerns he’s the best.

By far one of the best international hotels I have ever stayed in!! The room was large and clean, the bathroom was a dream, and the staff was amazing from the front desk staff who came to help us with our safe after hours to the the security who waited with the gates open until we returned at night to ensure our safety. My boyfriend would probably say the pancakes for breakfast was his favorite. This is truly a hidden gem. I’d stay there a million times over and I am such a picky guest. Nico Urban Hotel you got it right!!!

We stayed in room 4 for three nights while we were traveling around El Salvador. ||||The neighborhood seemed safe - although we only went out during the day. ||||I really liked the open and spacious room layout. It's modern done the right way. I even liked the paintings (I'm fairly picky about art). ||||Beds are comfortable - and I liked the robes, pillows and slippers. ||||The hotel room was quiet, even though there is a restaurant in the other part. The restaurant was pretty awesome. We ate there two nights. ||||The breakfast was really good as well - I had avocado toast and my son had corn pancakes.||||The staff was really nice and arranged car transit for me (as well as a tour around the city). ||||The restaurant is closed Sunday night - so prepare accordingly. ||||The only small complaint I have is of a smoke smell in the bed (even though its listed as a smoke free hotel). I think someone smoked heavily in there, and the smell was deep in all the mattress/pillows (in both of them).||||However, I want to go back and highly recommend.

Our overall experience was EXCELLENT. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated yet still cozy. It feels like you are staying in a grand home, not a sterile hotel. The breakfast was delicious - I looked forward to it every day and the bar staff made great drinks and the setting was lovely and intimate. The overall level of service was EXCELLENT. I cannot recommend this hotel enough,

Beautiful modern hotel in the leafy neighborhood of San Benito. Room was Chic and romantic. Staff was unobtrusive but Available when needed. Breakfast was tasty, although took a long time to come out. Bathroom was huge and luxurious. Heavenly to Sit on the patio and read. Walking distance to biscuit cafe - another San Sivar gem. Highly recommend

Such a beautiful hotel in an old colonial villa. The beds are super comfy and the rooms big and tasteful. Would always come back. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast especially coffee ☕️

Great experience, an extremely private and upscale hotel located within the grounds of one of the best restaurants in the country. Our room was beautiful, with great design in terms of interiors and furniture! Breakfast is a winner!||Hotel employees give you privacy but they are extremely attentive to any request!||Amazing experience!!
