Fantastic location to stay in! Rooms were competitively priced. Its a stones throw away from the river with Taxis and Public transport easily accessible nearby if you want to travel further afield

This is totally not a five-star hotel. It looks like a fake. I spent three days there with two children and a wife. It is literally a two-star hotel. I did not find any appropriate service that could make me satisfied. The discount just lure. Be careful.

Hotel has its great years far behind. Air condition is A DISASTER. Central conditioning without possibility to change the temperature. You have to ask front desk to complete switch off. But this is not guaranteed. Some rooms might be happy, some not. Russian (polish) roulette. Looks like it depends also whom do you run into at front desk.

I hosted my wedding at Hotel Niebieski (in the vanilla sky restaurant) and I cannot say enough good about this hotel and staff. Many of our guests traveled from the US or across Europe, and everyone raved at all the details of the place- the food was fantastic, the spa was excellent (especially after the wedding to recover from the party!), the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the unique art and design makes each stay memorable. Pain Beata, who coordinated our wedding, went above and beyond for us a million times over. She made sure that on our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up and having a good time. And, let me tell you, a good time was had. We also appreciated the pizzaria located downstairs , which gave us a relaxed place to hang on the outdoor patio with our guests in the days before and after the party. It also gave us a great location to be tourists - the walk to Wawel and old town is quite charming since you can walk along the river. My now- husband and I have stayed here several times, and plan on returning on each of our visits to Krakow. Cannot recommend it enough.

Lovely hotel, all staff were very kind and helpful. The sauna was great and so was the massages! Everything was fantastic except the noise at night from the trams. Apparently it’s a lot quieter if you manage to get a room on the other side of the hotel. Other than that we had a fab stay, with a great choice of breakfast items :)

Stayed here for three nights in Nov 2022. Lovely hotel on the banks of the river and a lovely short walk to the town. Lovely hotel with a spa and restaurant. Great value. Very clean and quiet. Rooms lovely but could do with a refresh. Had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and there is a lovely balcony in the restaurant to have breakfast overlooking the river. Overall a lovely stay.

Very quiet hotel (which we loved). Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Staff very friendly and helpful when needed (big thank you to Mikhal who looked after us at the bar each night) View from the suites is beautiful waking up to a river view each morning while standing on your balcony. Breakfast has excellent selection of pastries and hot food (sausage, toast, egg, beans etc). If your looking for a romantic spot to spoil your partner this is the hotel you should choose.

Yelp
Cute hotel in Krakow on the Vistula River, and the price is right - we paid less than a hundred bucks US a night for a double room in November. The decor is modern and clean and breakfast was pretty complete, but the most important aspect of a hotel - the beds - was kind of lacking. The mattress was thin and the bed narrow, so if you're not petite or narrow then it's not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement. Shower pressure was weak, too. One curiosity - we paid about twice as much as the '3 star rooms' in order to get a 5 star room ... wonder what the 3 star rooms look like since the 5 is no great shakes!
