Hotel was so cosy, comfortable and clean with lovely design. The room was quite small but we didn’t mind at all because of how comfortable and nicely designed it was. We had a pretty tree outside the window. Staff were really nice and accomodating and helped us after my partner accidentally left his jacket after we’d checked out. Definitely the nicest place we stayed at the entire holiday. Excellent location and the free mini bar with tea and snacks was such a nice touch. Good coffee too.

A gem at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient location literally 1min away from the MRT station. Tiny room but well-planned layout and just enough spaces for everything we need. Bed sheets are freshly changed and clean.

Perfect location to MRT and great neighborhood for restaurants and coffee. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Provided new water bottles for us each day. Our room was small (tight for for two people each having a carry on size bag) but everything was very clean and cozy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and hot water would not run out. Bathroom included bidet toilet and toiletries provided were very nice quality! Room had central air (important to us in Taipei because it is so humid). Nice window that was able to open for fresh air (but be careful of mosquitos). Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Decent price. Room is tiny, shower basically on top of the toilet. Everyone very clean and near though. A little difficult to fot two large sutcases in the room.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Nice vibe, quiet and cozy, clean, modern facilities, nice cafe and coffee ☺️ friendly staff, complimentary snacks etc. Also great location with the metro just around the corner. Would absolutely book again!

This hotel is a great choice for backpackers but is truly a 3-star hotel. The location is very convenient which makes it the biggest reason to stay here. The staff were friendly but their service was alright, like you get the vibe that they are just doing their job. They don’t have many people, so when I ordered a breakfast meal I had to wait more than 30 minutes. The facilities were all clean and ok, but the bathroom (or the entire room, really) is a bit too damp...and I could see the ceiling becoming moldy. The kitchen or the open cafe area is pretty small/cozy so when they are preparing food it can quickly become “smelly”. Check-in is only after 15:00 and there are no staff around after 20:30 but they do have a number you can call.

A contemporary modern hotel with only 12 rooms available.
It is suited between Metro red and brown line. Hence, accessibilties is a super plus.
The room is clean except that it is a bit slightly small.
The bed was comfortable and the sound proofing was good.
There is small pantry suited outside the room, which you can get hot water, biscuits and tea bags etc.
The staff is generally friendly and the cafe do provide paid food services until 2pm.
Super plus point, the toilet bowl comes with auto bidet seat which you normally find it in higher-tier hotel.

The room was tiny. Also they charge you few weeks before check in time the entire amount of the room and at check in they “cancel” the old transaction and charge you the room fee again. This doesn’t make any sense. The money of the canceled transaction remains anyway blocked for 30 days and the transaction fees are (of course) not paid back by your bank.. We asked if they could simply take the money of the first transaction and they said no, that it’s not possible.. we really didn’t like this. We staid in plenty other hotels in taiwan and this was the only property to have the..
