Nihonbashi Dashi Bar Hanare

The quality of the food here is really good, it’s a lovely place in Nihonbashi to get healthy Japanese food, and the restaurant is quite spacious and does not feel cramped. We got to sit by the window and it was lovely. We ordered the set with vegetables, which was delicious and filling. Loved the small dishes and the bonito flakes was a nice touch. The only disappointment was the attitude of the staff, 2 of them who were quite rude which we were surprised about. They’re probably busy and under pressure, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Very professional staff. Good product, specially fresh Katsubushi, and all other sauces. Company is very old and stablished very well.

A very relaxed place where you can have nice Japanese dishes chazuke or warabi-mochi in a stress free atmosphere. Particularly good if you want to have an afternoon stop outside the "regular meal" hours.

The meals here have gentle taste and delicious. I got the soup set at this time - good for the rain outside.

Fantastic meal and service. Great recommendation on sake that I sipped while waiting for my rice dish to cook.

Was disappointed on our first night in Tokyo with the ramens we got. Don't like leaving any poor reviews, but can't recommend a place when we couldn't finish our food because we didn't enjoy it.

Very Very rude. Just allowed 2 Japanese people before me and I was at the que and told me we are closed now. I waited for long time and 8 people was at the queue. The lady take the advantage that she doesn't understand English and I think she do. She let everyone in and she said you are not at the list. And she also refused to sell take away. Very sad
