Amazing service! They very kindly squeezed us in without a reservation even though they were busy. The custom pillow fitting was a very interesting experience, and the adjustment made a world of difference. I would say it’s worth the price. Buying my pillow from Nihonbashi Nishikawa was an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect pillow to suit my sleeping style. Since purchasing it, I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in my sleep quality — I fall asleep faster, wake up feeling more rested, and no longer experience neck discomfort in the morning. The attention to detail and level of care Nishikawa provides truly set them apart. Highly recommended for anyone who takes their sleep seriously!

Traveled far in order to get a pillow made. Their website for some reason didn't have option to book the entire month of feb. So i showed up not long after they opened. To my surprise the store was not full and there was available attendants present and able to help. Unfortunately they said it would be impossible to get a pillow made. Even though im seeing there was people available to help me make the pillow. Save yourself the trip and disappointment. Unfortunately some of the reviews were correct & they're not very helpful or accommodating to foreigners. Will not be returning.

Very professional staff. Service was excellent. They use translating machine so no language barrier. Can’t made booking but walk in was ok except can’t use machine to measure pillow.

I was there twice hoping to buy a pillow, non of the sales person seems to want to help. Finally a male sales comes but only after finding out I cannot speak Japanese, he just walk away. Won't come back again.

I was in Tokyo for holiday in Jan 2024 and wanted to buy a Japanese pillow and a roll away mattress because of the quality in Japan. Visited a few department stores but their product selection was quite limited. I came across this Nishikawa store and was immediately impressed by their wide selection of products. The lady who served me was very professional and friendly. My head and neck were measured during the pillow fitting process (never received such treatment in my home country). We ended up spending an hour in the store getting pillows, not just for myself but for my wife and kid too. Very impressive service at this store and I will definitely come back in my next trip to Japan.
