Nike Factory Store - Round Rock

I love going to the Nike outlet store! It's always pretty crowded, but that's because they have good deals! If you just want a pair of good shoes and aren't being super particular, this is the place to go for the whole family. Otherwise, if you want a specific pair, you may need to order online. I personally love this store and typically can find my size and what I want. Dont be surprised if the service people are busy, there's a lot of people to help, but if you know your size, you're good to go. I really like the Jordan's I got from here

This store is fantastic! They have an extensive inventory with a wide variety of items, including shoes, bottles, beanies, bags, and much more. There are times where you may not have a specific size for certain shoe models - that was one shortfall here at the store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The store is spacious and even has a fitting room so you can try on apparel before purchasing. Located within the Roundrock Premium Outlet Mall, there is plenty of parking available around the mall. If you're nearby, I highly recommend visiting.

My wife and I went to the Nike outlet in Round Rock on Monday, November 25. We were purchasing 2 Nike Tech pants and a Nike Tech jacket. At the register my wife decided she didn't want the jacket and asked that it be taken off. The cashier took the jacket out of our bag, but did not take it off our charge. We paid and left. Once home we realized what had happened. We returned to the store and told the lady at the return desk what had happened. She took our receipt and said just a minute. She disappeared for quite awhile. When she finally returned, without explanation or apology, she was rude. We asked her, "just out of curiosity, what were you doing for so long." She said reviewing film. We had assumed she would and filled and said we thought so. The hard part was, she was so rude. She had a disapproving look on her face and acted like we were criminals. Why did she give us our money back, if we weren't telling the truth? She never apologized for the original problem or the long wait. I have had several bad experiences at this store recently. Who is hiring these jerks? Long time customer does not approve!

I love visiting and getting great deals. As of lately the deals haven’t been the greatest. The lines can get crazy at times but they try their best to keep them moving as quickly as possible. The associates up front are friendly. Those that are near the shoes aren’t always so friendly.

Nike Factory is always nice to come shop at. My 10 year old son found a few things he liked. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to help.

Nikes apparel are durable, higher quality and durable and long lasting than UA, Adidas, Puma. Though its a small sample size, thats enouh for me. Never had a bad Nike shirt or short. I am completely outsider to these brands since childhood as a kid from rural India, and my opinion is purely based on actual usage.

Only Nike option in the area. Great prices and inventory. I can always find me and my sons shoes easily. Wife loves the deals on clothing especially the shorts.

This Nike store had some bearing great deals almost 50% off some styles of shoes. It has always been a very busy store especially during the holidays.

Selection varies depending on the season. Nonetheless a wide array of selections to choose from. If you aren't looking to buy something from the actual store, then this is it.

Nice prices and selection. Super busy on the weekends. Really long line on Sunday, 11/17/2024, but moved very quickly as they had 5 or 6 cashiers working.

Rude as hell!!! We walked in with our dogs and the so called "manager said we have to carry our dogs" my child didn't hear her. As we picked up our babies she made a snide remark and laughed with her counterpart next to her. So my wife responded and I turned around to get the tone of the situation. The " manager's" face appeared as if she was caught in the act. So disrespectful to customers. As we left the store she said have a nice day to my wife which was not said to any other person leaving. I was in the men's section watching her attitude towards others to see if it was a misunderstanding and it was not.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was there with my daughter buying her some new shoes since it was her birthday. We had no problem finding the shoes even though it was a busy day and the other employees were helpful. The problem occurred when we went to check out. I asked to use my military discount - which is a a card proving that my late husband was a retired veteran and that I was his spouse - and our cashier was extremely disrespectful. I show the card and she gets upset and asks where my husband is. I tell her that it states that he is deceased and that I am now a widow. She then looks at us, rolls her eyes, and again asks where my (DECEASED) husband is. I ask to speak to her manager and she refuses, which in return, I ask for her name. She told me that her name was "January" and she then laughed at me. I kept asking to speak to the manager and she refused. I quickly checked out and I was able to get the name of the manager, "Rick". Overall, it was dreadful experience. My daughter and I were upset because we have never been disrespected concerning my late husband like this. This is what Miss "January" looked like - either Eastern Asian / Mexican, Slender, Tall, Long Black curly hair. looked like she wanted to be a teenage boy.

Customer service is atrocious. Was Not greeted into store. Was Not helped with shoes. Employees stood around and joked with eachother, not asking customers if they needed assistance with anything. Recommend the manager go over customer service with employees, could boost sales. Overall the store was organized and clean.

Four solid stars for this store in the outlet mall. It's always busy in here and there are always a lot of employees working the floor. We stopped in on Sunday afternoon and this place was busy! They had 30% off sale going on. Also, check out their Reuse-A-Shoe program. Drop off your used athletic shoes here. Cool way to recycle used shoes and use them towards Nike Grind. I've found some awesome deals here! Clothes and shoes for my god kids or nieces that they love. Be sure to sign up for news and offers to stay on top of the sales.

I don't usually go to the Nike store. But this one time that I do it was an alright experience until I got to the register. I understand people are busy and tired however, this lady was just rude. I get to the register and ask how her day was and she ignored me. I let it go because it wasn't a big deal but when I ask her for a gift card she ignores me again until she tells me that I have to grab it myself. I then ask if they have a student discount which I know they do and she rudely tells me no. I seemed to be such an inconvenience to her the whole time and it ruined the whole experience for me. I'm not sure if that's how it always is but that is just unacceptable. I asked her for a gift receipt and then has the worst look of disgust on her face. Is it too much to ask for some decent service here? Anyways, I wish I would've gotten her name. I left feeling very unappreciated and as an inconvenience.

There is not a great selection at this store, and it's usually crazy busy! There aren't enough people on the floor helping out so I had to wait in the long line just to be told that I missed the 60 day return window. Even though I had the tags and receipt, they wouldn't even do store credit for some shorts that didn't fit. The kid manager told me if the tags were still attached it would be possible but since I took them off she couldn't do anything even though she was holding them in her hand. I guess reattaching them was too much or she really thought I wore the shorts. Customer service is about how you make people feel and the manager lost sight of that today.

Asked if they had anymore sizes of a shoe I want. Worker says he doesn't have it but doesn't tell me he can order it for me. So I call the next day (I brought a pair that are a little too big) to see if they could order my size. The lady on the phone tells me yes I just have to exchange the pair I brought. Go there today and the cashiers are looking at me like a deer in headlights when I ask to order some shoes. They're all talking to each other JUST to tell me they don't know how to order shoes. Beyond annoyed with the time I wasted there. Train your employees to actually know what they're doing instead of just making shit up.

I went in with a return of a pair of Joyrides and Epic Reacts. I was literally at the point of just being done with Nike shoes because although they are very stylish they weren't working with my narrow ankles and long toes issue. Roari was quick to offer many ideas and suggestions once she heard me say I was frustrated with Nike shoes. She spent a long time and a lot of effort running back and forth finding different colors, fits, styles, and sizes. I literally went from being ready to walk away from Nike shoes permanently to falling in love with a very cute pair of Vapormax 3 flyknits!!! Roari was not only extremely helpful but also relatable, enjoyable, caring, and excited to help me solve my shoe dilemma. I couldn't give her enough props for her amazing customer service and will seek her out any time I have shoe questions in the future. Give this amazing dedicated employee a raise!! Thank you thank you!! Also employees running the line outside and employees helping up front in check out were very kind and also deserve to be noticed! Haven't been treated so well in a retail store in awhile :) great employees, great store!!

17 February 2019 Waste of time. This shop comes on top of the list under the search: "Best ski tuning in Austin, TX" - just try it. Upon calling them to check the prices, the assistant did not understand the question, and - without notice, passed me to someone else, who had no idea, why she was put on the phone. Both were absolutely clueless and a waste of time

If you been in one Nike Factory Store, you've been in them all. It seems to be the same merchandise in all the stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful. 9 times out of 10, i walk out with nothing.

I really enjoy the Nike outlet and today was no different. A nice employee helped me find, what I think, is the perfect pair of shoes. I explained to him that I like the Nike Shox and that I am looking for something that will provide support while being on my feet for an extended amount of time. He was upfront and stated Shox may not be best for me since I have a wider foot and am more of a heel walker. I tried on the shoes he suggested in addition to the Shox I found and I ended up purchasing the pair he suggested. I could tell the difference on my feet. The check out process was quick, painless (other than the damage to my checking account), and friendly. I will continue to visit this store and I will recommend it to others.

I love this store... Whenever I need new workout clothes, I come here. They have great clearence items, and usually there are no shortage of employees are happy to help, if you have a question. I've even had them order a pair of sunglasses from another outlet store that happened to be out of stock. I didn't know they could do that since they are an outlet store. Pretty cool.

We visited the Nike store during tax free weekend. My son picked out 3 shirts, all advertised on sale. When we checked out, we presented military Id for an additional discount. 2 shirts ended up on sale, not the 3rd. On the way home, I reviewed the receipt and noticed we were charged incorrectly and the young man forgot the military discount. This equaled to us paying about $20 more than expected. I tried calling when we arrived home and they were too busy to answer the phone. Yes, I should have paid more attention, however, so should the young man at the register. He kept talking to his neighbor about lunch and not focusing on the transaction. We will drive back tomorrow to do a return on the purchase. I am sure it won't impact them.

I usually try to pop in here every other week or so to look for any deals. The best day to come is usually Friday because I think they normally do things like the back wall of shoes have an extra 20% off starting Friday through the weekend. The weekends get so crowded though that I try to avoid the outlet mall as much as possible. The prices are typically average, but when they offer extra discounts or if you rummage you can find some great deals. Most Nike outlets have somewhat of a theme based on where they are located such as golf, football, basketball, running where the shoes and clothes are heavily stocked in that particular sport. The Round Rock Nike Outlet doesn't seem to have as much of an identity with a little bit of everything although if I had to guess I would say they are more running oriented. The amount of running shoes they get probably double the amount of basketball shoes for example. With no NFL team in the Austin area they get no NFL gear at all which is a bit of a bummer. Nike will be making the NBA uniforms starting next year as well, it would be nice to see them get NBA gear, but again with no NBA team in Austin, that probably won't happen either. Anyhow I'm glad to have a Nike outlet in the area. If you are in the market for workout attire it is definitely a nice option as you can often find great prices here that are definitely competitive with any stores in the area that sell Nike shoes and clothes.

I own way too many shoes. But living so close to the outlets and this Nike store is mainly to blame. Usually very crowded but luckily I have on my Jordan's so I can jump over all the group of kids huddled around the Roshes and make it to the back wall where the real deals are. Pro tip. Ask one of the employees if they have any returns. Sometimes you'll come across a hard to get shoe that someone returned unused and get a great deal. Unless you are a size 12. In that case leave those shoes alone. I'm on my way.

I visited a lot of stores at the outlet mall and academy and I actually bought my last two pair of walking/running shoes here.

I know many people hate nike for I reason it another. But I will say the people that work at this store were extremely helpful in my situation. When I buy new kicks I go here and after today I will keep going back. One of my shoes blew out and they could have said "buy more" instead they gave me a credit and I purchased a new pair for the difference. They didn't have to do that but I was grateful considering these shoes are not cheap. So like Nike it not this store and the employees were great and have been any time I have gone!

Good selections and decent prices as you would expect at the Outlet store. It may seem to be "just me" but it seems that there are many items hanging on the racks that did not have prices on them sometimes. It got to the point that I had to ask for staff to get the price information for some shirts. There is minimal signing and not all items have a tag on them. I do appreciate their discounted section.. styles may be "old" but their "new" to me with the great price they have.

I went with my 2 kids on Saturday. The lines were crazy to check out. Took me longer to check out then to select and have my son try on clothes. The cashiers were calling cattle with a loud NeXT! Won't go back

My attempt to return an item that didn't fit was rejected. I read my receipt, which states "if you feel the need to return or exchange an item (see guidelines at www.Nike.com/returns), we will gladly make it happen. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase." Referring the return policy at Nike.com it states, "We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you buy online or in-store, we provide you 30 days to take your Nike, Hurley, and Converse purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 30 days." The 'manager' I spoke to said that it didn't matter that the nike.com site return policy that is printed on the FRONT of the receipt said I could return it, as there is a different return policy printed on the BACK of the receipt. I won't shop there again and my kids think the Nike brand is for old people. Update - I talked with a very nice person who was able to resolve my 'return issue' (Thanks!)

I am happy with my first visit to this store! Service was great and helped me find what I wanted for my munchkin. In and out in 15min.

What I love about this store is the Cheap discounts on sneakers. Im a sneak freak. I own over 39 pairs of NIKES. If you love sneakers like women love purses. Shop here. blah!

The Nike store is located at the Round Rock premium outlets. The location is pretty convenient, but I'm not too impressed with the clothing and gear selection for runners. Only 2 or 3 displays are dedicated to running. Meanwhile, 10 to 12 displays are dedicated to Jordan/Lebron apparel. The location is great for kids and adults that are into basketball, but is nearly useless for Runner's who are looking for nike shorts/tops. When I went, they were all out of gloves and only had a selection of 2 kinds of running shorts and a few running shirts. This is definietly outlet material and not really current Nike merchandise. I guess I'm not surprised. To avoid multiple trips and to have a bit of a better selection, I would recommend going to a location that houses a wider range of Nike running products. Texas Running Company and Luke's Locker both have great Nike running apparel selection. Like I said, this location is a great way to get cheap running shoes for 60 to 80 dollars that are also Nike+ compatible with the shoe sensors. I ended up picking up a replacement shoe sensor during my visit since it had finally run out of battery. Lasted a lot longer than the declared use time. Very pleased.

Visited every sports apparel store in the outlet mall today. This Nike store is consistently the only one of the 5 or 6 where it just doesn't seem like there are any good deals, despite lengthy searches and positive attitudes each time. I think I've given this store my final chance.

Great first experience here with the manager Alex giving me store credit for a pair of Nikes that I bought 6 months ago that had been giving me blister after blister. Also very helpful staff at providing me good advice on which shoes would help support my feet best working out.

i like their options but i don't feel like this is an outlet store. there prices are kind of high for the selection. the store is really organized and i like that but most things aren't a reasonable price. i haven't bought anything from here in a while, i usually just window shop and i may find something to buy like once a year, if that. you be the judge.

I am a regular customer at nike and love these outlets but I have to say this last time I went was horrible.. I was looking for help almost 20 minutes and when they helped me the guy seemed in a hurry. He handed me a shoe I asked for and left in a rude way. I got some shoes for my husband and they were on the sale racks and said extra 30% off.As I was checking out the cashier lady told me that they were not on sale. I asked why if they were on the sale racks and had extra 30% off. She replied no they're ringing up regular at price and I can't add the discount. I asked for a manager and she said that the manager was busy and would take a while. I asked her again if she can re-ring them and she said,"No I already told u their not on sale and I have a line if your not going to buy them I have to ring everyone else!." I don't know if maybe it was not my day but I really felt bad. My whole Nike experience was unpleasant..

We made a stop today, intending to buy for the 2 year old terror. I figured hey, while we're here, I might as well try on the Nike Zoom Structure Triax +15. Quick background, I was not blessed with good foot genetics. I have the widest, flattest feet that anyone could possibly have- coincidentally I love to run, and finding shoes that help ease or eliminate overpronation has been an unsuccessful venture. I finally took it to Google and found that these Nikes came highly rated, with a $100 price tag. I was able to find an employee fairly quickly, and inquired if they carried those shoes. With a sad look on his face, he motioned to a box on the shelf- the last, and only pair. "They're pretty big though...." My last genetic foot fault? Big feet. A very inconvenient trait...until today. He also recommended another pair that I might try to assist with my problem. I tried the others, but it wasn't necessary- the Zooms did exactly what I had hoped they would do. Did I mention that they were on sale for $42??? Apparently the flat footed population drops off in the size portion, good news for me. I wasn't the only one who found good deals- all 4 of us were outfitted with Nikes walking out of the store. Total damage was just under $150. We couldn't help ourselves! To top it all off, I have never encountered a more willing to help group of people in any store. We were asked by no less than 4 people if we needed any help...and not in that 'this is my job and I have to do this' mannerism, but an eager to please and assist type of way. One of the guys even helped us put a few of the shoes up without us even asking. Top of the line customer service and ridiculous savings? I would say I planned on returning soon, but if these shoes work out, hopefully I won't be. Thanks Nike!!

My friend and I was able to get in and out of this store despite how busy it was. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I found the women's section, but the shoes I wanted to try, they did not have my size, so my friend and I ventured into the sales racks. The sales racks weren't too big of a sale, but I was able to find tons of shoes to try on. I actually found a pair that I originally looked at on the regular shelves. There was a person to ask if I needed help when I was trying to find a pair of socks to use to try on shoes. He was back in less than two minutes with a pair. I tried them on, didn't have to wait in line and was out in record time!

Stars: 3.5. This outlet store is really hit or miss; you never know what you're going to walk into until you get here. This weekend they were having a sale on top of a sale, LOL.... The whole back of the store where the sale shoes are, were an extra 20% off. Which is an awesome deal, if you're in the market for some sneakers. However, that isn't always the case and more often then not, I walk out wondering why I even went in there, Smh. If you come during holiday weekeds, which is usually super crowded, thats when they seem to have the extra specials. They do have a pretty nice selection of shoes & their staff seem pretty knowledgeable.

I was browsing the clearance section in the back and there was a guy there, organizing the shoes who would not get out of my way. Every row I wanted to look at, he touched.! He could have at least asked me if I needed help and then GOT OUT OF THE WAY. No. Then 2 girls came to the back and start arguing with him about how he should be organizing the shoes. I guess that's more important to them than customer service. All 3 employees acted like they didn't see me standing there.

I'm appalled how such a big name company can have such a rude and disrespectful staff! Just purchased $280 worth of shoes and their reader wouldn't read my card. Obviously Nike doesn't train its staff how to handle an issue or not to talk trash about customers on their mic system where people, a customer, can hear!! Out of principle I plan on returning all of these items and I will never buy a thing from this location. I'll give my money to a franchise that can train their employees to not bite the hand that feeds them. I will be calling corporate about this issue and they will be made aware of your comments said in front of me, a paying customer. While I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for this Neanderthal at the counter to figure out what is going on I noticed a tremendous amount of dust on the ceiling fixtures. Gross.

Huge selection. Great prices/deals ! In store customer service was really good as well. Wide size selection is pretty limited here.

Get service! Cant belive how easy it was to exchange a pair of shoes I had gotten as a gift with out the box.

Cant beat the specials these guys have going on year round. This is my number one choice for all my gym and sporting needs. They usually have two logo shirts for $25 which is an awesome deal as they go for just 25 each at the mall. They also have an amazing collection of shoes in different colors that helps when matching your workout outfit.

Check your clothes for the anti-theft tags before you leave. When I returned to have one removed, the rude cashier refused to do anything without a receipt. Why should I have to pay for the previous cashier's mistake? I think I'm more insulted by the rudeness than the store policy.

Stopped in for a new pair of shoes and left with 3 pair and some clothes. Good customer service.

I actually went in this store Thursday (1/9/14). I was here just looking for a few new pair just to have, but did not complete my transaction due to an argument I heard. A couple of young ladies were at the register trying to make a purchase. One box that they had located had a lower price than the actual price. The suggested retail value was $37.00 but their price was $51.63. She asked him if she could get the exact same shoe in a size 9.5 for that price. The cashier calls over their manager JASON. As soon as he opens his mouth he comes off very arrogant tell them they don't know what they are talking, he is not going to take a $50 hit though one pointed out that it was not, and that he would not accommodate them in any way. He told them "all they did was save someone ass." I was just to gotten off with his customer service and didn't purchase anything after witnessing this exchange. I felt he disrespected them because they were young and nothing more. First rule in customer service is treat everyone with the same respect. Will not be shopping here anymore!!!
