The service was terrible and unfriendly. The male cashier wearing a black cap and glasses was talking about me while I was paying, probably thinking I didn’t understand English. He said, ‘There’s no point in explaining discounted items if she ends up buying non-discounted ones,’ in a condescending tone. On top of that, he handed me my shopping with just one hand, without even looking at me. His attitude was arrogant and disrespectful. This kind of service is completely unprofessional. Staff should be trained to treat customers with basic respect!

Went into the store to look for a new shoes for my LO (toddler) and we went up to Freddy Chong who help me with my enquires. We have check with him if there is any suitable shoes for my toddler with size 13.5cm and he guided me to the toddles/kids section as I am unsure of the size guiding he have help me check the size available and because of me not mowing my size I accidentally thought that it’s 1Y which is too big for my toddler and he guided me to the size guide and that’s when I realised my mistake and apologised to him and let him know that it’s was supposed to be size 7C or 8C. I asked if he could bring me these 2 size out so that I could compare which is the correct size for my LO he came out and suggested that which is the correct size to get. There was 2 design that was in my mind but after much discussion we decided to get the running shoes. It was really a smooth experience with Freddy and he can explain in details and thank you for helping me to check out what are the size available and guiding me to find the correct size for my LO 😉

I had an amazing customer experience with Freddy Chong today! He went above and beyond - literally bringing out new stock multiple times just to help me find the right cap sizes for my gifts. Even while catching his breath from moving so quickly, he never stopped smiling. I really appreciated his attitude - when I apologized, he just said, “No problem, it’s my job,” and gave me a fist bump as I was leaving. Now this is what great customer service looks like!🫡

I was served by a staff named Ali and was given a very great service. I have been trying to find the best running shoes most suitable for me and I have been blessed with his help. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the different type of products and was able to understand my problems with clarity, also factoring in details like how I was on a budget and being mindful by using the term "reachable" instead of "cheap" or "affordable" price. In addition to being able to find me the perfect pair, Ali went out of his way to get me new pieces for the apparel that I had been okay with purchasing the display ones. He then gave me a warm goodbye. Great service by Nike and their staff!

Freddy chong is really really great !!!!! He is really enthusiastic! He paid attention to the fact that I needed help and was proactive in helping me with sizing and inventory enquiries!!!! Even the small details he has noticed! Thank you so much for always being there for me!!!! Lovely ~!

Met enthusiastic staff Freddy Chong this afternoon at Nike Jewel outlet. He possesses positive customer service, good attitude, patient plus courteous throughout my patronising in the shop. On top of serving me, same time he also helped other customers who approached him with the same tip top service he provided to me and my daughter. Contented with Freddy's service, we each bought a pair of shoes and left. Happy with Freddy's service, we decided to return to shop for more purchase. Again he provided his tip top service until we completed our 2nd purchases. Nowadays, it's hard to come by such staff with good customer service and rapport with customers. Freddy's good customer service deserves a good review of his service. Well done Freddy!
