The service was terrible and unfriendly. The male cashier wearing a black cap and glasses was talking about me while I was paying, probably thinking I didn’t understand English. He said, ‘There’s no point in explaining discounted items if she ends up buying non-discounted ones,’ in a condescending tone. On top of that, he handed me my shopping with just one hand, without even looking at me. His attitude was arrogant and disrespectful. This kind of service is completely unprofessional. Staff should be trained to treat customers with basic respect!

I was served by a staff named Ali and was given a very great service. I have been trying to find the best running shoes most suitable for me and I have been blessed with his help. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the different type of products and was able to understand my problems with clarity, also factoring in details like how I was on a budget and being mindful by using the term "reachable" instead of "cheap" or "affordable" price. In addition to being able to find me the perfect pair, Ali went out of his way to get me new pieces for the apparel that I had been okay with purchasing the display ones. He then gave me a warm goodbye. Great service by Nike and their staff!

I had no intention of buying a pair of shoes and just casually walked into the store and saw a pair of red shoes during the Chinese New Year. Unexpectedly, the children's version of this pair of shoes is almost the same as the adult version, only a slight 5% difference, but the price is very cheap. I was hesitating and then I met the lovely Freddy Chong! He was really enthusiastic, introduced me to two pairs of shoes and recommended me to buy the children's version in a larger size, the whole shopping experience was very pleasant, the store is really lucky to have such a staff. You know, I didn't want to buy these shoes in the first place coz it was an enjoyable shopping experience.

Freddy is a friendly sales assistant who assist my mum and gave us tips on his knowledge of socks sizes. His expertise is 💯 and I am beyond grateful for his extra mile customer service. Thank you Freddy for making my experience in Nike Changi Airport an excellent one 🌟

Freddy was very helpful. Despite us having many requests to try many shoes, he patiently acceded to our requests and provided recommendations on what's good. All the while serving us with a big smile and positive attitude. He didn't decline other customers requests or questions when they approached him while he was attending to us. Went into the store to look for a new shoes for my LO (toddler) and we went up to Freddy Chong who help me with my enquires. We have check with him if there is any suitable shoes for my toddler with size 13.5cm and he guided me to the toddles/kids section as I am unsure of the size guiding he have help me check the size available and because of me not mowing my size I accidentally thought that it’s 1Y which is too big for my toddler and he guided me to the size guide and that’s when I realised my mistake and apologised to him and let him know that it’s was supposed to be size 7C or 8C. I asked if he could bring me these 2 size out so that I could compare which is the correct size for my LO he came out and suggested that which is the correct size to get. There was 2 design that was in my mind but after much discussion we decided to get the running shoes. It was really a smooth experience with Freddy and he can explain in details and thank you for helping me to check out what are the size available and guiding me to find the correct size for my LO 😉

Sofie was so friendly and patient in providing advice on the items that I would like to purchase and tried her best in checking and getting me new pieces for all. She has good product knowledge. Excellent service. Freddy was very helpful and goes the extra mile in checking for the Nike sandal that was sold out at Nike jewel. He even checked the availability of the item at other outlets and reserved the item for me. Am really grateful for his service.
