Lovely place. The Nike, House of Innovation on 5th Avenue was under renovation hence had to come to the Soho one. Pretty good collection. They need to have more of Nike Tech. The Jordan collection is also massive. The sales reps were also helpful.

Beautiful store. Definitely worth visiting. Very, very friendly staff. Five floors. Excavators bring you up and down. Basketball court on the fifth floor. No pressure to buy. It is pricey for me.

Google
This Nike store is a must visit if you're a fan of basketball. They have a half court at the top floor for Nike members to try out court shoes - usually in promotion of a new drop. Last year it was the Sabrina's, this year Aja's. Very cool concept! Plus they have a wide selection of usual Nike gear.

The salesperson (Deana) was extremely rude. They took my gift card and store card, ran a transaction, then had to cancel it b/c they forgot to add a promo code. When they ran the transaction again, the gift card would not work. They started insinuating that I might be trying to scam them and raising their voice. I walked away. It wasn’t worth it to have a public scene. It’s just sad that the brand I love so much (and where I have spent thousand over years) would treat me like that. So, one star this time. Pls get better with customer service.

As a long time sneakerhead I've been around Nike stores for a while and have loved to see them evolve. I suggest visiting even if you're not a sneakerhead. Just a fun visual experience. It's closeby the R, W, trains too which makes it easily accessible. The staff here is very nice and helpful. They have streamlined the return process as well. Just open the SNKRS or Nike app to get to the purchase and order number.

Google
I felt like it was very underwhelming for a Nike. The men's selection was very small. JD sports had more heat when it came to shoes an clothes. For 5 floors I was expecting more.

The Nike store in SoHo is a fantastic destination for any sports and fitness enthusiast. The multi-level store offers an impressive selection of the latest Nike gear, from sneakers to athletic wear. The layout is sleek and modern, making it easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. The store often features cool displays and exclusive merchandise, adding to the shopping experience. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, which can make the experience feel a bit rushed. However, the overall vibe and selection more than make up for it. If you’re a fan of Nike, this store is definitely worth a visit!

Google
Nike Soho is a fantastic flagship location—it’s spacious and beautifully laid out, with a clean, modern aesthetic that makes browsing feel effortless. The store always stocks the latest gear, from limited-edition sneakers to the newest performance apparel, so you’ll find cutting-edge styles and tech-forward products here before anywhere else. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, offering helpful sizing advice and background on the releases. Plus, the overall vibe is energetic, with engaging displays and optional interactive features like customization stations. Whether you're a serious athlete or a sneakerhead, Nike Soho delivers an elevated shopping experience with all the newest drops and top-tier service.

Yelp
The store is fine. Several floors of Nike swag and more It is clean and the employees are helpful. Just didn't love the styles that I saw.
google avatar

Ricarta C.

Yelp
It was a large store of bare merchandise. As a true Nike lover I was not impressed by the color selection or merchandise at this store. We live in Florida and we have way better inventory and color variety. It's odd that me and my hubby walk out or Nike with nothing. Service was nice even though they stood like mannequins in the store, seemed like more employees than customers.

Yelp
If you're a Nike fan than this is your store. Items located over multiple floors for men, woman, children. On the top floor they even have a small basketball court ap you can try on some sneakers to test out. Very nice layout and a bit of a cool industrial design. Yet, you had better have a lot of cash to spend as nothing in here is on sale, and most everything is highly priced. Yikes!

Yelp
I went on my break specifically to buy the white on white Air Forces. The staff member at the front directed me to the third floor to find them, where I quickly found the sneakers I wanted. However, the checkout process on the third floor was delayed because the cashier was busy flirting for a good 15 mins while I was next on line. Since I was short on time, I went to the second floor where Steve efficiently assisted me with my purchase. He was really nice and helped to complete the transaction smoothly.

Rundong L.

Yelp
Second floor by the man's shoes section. Me and may friends we were trying nike's shoes and pants. We had the excitement of coming here to buy the nike products because we were too busy with schooling and don't have time to come here. When I want to try a pair of shoes and kindly asked for an employer, who was wearing a black and purple top, he did not even looked at me an ignored my request with eye-rolling up that I can see his white parts. I understood it was a busy time, and the stuff was probably tired, so I did not bother but asked one more time. However, later I went to the fitting room with my friends to try new pants with new shoes, after we came back from the fitting room, my friends' old shoes were threw into the garbage. The employee who did this showed no apology and tried to teach us how we should behave when my friend was really satisfied with the stuff he tried. We apologized that we might have left our shoes there for a while, but the employee would not let go. He later claimed that if we want the shoes, we could not get the box, because he said that "it was the last one, and the box was missing", which I think was really funny that a store selling shoes does not have a single shoe box. When we were sitting there deciding if we wanted them, he came again and again and rush to make us decide, the original words are "I need to know you guys wanted these or not right now!" In the end, with all the disappointment, we decided to leave and we told the stuff with the black / purple top that we would not like to buy these, he ignored our words again and showed that he did not care. On our way out, the guy who threw my friend's shoe away seized us and said "you need to at least tell someone". This whole experience was really unsatisfactory, especially that my friends really like the stuff he tried, but in the end he was treated differently and with no respect. I had never seen a Nike sales forcing people to immediately decide buy or not in other stores. DO NOT COME!!!!!!! OR YOU WILL BE DESCRIMINATED!!!!!!

Yelp
Fancy place that kinda substitutes Nike Town in 5th Ave. Everything looks fancy and spacious. But there are very few items on display. Most of them to perhaps make it look beautiful? I guess it is a strategy to force people to buy things online and whatever they see that fits the eye, try it out and buy it there? Another point of view that i see is that this store might be there to make a statement since there is an Adidas in Soho between Houston and Broadway... Anyways, i aint impressed on this store. Just OK rating...

Yelp
Huge Nike store in the heart of NYC shopping. If you're a Nike fan, it's definitely worth a visit. We stayed in here longer than we wanted cause it was pouring outside, so we decided to people watch and try on shoes. It's not like they have "deals" here - I mean, it's not a Factory Store or outlet, so expect regular priced stuff. They do have some NYC exclusive stuff, so if you want something like that, visit this store.
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
Alex Wads is an exceptional sales associate and because of him, myself and my partner spent a large amount on our recent trip here! He helped find beat selections, provided immense value during the process and really knew his stuff. I was super grateful to be able to shop and have his assistance so I didn't have to run around the store.
google avatar

Gennie L.

Yelp
The store itself is really nice and spacious. They have dope shoes and athletic wear. At this store they have unique designs that can't be found elsewhere. Although the styles offered here are great, the customer service is just ok. I get that it's busy, but we had to wait 20 mins for them to get one pair of shoe. There's plenty of employees walking around but not many offered to help. There's a ton of seating available which is a huge plus.
google avatar

Tamika M.

Yelp
This place was 5 stories up. Yes a lot of shoes and clothes. They had 20% off the whole store extra. I used my app to see if I could get the clothes cheaper. Order what I wanted off the app. I did make purchases for my daughter. It worth it. It's in New York go for the experience.

Yelp
I needed a small Nike pouch and had a brief and easy experience here. As I was headed up to the second floor, I saw a guy with a pouch that was what I needed-- he pointed out to where to go and I grabbed one. They didn't have a counter for payment, but a guy near the stairs with a card machine, which I quickly used for checkout. I cannot speak on the store very much, because I was in and out, in less than five minutes. I would say this location is a high tourist area, which can be problematic; however, since they had a card reader, that helps move the customers in and out, without having long lines.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at Nike Soho on 5/10/2022. Major score with these Jordan shorts, hard to find XL socks, and to top it off, they hooked me up with the 15% Nike app discount. A shout-out to David and Jason; great meeting you guys and talking hoops.

Yelp
On a very rainy day, we stopped in a few stores up and down Broadway and all of them allowed us to leave our umbrellas inside the front door so as to not track water all over the store. We did the same at this store only to come back and find that the security guard had taken our umbrellas, walked outside to the nearest garbage can, and threw them all in (2 were ours and 2 belonged to other folks in the store). He must've known we were all still in the store or the umbrellas wouldn't have been there, he clearly just didn't care. When we found our umbrellas in the trash just outside, he acted sheepish when I confronted him. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or just really hates his job, but it was kind of a jerk move. Save your money and go to a store that has employees who hate their customers less.

Yelp
This is runners heaven! I love yo come here Everytime I'm in soho. They have every mile sneaker you can think of. As a runner I love to bug my sneakers in person than online so I can try them on. The staff is always friendly as well. I also love all The beautiful fits they have. I always end up buying something. Love this Nike store!

Yelp
Employees followed me and security watched me like I was a thief (yes I am black) And would not take my gift card even though is still valid I have never been so discriminated in my whole life .

Yelp
5 floors of NIKE. Five floors of NIKE. FIVE. Floors. Of. NIKE! I could never complain about a Nike store unless they had bad service. This location is awesome. On the first level, they had some interactive games for the fun or younger crowd. Then each level had its own theme. There was the exclusive apparel, the HBCU collection, What's new and exciting at Nike section, Team Jordan, and the NY sports collection. All intertwined with sneakers for every age and gender throughout. It does get crowded and because most of the collections are concentrated in certain areas, those tend to the be most crowded sections. They also do returns of items bought in the store or online.
google avatar

Yelp
Currently in this store and being followed out by security with my family of four. I've never been so uncomfortable and targeted in a store in my life. Truly unprofessional, I went to school with someone who I was not a fan of and she tipped off someone to follow us. No one was looking to steal anything, I will seriously think twice about purchasing a Nike item the next time I'm in need of athletic wear.
google avatar

Minnie C.

Yelp
Lol the Return/Exchanges counter on the first floor hires the most bitter and unhelpful staff.
google avatar

Bonnie G.

Yelp
This place is a disaster. They keep you waiting in line in 105 degrees and sun for 15 minutes while people are pouring out of the store. You're stuck in line with tourists and sweaty teenagers who don't wear masks and just resell all their sneakers. It's crowded and a madhouse inside just to try on a sneaker. And most of all, they have hardly any selection! I came here for women's high-top sneakers and they only had one. Skip it.
google avatar

Yelp
Nothing against the brand, but customer service is so unprofessional at this store. Felt so unwelcome at this store. Went to the online purchase pick up section and the girl working there look straight at me and ignored me and instead went inside further instead of approaching me to help me. I even smiled at her when I approached the desk. Then another male worker looked up bc she must've said something and also look straight at me several times and still ignored me. Someone on the floor had to approach me and ask if anyone was assisting. Then the man approached and when he heard me complaining had the audacity to lie and say he was busy putting away clothes. He could have at least acknowledged and said, "I'll be there in a minute." 2-3 workers in the section and none wanted to help. All Hispanic and I am Hispanic. Not sure why the discrimination. I totally felt discriminated at this store. They should have more culturally sensitive and customer service trainings. I'm sure Nike pays them well to work at their stores. At least minimum wage which is like $16 plus probably OT &/or commission.

Yelp
Too Many Floors With Little Inventory The Staff That Works Here Are Part time employees working for a check No One and I Mean No One was Available to Help me find a pair of SNEAKERS The Staff here are busy talking talking and talking Best Bet Is to Order Online The Personal Experience Sucks!!!
google avatar

Bradley S.

Yelp
Confusing layout. When we went to pay we were sent to a counter at the bottom of the escalator marked returns. After waiting, we were sent to another counter by the door where nobody was to be found. After spending 30+ minutes trying on shoes we walked out empty handed. It's crazy that Nike has this big store in a very expensive location, and doesn't seem to have people working on the registers.

Kim B.

Yelp
NIKE has gone down hill and are inconsistent with their manufacturing I ordered sneakers from Nike. First I received the incorrect order when I finally got my order (this would have been the fifth pair because they were so comfortable) These were NOT comfortable! In oder to return or exchange them I needed to go to UPS which is out of my way or pay for pick. Even though they sent me a pair of sneakers that were so uncomfortable. A multimillion dollar company is too cheap to step up to the plate when they made a mistake.

Smile N.

Yelp
Looking for the Nike tech hoodie and they are not well stocked No small sizes at all. The only size small they had was a return with no tags and looked obviously worn..smh I asked the 6'4" floor mgr on the 2nd floor for a possible discount. He was so generous to offer me a whole 10% off...lol. And then gave me a snide remark, "you want it or not". Lovely costumer service! Overpriced hoodie! I end up not getting the deep discount(not), and just opening an acct for 15%. Thanks guys Winning team over there

Yelp
Employees were very helpful and courteous. The design of the store is inviting and appealing on the eye. My process of picking up the item I preordered was seamless.

Yelp
This is a beautiful store. The customer service reps are awesome and very helpful. The merchandise is always neat and the displays are so eye-catching. They have always had what I've needed in stock, and if it wasn't in stock they were willing to help me order it. I've never had a bad experience and I look forward to shopping here in the future. 5/5

Yelp
The best thing about this location is the salesperson Diani. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. She understands what is in style and what is the best fashion fit for your age and style

Yelp
Nike has become a complete scam with Jordan's selling for 3-4-5 times the price on reseller sites but you go into the nike app and oh my we have none left !!!!!!! They answer you were too slow after 30 seconds of f receiving there email!!!! Nobody will do anything because money times !!!!!! Great job Nike !! Bon

Yelp
If you're going to regular shop it's a typical Nike 9/10 they have something you're going to like, but if you're a reseller you know this has to be one of the worst Nike stores in the city when it comes to sneaker releases. Every time a sneaker releases it gets burnt no matter how organized the line is. Security sees there's a line and let's people skip in the front of the line and hop over the barricades then when people get fed up and rush the door they cancel the release. It doesn't sit right with me that it's gotten bad to the point that consumers have to help situate the line more than the security in certain scenarios. At the end of the day, they always blame resellers for "not cooperating " or "causing a disturbance" when it all is the product of bad release procedures. People wake up early in the morning to come to Nike Soho for a release that is bound to get burnt. Honestly I suggest a ticket system be put in place to account for the people who came in time for the release and in the proper order because if we can't get it together now expect chaos in the summer. Besides that this is a good Nike store the infrastructure is cool and they have up to 5 floors full of Nike gear with a good variety. I have no hate towards Nike but this is not rocket science people are going to skip, camp, and linger around it's all a part of the resell game but the resell game is constantly changing and we need to start seeing change where it matters most and that's in these stores. It's not always the reseller's fault.

Yelp
So I have been struggling with this review and how many stars. Because.... Upon entry being warmly greeted by reps who are knowledgeable about that which you seek opens the door for a seamless shopping experience. The layout, the immense variety, the ambiance, the whole physical ensemble was akin to a store being eye candy - especially for someone into Nike gear. The customer service on the floor, however, was sorely lacking. I would think assisting one customer at a time would result in satisfying customer service. Does Nike have a different model? I had to be chasing the floor mgr who initially assisted us because while waiting for our sneaks for an immensely long time, he was off taking care of another customer (who got their sneaks first) then chatting with co-workers before I finally approached him about our request. Saving grace was eventually, after two tries and half hour, a floor rep stepped in and gave us quality service. He even alerted us to a Nike sponsored discount on the app just for being there. Kudos to the guy with glasses who knew customer service. But for a floor manager... poor showing. So I arrived at 3 stars. Hopefully on my next visit I can upgrade to 4.

Yelp
The kid was happy to see yet another Nike store in NYC! This store offered a large variety of items different from some of the other stores we have previously visited during this trip. The prices seemed normal & of course not one sale item in sight!

Yelp
I understand we are all under pressure because of COVID but I just called your store and one of your representative whom name is Michael was very rude and insensitive! I called to get some help on some shoes I want to exchange and your teammate just brushed me off and was very unprofessional! I suggest you guys get him a coffee or something so he can have a better day at work! I have been affected by COVID as well, lost my job! And I'm not here being mean to others! #SpreadLove

Yelp
Why I will NEVER shop at a Nike retail location again more less Nike, Inc as a whole. The Nike corporation only allows issues with store locations to be dealt by that retail store. NIKE CORPORATE customer service does not handle customers service issues. Working for another retail location and seeing many customer service issues I know that we will go over and beyond to assist customers! I went to the SoHo location while on vacation to see that you could get shoes customized! Many colors, different shoe laces, even being able to have shoe tags laser etched with any word are available with the dip (screaming internally)!! Full of excitement, I decided to get the dipped no shoe will be the same! Now not only will I have one of the hottest shoes but I will also have shoes that will look like no other shoe in the world. I literally could not stop checking the tracking of shoes cause I was that stoked. The ship time was roughly around two weeks in which I was completely fine with as I understand that it's a really popular location and they see many orders each day that they have to fulfill. The moment has come!! I finally get my shoes in the mail!! I open the box to my disbelief shoes that aren't fully painted. Paint wasn't entirely to the sole of my shoe plus there were scratches on them! I immediately contacted the store being that's where I purchased them. Talked to an associate there and was told that I had to email a manager to the name of Rashedah concerning the condition of my order, no worries at all completely understandable. Wait what!? There's nothing to be done? Wait how can she use an analogy basically confirming that they messed up on the painting? How can she say that they can't control the details of making sure my shoes get fully painted? I've been completely blown off! I really wanted the store to resolve my issue, being that they couldn't I chose to contact corporate! Surely they would be able to help me! So I call customer service and talked to an incredible representative who aligned with my feelings and concern and she stated that she has to escalate my issues to what's called the retail escalation department. They work directly with the managers of the stores on resolving customer problems. Honestly talking with her I had no doubt that Nike, Inc couldn't help me and was assured to hear back from that department with in less than a week. After a week and a half of not hearing back I called back for a status and checkup on the process. Another escalation sent to the store. After four calls and three escalations I was fed up! Just to recap I ordered shoes on 4/23/2018 received them on 5/9/2018 no progress yet. 6/20/2018 I had enough waiting. I contacted customer service and again explained everything that happened as well as me waiting since my first contact date. After being transferred twice and finally speaking to a supervisor named Taliek he told me that there was NOTHING he could do from a corporate level I needed to contact the store. At Nike they require only the store to resolve their own customer issues. Completely confused I asked taliek how does this make since and he stated that it's the rules that Nike, inc has placed on him and since the store has said they wouldn't do anything that's the end of it. I WAS IN SHOCK and LOST FOR WORDS. The store denied helping me and now corporate is denying to help. I have $190 pair of shoes that are in my closet that aren't being worn. Taliek said the only thing he could do was send me ten percent off my next purchase and apologized. Here I am with scratched and not fully painted shoes :) lovely!! Guys please be mindful of going to a NIKE, Inc retail store and having your shoes customized definitely the SoHo location! I advise going online!!

Yelp
I came on a Monday around noon. There were a good many people in the store already. The women's shoe area was quite busy. The store is all decked out for the World Cup, going on now. At the entrance, are mannequins with team-themed apparel on each, plus a larger-than-life statue of a man kicking a soccer ball with different team-themed badges and colors scattered all over him. There are 5 floors: 1 - Membership Services, 2 - Men's Sportswear, Footwear & Apparel 3 - Women's Running, Training, Sportswear 4 - Men's Running, Training. Young Athletes 5 - Basketball. Jordan It feels like a mini department store. The escalators are set up so you have to walk through each floor to get to the next escalator. I was looking for some specific shoes: -Women's Multicolor Air Vapormax Plus in gradient Black, Team Red, Pink, and Blue. -Women's Air VaporMax Flyknit 2.0 in 'Team Red' -Women's Air Vapormax Flyknit in 'Berry Purple' -Women's Air Max 90 in Black The only one I saw was the Air Max 90. They had some Vapormax styles, but not the colors I wanted, or the exact style. I wish they had more new and limited release styles here. It's more just their basic stuff they keep stocked. The first floor has a Jersey Studio where you can customize your own jersey. The top floor has a mini basketball court where you can test out potential sneaker purchases. There is also a mini enclosed soccer area.

Yelp
I usually come to this location Io pick up items reserved either from the website or the app on my phone to pick up. The experience is pretty cut and dry. Today when I arrived at the store, all the employees were very friendly and inviting. There was even a photo booth and display set up on one of the higher floors for Black history month. London, took our pic, emailed and printed out a copy before we even knew it. Nilda, the associate who helped me throughout my entire visit was very personable and made sure that my pick up was available even when another associate moved it unexpectedly. I had a discount that wouldn't go through and the manager Elviz was able to make the coupon work (Nike+ member coupon for my birthday). I think I will check this location more often, nice.

Yelp
I expected a great store experience before coming here, and I was absolutely blown away. Why have I not come here before? If you're big on working out, running, or just a general fan of Nike, you could spend hours here. And also spend way too much money. As much as I used to wonder why people spent so much time shopping as tourists here, I'm 100% taking my brother here when he visits. I came in specifically looking for shoes on a Saturday around 2:30. It's pretty easy to realize that the first floor is only for custom jerseys (who even knew this was so popular???), and once you get to the escalators they show you which floor has what -- women's, men's, etc. So I head up to women's on floor 3 and immediately get sidetracked by leggings, sports bras, and every. single. item. that I do not need and did not come here for (*panics internally*). I (somehow) make it to the shoes in the back without grabbing 20 things I don't need, and it is packed. Why oh why do I wait until Saturday to shop when I know everyone and their family will be doing the same thing... But here I am. There are mixed reviews here but I had relatively no issue finding someone to grab a couple pairs of shoes for me and, when I did, he was extremely helpful and attentive (how did he not lose track of me in the midst of 40 other people? And how did he remember which shoes were for me?). I'm very impressed. I'm mainly docking a star because it is pretty odd and confusing that there aren't any check out lines/cashiers in one set place and that checking out is handled specifically by store associates with their little handheld devices. With that said, there is major potential for this to be a huge bonus... if it's actually made aware to people in a smart way as they shop throughout the store. It made checking out pretty quick because the person working with you (at least in the shoe department) could get to you right away and it took MAYBE two minutes for me to check out. A huge win in my book.

Yelp
Worst nike store i have ever experienced. Just went there to find some tees, the guy said to me wtf who fold cloths like that?! Do u need size? then i went to the other side then he got mad and the other lady shouted if you need size let us know dont mess with it!!!! The staff there is too idiot.. im not messing with the clothes i just needed to unfold it so can see the design of it.. and hello ?? Is your job to fold it back do u expect customer to fold nicely? Stupid.
google avatar

Yelp
Honestly for it being at Soho it's really underwhelming definitely need more New York clothes and also maybe some more nice shoes instead of basic ones but maybe try a different Nike if you're in New York City
google avatar

Clay N.

Yelp
Great selection and beautiful store. The customer service is completely hands off. You really have to hunt down an employee and interrupt their conversation in order to find a size or check out. Never a follow up on fit, etc. This is consistant every time i shop there.
google avatar

Franklin A.

Yelp
Nike is a brand who's product is an active lifestyle. This store's space is huge and wide open, full of color and lighting bringing their shoes and apparel to focus. But much like the reviews on here, the customer service just plain sucks. I don't know if it's the employees arrogance or ignorance. On 3 separate visits, I've put up with unapproachable employees because they were busy chatting each other up, not keeping track of who asked for what shoes (I had to follow up on my shoes TWICE from two separate employees after waiting 10-15 mins), and overall lack of knowledge and training. All 3 visits I ended up not buying a single item I came in there looking for in the first place, and just walked out. I'm not one to normally complain about things but Its safe to say I'm never shopping in this Soho location again. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Fifth Ave location.

Yelp
Hands down the worst procedure for sneaker releases. They tell everyone to line up outside against the wall of the store. As the line begins to move people try to run in which they did stop but this just created a second line next to that of people waiting next to the building. Since they are not allowed to block the sidewalk. The employees of this store started to tell people, who had followed their directions and were lined up next to the building, to back up so the second line could merge into this one. This made no sense as this second line should just have been told to go to the back rather then allowed to cut. I informed one of the employees that this made no sense and he replied it did not make a difference because everyone would get a pair of the releases they had. After two hours of being on line I was not able to get a release pair as they had sold out while people who had cut the line and were merged in front of me because we had to take a step back managed to buy anywhere from 3 to 6 pairs. Ridiculous how the employees at this nike store don't have common sense.

Yelp
Shitty customer service. Won't be shopping in this location any longer. Manager doesn't know how to accommodate customers.

Yelp
The newest Nike flagship store. I haven't really shopped here as of yet but just stopped by to check out the place. It is a nice set up with the 5 floor of footwear and apparel along with the basketball court on the 5th floor and the little soccer area. The sales associates from the last time I came here look to be fairly young and not really attentive here though as it looks like for a lot of them it is their first job and don't look like they have faced a lot of responsibility. As I mentioned I did not shop here so can't really comment on if the service is slow or not but from the reviews I've been reading and from other word of mouth Nike Soho has some improving it can use but being that is still fairly a new flagship store they will make adjustments in due time...hopefully. I'll possibly update my review my next visit here.

Yelp
On the 4th floor those guys had some of the best customer service I have ever seen in retail. The 4th floor is the men's side. You can still get shoes on that floor if your a female too, as I was asked several times. If I'm buying shoes there, I'm headed to the 4th floor. Thanks again to all this guys for being on top of their game. Cheers & Enjoy!

Yelp
Nike SoHo was sort of neat in that you can try out your shoes (playing basketball) before you buy and there seems to be an area where you can customize a jersey, but it's really similar to other Nike stores, so unless you're looking for something specific or really want to explore the latest Nike gear, it isn't way cooler than any other store. I personally would rather investigate the local area for neat one of a kind stores, but that's just me. It's organized by floor and there is plenty of room to move and wander around, so if you're looking for Nike gear, it's as good a spot as any to find some. Prices are decent and even surprisingly good considering the location.

Yelp
It was my first time there, and from the moment I walked in, it was an experience. The aesthetics of the place is on point, and the overall atmosphere was very inviting. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I was picking up a pair of Jordan FIBA retro 4's. All did was ask about my order, and the Nike staff took it from there. The entire transaction took less then 4 mins, then I spent a few more mins genuinely admiring the Nike store. Nothing but great experiences with Nike across the board!

Yelp
I'm by no means a sneakerhead, but this Nike store makes me want to reconsider my path in life. It's a sneaker (and athletic gear) lover's paradise, with multiple stories of great decor and, of course, tons of shoes. It's gimmicky, but I thought the basketball court upstairs was really cool, and they recently installed some pretty amazing Air Max themed decor on the first floor, complete with bouncy air benches, Air Max themed milk jugs, Air Max themed items for sale, and a buffet-style shoe customizing station. Beyond the flashy stuff, I was really impressed with the service. I was looking for a shoe that didn't come in women's sizes in the men's section, and an employee was happy to look up the sizes to find that they were available in boys' sizes. Then I went upstairs and an even friendlier guy found the pair I was looking for (the last available in my size) and gave me his opinion on how to style them when I tried them on. I was torn so they were happy to put it on hold for me. It may be a bit hectic during busy times to go from floor to floor to find the right size then put them on hold, but on a relatively quiet evening during the week it was totally easy. They'll hold shoes for you for 48 hours while you think about it. I agree with some other reviewers that it can be a bit confusing to find an employee as they're not really wearing anything distinguishable, but once you ask around people are happy to help. It's a fun retail experience that's really fun to wander around, and it's highly likely that you'll come away with a purchase even if you're not really in the market for sporty gear. It's just too tempting!

Yelp
Great location and store! The first floor where you enter is so cool, what with the lighting and amazing displays. The creative team definitely did a great job. The retail space is HUGE, with retail spread out over 4 floors. It does get super crowded, especially on weekends which happens to be the only time I have ever stepped foot into the store. Each time, the women's shoe section is disgustingly congested. As someone who hates crowds and tourists, it's always slightly anxiety-inducing when attempting to spend around 10min trying on a pair of shoes every now and then, but usually worth it. In addition, the employees are great and work very fast, given that they handle such a high volume of customers. I will say that they almost never have my size in stock in the color/style I want. I do have small feet (5 in Nike's) so if you're in the same boat, definitely come in to at least try a pair on in the right size and then order online!
