Wonderful place. Had a raindeer ragu and it was delicious. Stayed in one of the cottages which was also good: clean, cozy, electricity... lady from reception arranged a boat transfer for us and was very nice and polite, thanks to her personally!

Exelent choice of bungalow accommodations warm running water and warm beds, closets for drying a gear….just what you need after a ten days in Lapland wilderness

One of the options to stay as the starting point for Kungsleden trail for Fjällräven Classic Sweden. Booked a cabin for 4 pax, nice environment, fresh air & food is decent. Restroom & shower facilities are located at the service house that comes with sauna. There’s a chapel to visit by retrieving the key from the reception.👍🏽

I had probably my best ever vegan burger here! The black bean burger was so delicious, and the chips that came with the burger were also very yummy! The staff were also very helpful and informative. We had a very enjoyable walk to the lake.

This review is for the cafe at Nikkaluokta Sarri AB only. We had both lunch and dinner here, and while we note that the hot food menu is limited - they have only 3 items on their menu: (i) sautéed reindeer, (ii) prime rib burger and (iii) vegan burger, all 3 items were fantastic. Their baked goods are delicious as well. We got all 3 hot food items, as well as their apple pie and blueberry pie. The main comment is that the food is really fresh. You can taste quality in every bite. The sautéed reindeer comprises slices of reindeer meat and mushroom bits in a brown sauce (similar to the meatball sauce), topped with a generous amount of lingonberries and a side of creamy mash. Both the prime rib and vegan burgers come with a delicious side of fries. And the apple pie and blueberry pie seem to have been baked with sweet fresh apple and blueberries. Service wise - you order at the counter, collect your baked goods, and they provide you with a buzzer for hot food collection. You help yourself to water, as well as refillable coffee and tea (included in your lunch and dinner orders). This is the perfect place to visit for food after you end a long hike.

Excellent restaurant & lodging at the end of the road and the start of the trail to Kebnekaise. Helpful staff, excellent food, well stocked store and comfortable lodging, servicing hikers setting off in to the Arctic wildness as well as people staying a few days in the Nikkaluokta area.

Amazing views both outside and with the architecture inside. The outlets in the cafeteria didn't seem to work but the ones upstairs did where you also get a better view out the big windows towards the lake and mountains. There's a cosy but small gift store with a good variety of items and the staff is very friendly. There's plenty of space to set up your tent and the bathrooms are free to use.

Perfect place to start a backcountry hike. Before going 'into the wild' we always enjoy a last Supper, a nice bed to sleep and a comfortable shower. Host Anna & the crew members are very helpful & polite. I've been here +15 times and will return every summer...

Great place to stay after you finish your long hike from Abisko to Nikkaluokta. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant offers tasty food and there's a little shop. Also good to stay here for some days to start your daily tours from here.
