"La Vie En Rosé The Caribbean is a destination for all types of travelers—scuba divers, sailors, sunbathers—but when you want a dash of European party to season your vacation, head to St. Barth's, often called the St. Tropez of the Caribbean. Around St. Barth's the language is French, the currency is Euro, and the elixir of choice is pink. And nowhere does it flow more freely than at Nikki Beach, a club/restaurant on St Jean Beach where I found myself "stranded" when a friend's flight was delayed. I blame this day on the rosé. After all, St. Tropez is in Provence, the world's largest producer of the pink wine. And much like her sister beach club in France, Nikki Beach St. Barth's uncorks the party at 11am and is packed in by noon with jet-setters. Bikini clad guests sun-tanned on the croissant-shaped beach and six pack abs strutted from the turquoise waters à la a James Bond film. Star sightings, I hear, are de rigueur but my eyes were on this group of about 10 men and women from New York. The magnums of rosé, hoisted on shoulders like summoned heros, arrived at their table every 15 minutes, and by 2pm, so had I. By 3pm we were ON the table. The thumping music from the DJ had us leaping to our feet at every song, and to quench our thirst—more rosé. The joie de vivre was as intoxicating as the wine. By 7pm, closing time at Nikki Beach, I was back in my hotel room, sleeping off the sun and my first day in St. Barth's. I blame the rosé. No, actually, I thank the rosé."

What an incredible atmosphere and dining experience this turned out to be! The setting is spectacular, with phenomenal views of the bay of St Jean. The live DJ and saxophone player also added to the positive vibes! The staff was absolutely amazing, starting with our sommelier Billy, who had great wine recommendations. Our assistant waiter Lucie was so friendly, and our server Vivien was a superstar! He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a phenomenal dining experience! The food was also ridiculously good, starting with the fish tacos, the sushi pizza, and the octopus was fantastic! I loved my sushi roll, and my buddy couldn't get enough of his truffle pasta! What an amazing place to go to, and please do not read all the negative reviews about this place being racist. It is a complete lie, as we had many different ethnic groups sitting around us. Merci mille fois Vivien, tu es une légende mon chum!!

The food here was delicious! I’m so happy my friends and I stopped here for lunch. We all tried a few different things and thoroughly enjoyed all that we ordered. My favorite was the tuna tacos, I would go back specifically for those lol. I would definitely recommend and revisit. Everything was fresh and the service was really pleasant which is a huge deal especially at a beach club restaurant.

We visited on a Friday in April 2025. It was absolute mayhem - so much fun! We had a large group for lunch and ordered sushi with lots of large format bottles of Rose and Champagne. This place is really all about the spectacle and the vibe - dancing on the tables and singing along with the DJ. Lunch starts at 12:30 and you have about 3 hours until you head to the beach and they reset for their next seating. It is not cheap - pricing came out to about $400 per person for lunch and drinks and another $200 per person for daybeds and more Rose and Champagne. If you want to be even more a spectacle, the very large format bottles come with a show and a much higher price. We had a great time, one of the highlights of our trip.

When it comes to atmosphere and customer service it doesn’t get better than this! Charlie and Lucas were amazing. Coming from New York and I love going out, Nikki beach with these two were amazing. Showed my wife and I an amazing time. Will definitely be back!!!

We went to NB for a birthday celebration and marriage proposal, a large group of 17. Our bill came close to 5000€, food and plenty of bottles. Service and food were amazing. But at one point we were asked to leave the table we were seated at, while we still had bottles and dessert coming. I’m not a pro at this but I’m pretty sure that’s not the way it should be done. I also want to talk about the photographer who went all around the beach and restaurant and never took one single photo of us, he didn’t even looked at us. Again not professional at all. The DJ, saxophonist and the waiter were amazing. We weren’t even offered shots as a « congratulations »… I’ve heard plenty of bad reviews about this place and it’s hard to say that I agree with them.
