Despite there being a lot of staff, it seems to take a long time to action anything. You’ll get offered a tea or coffee 30 minutes into breakfast, if you are lucky. If you want to order a drink by the pool side, you’ll need to find someone. Being Russian goes a long way here. You’ll likely get served first, and be prioritised. The hotel is nice but not 5* by my standards. Drinks c. €18-20 for a cocktail. It is a beach club, so, when an event is on, you can not go to certain areas of the hotel due to private parties. I thought this may just apply to the actual beach club on the lower deck, but we were also barred entry to one of the pools. If you want to use the beach club you need to pay €150 for a bed (and champagne). Beds are comfy Rooms are spacious and fairly quiet

Staying in a hostel will be more luxurious and fun. The service quality is very bad and everything is very slow. not hygienic at all, room cleaning is very bad, hair and stains everywhere, disgusting Do not consume anything extra at the hotel. 1 salad, 1 hookah and 1 chips are 242 Euros. The pool is 500 Euros. There is more, but I am very sorry and regret staying at this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nikki Beach Montenegro, and while there were some delightful aspects, a few areas left me wanting more from a five-star property. First and foremost, the facilities are undeniably beautiful. The design of the resort is stunning, with well-maintained pools that are perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing swim. The gym is modern and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with fitness routines while on vacation. The entire property is designed with impeccable style, offering beautiful views of Montenegro that truly enhance the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfort of the accommodations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Additionally, the washrooms were impressively spacious, adding an extra touch of luxury to the stay. The spa was another highlight, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. However, it was disappointing to find that the steam room was broken for my entire stay, which slightly diminished the overall experience. The service was generally okay but didn't quite meet the standards expected of a five-star resort. While the staff were friendly, there were noticeable lapses. For instance, the in-room dining experience was far from ideal. The person attending the phone seemed confused about the menu items and informed me that a particular dish I wanted was unavailable. To make matters worse, it took almost two hours for my food to arrive, which was quite frustrating. In summary, Nikki Beach Montenegro has many beautiful features and the potential for a luxurious stay, but there are areas that need improvement to truly deliver a five-star experience. With better service and attention to detail, it could easily become a top-notch destination.

We loved staying at this property. The staff was so welcoming and professional. Everyone was super friendly and wanted to provide the best service. Anja and Nikola from the staff went above and beyond. Anja even offered to take care of our toddler so we could enjoy the beach! And our toddler had the best time with her!! She is the best! The food, the drinks, the service was amazing! The views are spectacular! We'll be coming back for sure!!

The Beach Club - Was excellent, booked a cabana, all went smoothly from arrival, staff helpful and attentive, our waiter Milan Grga was extra great! Sax player and great music, fun day. Food was also great. Spend the whole day there till close, loved it. Thanks

HORRIBLE service that makes you chase after staff rather than enjoy a vacation. The staff were some of the worst staff I have ever seen in any hotel i have been to in my life, let alone a 5 star hotel. Before I begin i want to briefly state the girls in the front desk are amazing and outstanding. They were very helpful and honestly gave a false impression of what was to come. The restaurant staff were horrible. You have to call them 5 times to get your order. I once ordered an omlette in the buffer and did not come even after a whole hour after which i just left. When you call some of them they just nod that they saw you calling them and come to your table after ten minutes. You will see at least 5 staff in the restaurant at all times doing nothing but chat with only one addressing customers. I once ordered a pina colada by the pool and it took an hour. Their excuse is they spilled the first one. Also pool service was in general just horrible. The staff dont prepare the sunbeds till 11 am and their excuse is its not peak season (btw i went in september not the middle of winter). In short, i will never come here again. I expected much more from a franchise like nikki beach. Its embarrassing how its even possible for something like this to happen here. There is much more to address (such as the cigarette butts i found when checking in my rooms balcony) and i can go on and on but i wanted to highlight some of the bigger points Please do not waste your time in this hotel. The resort itself is amazing and in general very clean and nice, but they need serious improvement in staff for anyone to consider them an option.

Spent the day at the beach club .. great time .. not as lively / busy as I thought it would be but still fun .. dj was very good .. live music was good and dancers . The location is very good ! I’ve been to a few different ones and this view was better than them all . Ordered sushi .. it was fresh and tasty and good portions Iced shisha also very good .. I did not like that when the tobacco ran out you need to buy a new one for 200€ instead of just a refill Our waiter Milan was excellent . Ask for him! Kept the wines ice cold ! Took care of everything. I suggest the hostesses receive better or more training . Within arriving they were pushing to make sure we understand there’s a minimum of 1 bottle we must buy with our bed .. mentioning it once is fine but over and over again is not . Also we were shown to our bed without being given bracelets .. and while walking back from the restroom one of the hostesses told me I can’t be here and would have to pay to enter .. How about u ask me first before coming off rude .. insinuating that I should be there . We left with a 2000€ bill for 2 people . Get your hostess staff in line . Otherwise 8/10!

Really disappointing stay!! We checked in on the 26/9/24 and were due to stay for 2 nights, 10 days before our arrival we were told the beach club had closed which was the main reason we were coming to stay. I feel at this point we should’ve been given the opportunity to rebook for a later date or something to that affect as when we arrived it was like a ghost town and like it was half closed. We went down to the pool and it took 20 minutes to find someone to get towels for the beds, there were then no cushions on the beds so my partner had to go and look for some. I asked for a drink and the waiter delivered the 2 drinks with the bill of €42, which he then preceded to give us €8 in change in 20 cents and 10 cents coins! He then told us he wasn’t able to bring us the drinks again and we had to go and collect them. We got back to the room and someone else’s drinks glasses were outside our room on the floor, we then had no corkscrew in the room to open the wine. By this point my partner was not happy with the service in a ‘5 star’ hotel so we complained to reception. In the morning we went to breakfast and a few minutes after 11:00 my partner asked for a coffee and was told he couldn’t have one unless he paid for it, at the side of us there were people going up and still getting breakfast and drinks; This was the final straw for my partner and I and we actually left the hotel a night early which obviously wasted the money of the second night stay and we booked into another hotel!
