Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini

Room was lovely and spacious for 3 of us, the third put me up bed not particularly bed but was ok for a slim person. Not third chair on the balcony provided. Had first floor above the gym, room 118, great view for sunrise from the balcony and roof that’s accessible from the balcony. Everything we needed in the room, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, vanity kits, shower gel, coffee machine, kettle although no English tea bags. Nice turn down service, water and chocs put in our room every night.||The resort in general is beautiful, clean and tranquil, very chilled, not overcrowded, lots of staff, all very friendly. Must do is watching the sunrise from the beach, went down in our dressing gowns and sat on the loungers waiting for it.||Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, the brownies to die for, the staff very attentive and remembered our drinks order. A La carte menu great, portions not too big so room for all the other goodies, tried something different every day.||Had dinner here once, food and drinks very pricey compared to the rest of the island and not very big food portions, compared with the rest of the island. They would benefit from making it more reasonably priced as would have been more incline to eat and drink more here. But what we had was nice. ||Worth noting for anyone less able bodied, public buses and taxis are near on impossible to get from here, nearest town (Karmari) 3km away, we were walking in before sunset for dinner and getting a taxi back but along non paved busy road. There is a bus to Fira every 3 hours from the end of the road.||Taxis are pricey!! No set rules, not many so they charge what they like it seems, €25 from the airport to here, 5 mins drive. Was paying €20 from Kamari back to Nikki Beach of an evening but they need 15/20 mins notice.||Overall we’ve all had a fabulously wholesome stay here for a great price, relaxing in this stunning and tranquil resort, very chilled vibe as just going off season (arrived 23rd Sept) which is just what we were after.

Be wary that even if you spend the money to stay here for a week, it does not come with prime pool or beach access. We didn’t realize it was $450 for a sun bed per day at the main pool area. If you don’t pay this, you have to go to a small pool with shade and no bar service in the back. The same goes for the beach, there is a fee to use a beach chair. This was a shame because barely anyone was on the beach (maybe 5 people) and hotel guests couldn’t even enjoy it without paying a fee. We were told we could sit on our towels on the sand, but with the beach being so close to the airport, the beach was pretty dirty. Non-guests of the hotel are treated like celebrities whereas the hotel guests are not treated very well. We also felt we were bothering waitstaff at every meal to order food or drinks - they were always on their phones or chatting with other team members and seemed annoyed to speak languages other than Greek. Santorini is such an international tourist destination and we felt we bothered the staff simply by visiting this hotel. It’s bare minimal service and expectations.

Our stay at Nikki Beach Resort was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment my wife and I arrived, the atmosphere was incredible—relaxing yet vibrant. Special thanks to Jason, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. He guided us through our choices with patience and insight, ensuring every detail was just right. His warm, genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Nikki Beach is the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful views, a relaxed atmosphere, and just the right music for an easy-going day. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized. A thank you to Iasonas for his polite and attentive service. He offered nice food and drink suggestions and was available whenever we needed him. We’d gladly come back and look forward to the same friendly hospitality. 🍹

Resort is beautiful . Rooms have no faults, large, clean and great cleaning staff . The service was mixed as some staff at reception lacked transparency regarding transport options and refused to advise us at the start of the stay that we have the option to book local taxis through reception rather than their own drivers. The breakfast was awful and the service was bad . Please teach the chefs to make acai bowls if you’re offering this on the menu to your guests. However due to the property itself being amazing, and some very nice staff I am happy to give it a 4

Nikki beach||We booked the room for the night before we flew home, nowhere on the booking.com or the Nikki Beach website did it mention the fact that you intended closing the day we were due to check out. I only found this out when I messaged to enquire about late checkout! You did offered late check out until 14:00 but then on the morning of, you both telephoned the room and knocked on the door of the room asking us to check out at the normal time. And your receptionist didn’t believe me, when I told her we had late checkout out until I showed her the message. This was an unwelcoming and terrible experience! ||We booked your hotel on the basis it looked like a nice place to spend the last day of holiday lounging, because we had a late flight. And as my wife is 7 months pregnant we wanted somewhere comfortable to do so. This wasn’t possible because you were dissembling the hotel!!!! ||So we’ve had move to another hotel to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich (the absolute bear minimum you would expect from a hotel) while we wait to fly and the taxi there cost €25 for a 1 minute journey, that really you should have paid, but didn’t and didn’t offer to. ||Terrible experience, won’t be back, won’t recommend!!!!zero star experience ||Feedback - do not close your hotel the morning of guests checking out, if your shutting down on the 4th of October, your last night of guests should be the 2nd!!!!!!!!

This beach club is absolutely stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was DAVID! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and taken care of. David went out of his way to check in on us, recommend the best food and drinks, and make sure everything was perfect. It honestly felt like having a personal host dedicated to making our day special. If you’re coming here, ask for David — he’s hands down the best host I’ve ever had anywhere. He turned a great day into an incredible one. 🌟

I have been to nikki beach branches in couple of countries, i can say by far it was the worst experience of me from this franchise. Most of the sun beds at beach were broken, almost all of the sitting areas / sun beds at beach and pools were super dirty and not well maintained. Reception service was good but it was awful during breakfast time. Out of 4 toilets downstairs next to the pool, 2 of them were out of order. Out of 2 showers, one was working and somehow i got drowned after taking shower since drainage was not working! I should say room was clean and tidy. But overall the whole hotel was not well maintained and it doesn’t represent the image of Nikki Beach which you have in head from other countries. I would definitely not come back to this hotel again.
