Nikko Coffee

This cafe/restaurant is located in a traditional Japanese house. It's dimly lit inside, but the cuisine is clearly visible and delicious. It's best to order a set menu, which includes a main course, dessert, and a drink of your choice. The staff is polite and very helpful. You can also buy coffee on-site, which they roast and grind themselves. I recommend it to anyone looking to unwind after the attractions of Nikko.

Very cozy place. They offer artisanal coffee which was excellent. The cheesecake was also great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Recommended to be visited when in Nikko.

Nikko Coffee has a great vibe to it. The food is delicious. We had the lunch set (meal, drink and cake). The galette and the omurice were both very good. The cake was a nice treat, too.

Delicious cake and tea and coffee! We went here for lunch since we were told it was a great lunch spot. I wouldn't recommend it for that, since they had only two dishes, but the food was excellent and the place is gorgeous!

Curry and Omurice sets were heavenly! Staff was very attentive and courteous. Would recommend the cafe for a satisfying meal when visiting Nikko.

A great spot to take a break while visiting Nikko! While the food was on the more expensive side, the taste and quality more than made up for it!

We loved the esthetics of the place and the slow brewery concept of taking the correct time to prepare your optimal tea or special coffee. I took an Irish coffee and it was perfect! My husband a tea with a cake combo and it was delicious. We find the place a bit pricy but the proportions of the cake and tea 🫖 pots are in equilibrium. The girl that served us spoke very little English and wasn’t too friendly but maybe I should read her as just shy.
