I warn against online orders. I bought a leather jacket not realizing that it runs not one but two sizes too small. They themselves acknowledged that fact. I tried to exchange it for XL, and since they didn’t have it I was only offered store credit. Had I purchased the same item from Saks, Matches, Mr Porter, or any other store that carries the brand, I would have received the same discount and not ran the risk of not being able to return it. It’s just a bad practice penalizing people who want to buy directly from the brand, and certainly not a way to earn loyalty.
