Clean room and hotel, friendly staff, breakfast small but good quality, close enough to the harbor and other places. There might be a lot of street noise, at least there was quite some in my room 201. The ventilation in my bathroom was also crazy noisy. Be aware that you pay 80 USD per night, also as single traveller. I found this price too high. The pool is not for swimming, only sitting.

We stayed with a friend for two nights. Friendly staff, even let us pay later because I had lost my cash on the beach. The rooms were clean and renovated. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Free bottle of water daily. Breakfast was included and was very good.

The hotel is centrally located and modern, with very comfortable beds. However, the room was quite small, and the shower was so cramped that it was hard to move around. The biggest downside was the lack of privacy due to the view—or rather, the lack of one. Our windows faced directly into a neighboring building, where people were often standing and looking into our room. This made it extremely uncomfortable, as we couldn’t open the curtains at all. It was very frustrating and took away from the experience.

This is an excellent boutique hotel in Sámana! Budget friendly but gives the feel and look of a very high end hotel! The staff and restaurant crew were phenomenal! The food at the in house Restuarant was top notch! I highly recommend this hotel!

I really loved this hotel. I have to start with the staff that are all the way awesome. They made us feel as if we were in a 5-star resort. The hotel decor was beautiful and allowed for an overall great experience. I will definitely return to this hotel. Bonus breakfast and again service was delicious and great, respectively.

I am a reoest guest and i must say the quality in service is lower.||I fist stayed in Niika Hotel in August 2019 and the staff was amazing, the room was neat and clean. And now that I returned with my family it seems that management has changed amd so has my experience, somehow.|We asked for extra towels and the night clerk told us thet coulnd provide any, even though we have paid for 2 extra children who has to reuse our towels.||Breakfast was as delicious as the first time. We are glad we got to enjoy it and our waitress was amazing. She is the only rock star who remains with a beautiful smile and great service.||Bathroom was not so clean amd there was a mold smell in our room.||Requested late checkout and the manager denied the authorization and there were not such a request from other guests, the clerk advised.||They still have safe parking and great coffee.||I feel disappointed they did not try any further for solutions to the addressed needs.

The staff was friendly, the air conditioning was so so - it did not cool to level of the setting. There were two steps down from the bathroom in our room and it was difficult to see that second step (not marked in any way) . Both of us fell before figuring it out. The bed was medium firm and the rooms were clean.

Simply the best hotel I stayed at in the DR. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is essentially a made to order buffet. They will make whatever you want with whatever they have on hand, unlimited times, within the 2 hour period breakfast is available. They also have an endless supply of free (bottled) water. ||I got the room with the balcony at the end of the hallway. The AC is a bit weak; the room is an "L" shape so it doesn't quite cool the entire room. You basically have to be sitting within the path of the fan to feel the coldness. This is about the only downside of the hotel. It's wall to wall and ceiling to ceiling glass sliding doors with good black out curtains and see through curtain. There's a separate table and two chairs here, along with a single couch seat. The shower is spacious enough and they have a high basin sink so you don't splash water anywhere. ||This place was super clean. The floors were sparkling clean, the sheets were fresh and clean, and there were no smells at all to the room. The tv was also quite big and had English Speaking stations, Thank God. CNN International and Miami over the air Stations (NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS). ||Highly recommended.
